I am so glad I found this place for my freshwater aquarium needs! It is my go-to place now. Prices are great for fish and their amazing live plant collection. Most important, in my opinion, is how healthy the fish are. I have purchased a variety of fish, shrimp, and snails and haven't lost one yet. They also offer a wide variety of aquarium care products as well as products for other pets. My cat really enjoys the treats I got her!

We came here for tarantula decor. A lot of reptile and fish decorations work perfectly. The selection for all animals was actually really good. The staff were outstanding and helped us out. It was a nice departure from big chain pet stores. This will be our go to pet store.

These guys at the Wallingford store are all top shelf. They went up and beyond their regular services. I wanted a small animal that was only available at the Brantford store and was a trip from my town I wasn't really up for. I told a staff member that I really wanted the animal and was it possible to have it shipped to Wallingford which was two towns away from mine. I was told they would check and I would receive a call shortly. Two hours later I received a call and told my item is now in Wallingford and waiting for me to pick it up...........The best.

Great selection of fish and plants and reptiles, a bit pricey compared to Petco/Petsmart but if you’re buying your new pet the extra few bucks invested will no doubt be for a healthier and happier animal!

They now charge you $5 just to hold/touch/play with a puppy!!!!!! What the heck is this? This is not a Zoo where you pay to play with an animal! Im contacting Animal rights to let them know how you are making money off these poor dogs! We walked out, and they lost us as customers for that! Because I think its terrible how they’re making $5 off every person to just play with a pup! I will take my business else where now, to a store that allows me free of charge to take a pup out! Shame on the owner to make such a terrible rule up apparently this started since covid!!! Never before did u pay to hold a puppy!!! Just any way for the owner to make a few extra bucks I guess!!! I know we weren't the first customer to feel this way and we wont be the last! Go elsewhere to get your puppy until the owner stops charging people to hold a puppy!!!!!!!!

Honestly the best store in CT for pets. I went there to find my new love Calli!She has been an excellent addition to our family. They took excellent care of my animal and all the animals.They have a ton of toys to choose from and anything you need.They have a discount system you can purchase and i have saved money on my purchases this way.My only regret about All Pets is that they are not in my area. I would love to work there andWe would surely frequent more often.

Edit: I have multiple people who witnessed both the puppy with the broken leg and the frequent parva cases from dogs purchased at that store. The owner has been lying for years, he doesn’t care about people anymore than he cares about animals.I shopped here many times. Until I learned the dogs are from puppy mills. Many are sick and a local vet gets a slew of puppies with PARVA come in that were purchased from this store: The owner once left a PUPPY WITH A BROKEN LEG suffering overnight because he did not want to pay the extra costs of an emergency vet. If you want to support animal abuse, this is the place to go!

I often stop at this pet shop to see if they have any exotic birds, so I am normally in here once or twice a month. Each time I go in the area where the bird/parrots are located, there is a strong, distinct smell of cleaning products. I always observe a mop bucket, filled with toxic chemicals, sitting right next to their cages .Any bird owner will know that this is toxic for parrots or any type of birds to breathe in as they have very delicate respiratory systems. if they don’t already know this about birds, then they shouldn’t even be selling them. If they are continuing to use the cleaning products around the birds knowingly, then their moral is that they really don’t care about the animals.It started making sense to me after I noticed this pattern time after time upon entering in this section and smelling the odor that the parrot I bought from here about two years ago (a canary winged Bebe parrot) ended up dying in less than a year and was sickly from the day he was brought home likely because of this prolonged exposure. I think it’s great that they are trying to be clean but at the same token, the associates and ESPECIALLY the owner should be well rehearsed with safety measures pertaining to, and when dealing with certain products around birds. It is truly disappointing how ignorant this situation is and how nobody working there realizes what a toxic environment they are creating for these poor little souls. This is a pet shop, they should know about every single animal they are selling!!! it just kind of confirms that there is no empathy in this industry and the owners truly do not care about these animals. They are there only to make profit not caring about their health and providing their customers with healthy family pets.

A big shout out to Bri & Devon over at All Pets Club!! This pet palace truly cares about their animals, which shows with how they set up their habitats, how they show them so much love throughout the day, and how they take the time needed to inform the new pet parents of how to properly care for their new family members. Even more impressive is how they do rescue work for pets in need!! In short, I’m very impressed with the spirit of the people running this store.As for their pets and pet supplies, this place offers nothing but the best. We love our ferrets so much, and this little guy is the perfect addition. He’s such a joy, with his perfect disposition and cute little self, even though he has several beds and sleeps on the floor, lol.

Very impressed with the puppies.My husband and I bought our puppy there.He is very healthy. The staff seemed very knowledgeable in taking proper care of these animals. It is very clean. It is very obvious that they care.A customer also spoke with us while we were in the puppy play area. She also had many great things to say..... 💜

So much stuff! We were visiting from Florida and I found a cute toy and some treats to bring back to my baby. But the store felt disconnected. There were dog items in almost every section. I was somewhat overwhelmed and didn't understand why 'all pets' didn't have a dedicated area in this large store.

