Went to shop and the karts were stuck. I could not get it to come out. i tried just need more hand 😂. I go inside ask for help and the guy ask another employee he must been the man in charge. he said thier some down the park lot I was Absolutely not going walk for kart!!! Instead say give us minute we get them. He just continues to work. As I said I take my business some where else. I pulling out parking lot this what I seen. shopping kart are supposed to available to customers as long as you have quarter. And if not taken buy other customers that was not the case. 😡

The first isle I walked in, there was water all over the the floor. There was 1 "wet floor" sign on the floor, but it should've had more. The first step I made, I fell on my big @$$. The store isn't that clean. How could u leave water on the floor and not wipe it up. There was so much water,I could've gone for a swim.😜🤣😂

12/4/23 @ 4:30PM I came here often due to my job every time I come here it’s alway smooth with the cashiers it just this one cashier she’s the young Indian looking one with the messy hair and black glasses sometimes it’s a lot of stuff and it’s not my 1st time with this cashier the 1st time I told it’s two orders she she ok and start to check me out then I notice she put everything all together I told her it’s was two order and I said it before you started scanning today she sees I have a lot of stuff once again she tells me oh can I go to the next cashier because she is closing ok I go to the other older lady I check out and bag all the stuff it was a 60 items she was still checking out ppl and telling the ones who had a log of stuff to go to the next stop hiring lazy ppl who looks like they didn’t want to get up for work you sit down all day and a an how hard is that l.

I was in this store today and I must say I was in shock of the condition of this store, shelves were a mess, out of stock on a lot of items and when I asked for help finding a product I was rudely brushed off by him saying "whatever is on the shelf is what we have" I will not be back to this store, they need to get there act together, where is the store manager?? Where is your leadership???

THESE CASHIERS NOT ALL BUT MOST OF THEM ARE BITCCHYY. IF THEY NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT BAGGING AND I DONT MEAN THEM HAVING TO BAG YOUR STUFF I MEAN SIMPLY TRYING TO PUT YOUR OWN BAG IN THE CART TO MAKE PACKING EASIER AND FASTER FOR YOU AND THEM INSTEAD OF THEM THROWING ALL YOUR GROCERIES IN THERE THATS A PROBLEM. THEY COMPLAINING ABOUT BEING TIMED,HOLDING UP THEIR LINES, THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT ALMOST DAMN NEAR EVERYTHING. There is 1 single female in there which I knew her name anytime I go there doing Instacart deliveries or just need help she’s 1000% through every aisle not just oh it’s in this aisle or it should be over there she takes you to it and allows you to make up your mind about what method of payment you’ll use if you were unprepared by the time you get to the register, what bag you want to use and prices of stuff if you ask and careful packs your bags. Right that’s all I had to say. Aldi do better, there should be an astride attitude and ethic or customer service training before y’all just through any person behind those registers.

Today’s visit was good. They had 2 cashiers on and the shelves were stocked. I was able to get in and get out in 20 minutes. Great place to grab things to stock the freezer. Boneless chicken is 1.89lb. Red grapes 1.29lb avocado .59lb ground beef 2.19lb this week.Avocados are .49¢ each Roma tomatoes .95¢ lb sale started 1/31

Generally, better prices than any other supermarket, but selection is limited. Best day to go is Wednesday. This store is better and cleaner than the other Waterbury location.**Update**, they are better than before about keeping the shelves supplied with items but today they had pallet jacks blocking each aisle

I go to Aldi's on Reidsville. I like the prices. Cashiers are very friendly. I have a problem with I believe he is a manager. He is rude! Never smiles, never says hi. Cuts you off with his cart, never excuse himself when he cuts you off. Always looks like he is mad.

Great service! I didn't check the clock before entering and sure enough it was minutes before closing hour ... the lady at the register was very polite and a smooth transaction.The store is an addictive place and once you enter, you do want to make sure that nothing was missed. Deals are great! Though lately at this location they're not having their usual mix of summer stuff or kitchen accessories... perhaps all over due to the pandemic but I'm not that clued in with rest of their stores.Anyways great store, staff and experience.

It's been quite a while since I've gone to Aldis. Quit going to East Haven store it was filthy and not a pleasant store at all. But my Granddaughter wanted to go to this one,wasnt thrilled. But when I entered I was surprised how clean and much to chose from. The fruit and vegetables were excellent. As leaving the cashiers were even nice. So I'm going to make this store on my shopping list

Good prices, and impressive quality for the cost. Hands down my favorite grocery store for when I'm shopping for just my spouse and I. I made some of the best slow-cooker pulled pork in my life with nothing but ingredients from here.Aldi is a small store in comparison to many other supermarket, so I do have to supplement my shopping with other stores, but I always go here first! Their team is also made of some of the best in the industry!

NYE @ noon. Store is a disaster, not a cart to be had. Pallets on the floor, limiting space in already busy aisles, limiting access to food choices. Spill near dairy, cleaned up??... Floor soaking wet with a "Wet Floor" sign. 2 stars for having decent stuff for charcuterie, fairly priced.

Your the fastest check out ever. But I’ve seen self check stations at different stores, soon to be at every ALDIs locations.I will only stop at an Aldi for a few items, using it like a convenience store.The one store check out register has to help has to help the self check, which slows down the operation.I’m a 68 year old dinosaur. I avoid most self check outs in other stores.You can , for example Walmarts curbside delivery, but the products like milk or orange juice are closer to the expiration date.ALDIs has curbside at some locations, but ALDIs has always had supply chain problems. Peanut butter, oj. English muffins are a few.Sorry I Will be shopping there less.It’s a favorable business decision, I consider it corporate greed. Most check out people are friendly and we loose more personal interaction.

I love all Aldi stores equally. However, in the interest of speed, my cashier encouraged me to enter my credit card at the beginning of the transaction and failed to tell me the total before charging my card. He was super fast though.....

I come here maybe once a month for a few items. The supply is pretty good for how low prices everything is. The lines tend to run long but it's to be expected and I have no problems waiting patiently. The staff work very quickly at the registers and they get the line moving even when some people have to full carts worth of food items amongst other things. They always greet you and are very helpful and kind. I really do enjoy coming to my local Aldi shop.

My first trip to this out-of-the-way Aldi was this past Tuesday, and as a huge fan of the Aldi on Chase Avenue, I found this location to be smaller, but just as good. While they don't have as much variety as the other store, it's just as clean, organized, and well stocked. I just wish I'd discovered Aldi years ago: you really can't beat the prices, and their brand products are just as good if not better than the brand name products at the bigger grocery stores. If Shoprite hadn't closed, I may have never known Aldi.
