Takeout review:I was celebrating my birthday and I was craving sushi. My husband and I had takeout from here and the sushi was fresh and delicious. We ordered online and pickup was easy. We ordered nine rolls; yes, we love sushi and we can eat! The prices were comparable to other sushi restaurants. I can't remember all the rolls names but here were a few I do remember:Philadelphia RollSpicy tuna rollSpicy salmon rollEel avocado rollShrimp tempura rollAgain, all tasted fresh and I liked all nine that I've tried. I will definitely order from them again!

What can I say about this place, it’s a local gem! I’ve been frequenting Yume now, for 2+ years and I’m never disappointed. Peter, the manager is what makes the experience so special. I recommend sitting at the bar and strike a convo with him, you won’t be disappointed. Food is good and so is the atmosphere. I recommend to anyone looking to have good food at a chill place! I make it a point to visit at least twice a month. Hope you try it out and enjoy!

Great service, we had a large group gathering and the service was exceptional. The food was excellent as well. The only downside was the wait time for the chef to cook. They only had 1 chef for all the hibachi tables. I still gave them 5 stars because of the service give. They even had a ending sake toast with the group.

The food here is excellent and has lots of flavor. The chef is funny and entertaining! The portions are huge. You're not leaving here hungry, that's for sure. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to having my next meal.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a very long ramp.

Yume has always been one of my favorite Hibachi restaurants. I love the mushroom soup and salad along with the main course for the Hibachi dinner. There have been times I’ve gone there in the past and it gets busy so definitely call ahead to get a reservation but this a great spot.

I love yume! Always a great place no matter the size of your party. I even had a birthday celebration there once! Their hot sake machine is amazing I don't know why but it is better than other ones lol they have multiple sushi rollers so you get delicious sushi and fast I have even watched 3 go at once it was pretty cool! As I said delicious sushi 🍣 and they even had someone to make sure your water was always full and he was full of jokes. Actually all of the staff was very friendly. My only regret is that I have not been able to try the hibachi yet

1/2 hr wait to be seated, 1/2 hr to order drinks, 1 hour for food to arrive. I made the mistake of ordering hibachi filet Mignon and lobster tail. The steak was good and the lobster over cooked, both were covered in an over abundance of sauce. I should have noticed that the hibachi area was empty. The locals that were with me all ordered Sushi and were happy with their well presented orders at a very reasonable price. Recommend ordering Sushi not Hibachi and allowing lots of time.

We were there last weekend celebrating my nephew's birthday. 20 people. The hibachi chef was fantastic 😋 Cooked to perfection with humor, jokes, and singing. He included everyone. We all had the best time ever ❤️. Thankyou Yume HibachiParking: The strip mall was busy due to Christmas 🎄 holidays

I was really disappointed with the food today. I've had their food before, but the sushi was the worst I've ever had. It tastes so bad and they used exclusively Basmati rice so it was falling apart. It says a lot when I consider myself a garbage disposal. The gyudon and katsudon were not well done either. The meat was cheap and gamey and on - again - more basmati rice. Basmati rice really has a different taste that doesn't belong in these dishes. The service was at least good. Everyone was kind and patient.

We recently went here with a reservation for Hibachi for 8 people. There was no waiting. The food was amazing. The service was fantastic. The chef was hilarious, and we all had such a good time. I can't wait to go back !Kid-friendliness: We had a couple children in our group who enjoyed their food and the entertainment of the Hibachi chef.

This place was pretty good. Went with a couple friends for drinks and Sushi. Def not bad but I wasn't blown away by any of the food. Service was very fast which was nice and I did like the atmosphere! I did have a good time and a nice meal but nothing that would make me pick this over some of my preferred sushi spots. I also live in Bloomfield so this was a 30 minute trek through NOWHERESVILLE. 3 out of 5 - Scooby Baby

Used to be a wonderful place. Sadly has gone severely downhill. We waited an hour to be served despite an empty restaurant. Our server made several disgusting, nasty jokes to a table with multiple children. The owner shrugged and didn't seem to care. The food is also much worse than it was in years past. Sad to see a formerly great place decline so much.