Amazing place! Got my Japanese chin Boo Boo there a few months ago and he’s had great luck! Very playful and friendly and a great looking pup. Would recommend all pets to anyone looking for a dog!

I was in the middle of a move from Maryland to Massachusetts, transpoting my cat who was miserable throughout the 8 hour road trip. I needed a place to allow my cat to get out of her carrier, possibly use the litter box. The two young girls working the register and their manager (Jesse?) provided [purchased] product and space for me during a difficult time.To them I may have just been another customer interaction that day, but for me I felt saved by their kindness and understanding. Thanks a million.

I bought my Lhasa Apso here and the entire process was truly seamless. I played with her during a meet and greet, and the next day I came back to pick her up. They’ve been helpful and supportive along the post-sale journey as well. They care about their pets and families. Also, my dog is special…she’s very smart and adapted to potty training quickly! Very loving loves to cuddle. Advice: play with several Breeds first and several within a breed to see if the temperament is a good fit. I love my dog ! Thank you. Also the Easy Pay financing made this possible for me to get my dream dog.

Old Lady at the back where the puppies are was really rude. I was asking her to see if we can meet a golden retriever and she said rudly we are no longer taking puppies out to play unless you are ready to buy. To which I replied I just want to see how my son does with the puppy.( Because we had just left another puppy store and those puppies were a little to jumpy for him we wanted to see the temperament of a golden retriever since the other place didn't have them. I have pictures of my son at the other store time stamped to show we weren't there to play with a puppy instead we wanted to buy) The old lady answered well that's what im talking about and immediately walked away. I get these are not times to just go to play with puppies but still no need for her nastiness. I don't know if her attitude was racially motivated because I am latina needless to say I was ready to buy a $4000 "CASH" golden retriever but was discouraged by her. (The picture was at the other place on the same days just minutes apart from when I came to this store it serves as proof that I wasn't here to play with a dog. Let me know if you want to see the time stamps of the pictures i also took one on the parking lot because I wrote this immediately after walking out of your store

I previously worked with Jake at the Southington location, who was excellent. Ultimately, we found the puppy that is right for us at the Branford APC. Both locations had lots of adorable puppies of many breeds, but the puppy that was right for us was located in Branford. There, all of the team members who helped us were great: kind, knowledgeable, well-trained in proper procedures, and very efficient. In addition to that, Dave led us through the steps we needed to take once we had identified our puppy. He patiently answered our many questions, clearly explained the company's warranty, led us to the various products we needed and assisted us to size them, etc. We are thrilled with our puppy, and APC made the process of finding and taking her home a pleasure.

This was first time someone in all pets club in Wallingford that help find what I was looking for and I show him the picture of shampoo I looking for my dog. If wasn't for him I wouldn't found it because the young I asked where it just pointed and told . Be honest it the wrong place for this exact shampoo I was looking for. Here the one I needed. So thank you again to gentleman who me . He looked about my age and I am 54. I have a bad experience there in February and I asked to talk to the store owner the store owner never called me so I'm no longer going to be a member of All Pets Club no Wallingford Connecticut it seems to me all the owner cares about is making money not resolving issues what a customer so they definitely lost me in their customer I will now go online to get the things I need because his or her negligence not speaking to a customer when they have issues if money is that important to him or her I feel sorry for them cuz they're going to lose more customers remember it's the customer that brings in the money you lose us you lose your paycheck

About seventeen years ago, my parents visited this store when it was called One Stop Pet Shop. Later that same day, they picked up my brother and I, and drove us back to the store. And that's when I first saw the dog that became my best friend, Buddy. He was supposed to be a friend for our older dog, but instead, he became my partner in crime. He was such a happy, healthy, puppy full of personality.Five years ago, my mom and I were in to buy dog food for Buddy, who was a fussy eater. And that's where we saw our new puppy, Chip. Happy, healthy, full of energy, and the sweetest little guy on the planet. A couple weeks later, my dad bought him for my mom as a surprise birthday present. Buddy and Chip became so close, and truly bonded as brothers.We had Buddy for sixteen years. He was strong and healthy for so long, until old age started to take his mind and vision. There isnt a day that goes by that I dont think of him.Chip is still mourning the loss of his big brother, but he has started to learn how to be the only dog in the house. He's still just as loving, healthy, and sweet as the first day we saw him.People always say "adopt dont shop", and in most cases, I would agree. But All Pets Club takes excellent care of their dogs. I had and have proof of that with me every day. Thank you for truly caring for the animals! If it wasnt for All Pets Club, I wouldnt have ever gotten to fall in love with a puppy like I fell in love with Buddy and Chip.
