The “Chicken Ambassador”/porter you have sweeping the parking lots is a hoot. He’ll tell you all about his farm, fishing, and chickens.Maybe next time you can have him dress as a chicken to really sell the whole “Chicken Ambassador” deal.

Bought my chicks from this location , the gentleman who helped me answered all of my first time chicken owner questions , I left feeling confident in raising my chicks. They are now thriving, thanks so much tractor supply!

I always get my pet food here. They have the best prices that I've seen compared to other local places and even online. I use same day delivery often and saves me a lot of time. They have cute things to buy as gifts and nice clothes. Not just feed. Went to HD to buy a hose for outside but found a better selection here.

Went in looking for trailer fenders since mine flew off in the highway. I had to look it up myself on their computers, find the own damn sku # just to be told by an employee that they had 1 in stock but no idea where ot was in the store but he couldn't leave his register. I'm not going to be doing other peoples jobs.

Quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a retail store. The manager couldn't be bothered to see if they carried and item in the store. I looked it up online while in the store and discovered that not only did they carry the item, but they had one in stock. I asked again where I might be able to find it and was told sorry we don't have that. I showed her that according to their online inventory system they do carry it and it says you have them in stock. Her reply was too bad, you will need to wait a while until I have a chance to look. Apparently leaning against the counter and checking her phone was much more important. It all worked out for the best though, when I got home I found the item I needed on Amazon for less than half the price. Looks like Tractor Supply needs to invest in some management and customer service training.

My first visit to a Tractor Supply. Pretty broad selection of hardware, clothes, recreational gear and animal "stuff" . No complaints. Definitely worth checking out

This company has the worst web site ever. This company needs to check out their website because I’m sure it is losing people for sure. I had a terrible experience,but with all the people out there that do websites I know they can do better for sure. WAY BAD experience!!!!!

I went there looking for a specific item and asked an employee if he could help me loacate it. He just pointed over in the direction it would be ,but was SO unhelpful. I was going to ask the cashier but she was so swamped with just one cashier lane open. I ended up just leaving. As i was walking out, a nice employee that was outside told me that item is specifically on line and then told me where else I could find it. Aside from him, this store was not an enjoyable experience and the music was atrocious!

First of all, I purchased 3 duckings a few months ago and one was found dead by my little girl the next morning!I called the manager Michelle and she said to come back for a “replacement” quite callously. I waited a few months until it was the right time to have a brooder indoors and I would be home for the summer.So, on Saturday July 22, we returned to get our “replacement”, I didn’t even consider that ducklings need a companion and could die of depression, but my Muscovy’s are too old to put a tiny baby in with, they need a brooder box. Anyway, little Henry refused to eat or drink for 16 hours!! My daughter just held him and never let him be alone. The next morning, I called “Tom” the manager on duty and explained the situation. He told me to come in and purchase another duckling (even though it is ILLEGAL to sell just ONE duck) but I was thankful he disobeyed the law.A few hours later, my youngest daughter came home from a sleepover and had such a severe allergic reaction to this breed of duck, that I had to use her Epi pen and bring her to the ER. We only have Muscovy’s and apparently she is highly allergic to Rowen or Caluga’s that T&TS sell.Sadly, we just couldn’t keep these babies, and T&TS REFUSED to take them back! It had only been 2 days and I pleaded with them and explained the situation!!!I have no idea what to do!And after reading about the unbelievable inhumane treatment and practices of Truck & Tractor Supply, I sobbed for HOURS!!!If these little babies are not sold, THEY ARE KILLED! Not sent to a sanctuary, but MURDERED! Their entire life is spent suffering in overcrowded tubs with loud noises and bright lights!I WISH I KNEW THIS BECAUSE IF I DID I WOULD NEVER HAVE STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE!After doing some research, I learned of an ex employee that wrote a letter about the practices that these babies must endure! It made me physically sick!You can find the petition from the CEO of T&TS trying to STOP THE SALE OF CHICKS AND DUCKLINGS!I’ve read HORRIBLE stories of people who would go through the dumpsters at night and find LIVE chicks and ducklings DISCARDING LIKE TRASH! And left to die a HORRIBLE DEATH!!!SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THIS DISGRACEFUL AND INHUMANE PRACTICE!!!Please,, sign the petition and buy your animals LOCAL! From a farm or breeder!If people STOP buying these innocent babies from them it will be a start!Do your own research on T&TS,, you will be COMPLETELY SHOCKED on what you see and read!Thank you for reading my story.Blessings to all.

I For one simple item, and I couldn't find it so I asked for help the woman that was helping me was facing someone, and rather than helping me walk up and down Isles, I have never experienced this in my life, and it is by far the rudest thing I've ever experienced in it in a retail shop. How can you FaceTime someone and help a customer while being paid by the company

I placed an curbside pickup order and I didn’t realize it cancelled after 2 days so when I made the 20 min drive and they weren’t available I was upset. I then called the store and since a new order would take an hr to get into the system and I had my baby with me, they went and grabbed the items and figured out a way for me to pay without going in. They went above and beyond and I so appreciate the effort!!!!!

Very nice inside reminding me as a child when I would go to the tractor store to buy supplies for farming and animal feed. They even have some old fashioned candy I haven't seen in years.

Always surprised what they DO have there. Online it shows only a couple of hummingbird feeders stocked but they had much more than that.

Everyone is unfriendly. Attitude unlimited. Of 7 items, 4 items purchased rang up incorrectly. It was such a bother to them to charge the correct price. No sorry just rolled their eyes. No staff wore masks so there unhappiness with working was clear. Check your receipt before leaving I was almost overcharged around $20.00.
