The manager is nice and friendly though! But, a server who has an Indian accent had the worst service and discrimination towards the customers. About two and a half years ago, she yelled at my 7-year-old daughter While my daughter was trying to order food for herself. Today, she refused to give me a water cup and said, “No, there was no water cup,” and walked away! It was a terrible experience, especially the lady was rude.

The McDonald's at Farmington of Unionville, CT is a wonderful place to eat! I have lived here for over 9 years and the staff have always been kind to my family and I! The store is always being cleaned and the food is served speedily! They are also wheelchair friendly as well as kid friendly, with a mini playplace included in dining. Thank you, McDonald's of Unionville, CT for treating your customers so kindly! I'm lovin' it!Parking: Various parking spots located in plaza of restaurant!Kid-friendliness: Mini- play place included in dining for children!Wheelchair accessibility: Tables accessible for wheelchairs! 😊

BEWARE of posted hours. This McD's is NOT open 24 hours. As a matter of fact, husband went at 9:00 on a Friday night and they were closed up....9:00 on a Friday!!!! If you can catch them when they are open, it is a perfectly fine McD's but it's a mystery when they close as there is no reliable hours listing. Oh and they do NOT have a drive-thru that is NOT open 24 hours either which is wrongly posted on the Google listing

Update: just happened to check and see if the hours were fixed. But doesnt seem like it. I also see that they've been doing this for several years so I doubt they'll actually fix the hours correctly.They're not open 24 hrs. Every time I edit the hours they keep changing it back to 24hrs. The manager or social media person that's running this listing clearly doesn't want business. I've attached a photo of the hours too so people have some chance of seeing the actual hours since they keep taking down everyones edits. Guess at this point we should really be talking to corporate.2022: Best McDonalds I've been to in a long time between PA and CT. Customer service is good, food is always correct and fresh.

The machines need recalibration..I ordered a large ice mocha and tge cup was 3/4 full...it must be no care Monday because noone had nametags and the front people featured big no care attitudes...the girl at the front counter made it a point to say she will not make ice mochas...her way of talking to people is the worst...i hope she finds ✌...

They have a window sign claiming contactless curbside pickup. But it's not true. Having to grab the door handle that everyone grabs, defeats contactless pickup. The door handle is stainless steel, which the CDC says holds the virus for a long time. The app doesn't have cheeseburgers in it. Just... Wow.Update, they now do contactless curbside delivery, but it's behind the building, and it takes a while... Fries were cold.

I don't frequent McDonald's often, I do have to say this is the worst one I've been to.It took 25 minutes to get my meal, the ice function on both beverage machines were not functioning and over half of the beverage options were not available!I finally received my meal to find the mayonnaise next to the burger, not on it!McDonald's, this franchise needs to be revoked! I'll never go there again!

This is potentially the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my 4 decades of existence. There is no reason that "fast" food should take 25 minutes as the line of orders just keeps piling up. Not sure if it's a staffing issue, or the capacity of the staff, but either way I have no idea how this branch stays open, or why. I'd have gotten the order faster if I'd driven 15 minutes away.

We lost power so I ordered some breakfast and when I got there I had a hard time finding my order on the app so I waited in line and asked the lady who appeared to be the manager for some help finding my order. She mumbled to me in broken English and walked away from me. I waited for at least 10 minutes and no one was up front. Finally someone came up front and I asked for help again and didn't get any. I then asked for my money back and he turned and went in back. The original woman came back out and said that she didn't have any mobile orders and I must have ordered from another location by this time I found the email confirmation so I showed her the email and she gave me quite a bit of attitude looked at it and said " it is this location" I just asked for my money again, collected it and left. Very disappointed in the entire experience.

Extremely rude! I ordered a medium drink and changed my mind and wanted a larger drink instead. I asked the cashier, a woman with glasses on I didn’t get her name, as she was handing me a medium cup to exchange to a large cup (Same price). She then, with a nasty attitude at 8:00 in the morning, says “you ordered a medium”. I say “yes but I would like a large instead”. She then WALKS AWAY! Is this even ok?! Is this how people are trained in customer service these days! Ridiculous! Something has to be done about this otherwise, you will start to lose customers! Not good!

They messed up my mobile order, the sticker on the hamburger was even correct but whoever put the hamburger in the wrap put the wrong thing inside. Not good when you have a picky kid who won’t eat the wrong order, they need to pay attention the mobile orders should be easy enough to follow. Also this location seems to always be out of orange Hi-C, that’s half the reason people go to McDonald’s.Al

This location is not open 24 hours a day, despite falsely claiming to be. They also don't have a drive thru, despite falsely claiming to have one.They've been "updating" their hours in Maps to say they're open 24 hours when someone tries to suggest their real hours. Same with the drive thru. This is just bad practice and ensures that people who try to visit during hours they say they're open when they're actually not never return as customers.6am-11pm Mon-Sat and 7am-10:30pm Sun (the actual business hours they have posted on the sticker by the door), if I'm ever hungry, I'm not coming here.

I've been going to McDonald's in Unionville Connecticut since the first one was built a half a century ago. Yesterday afternoon I went in, stood at the registers, and nobody came over. So I went to the kiosk to order. When I clicked on fries, only large fries showed. I asked the young man bagging orders if he could explain to me how I could order small fries via the kiosk. He said he would just take my order himself. So that's what I did. So I get my order and there is a large box of fries in there. I go back in to ask to be refunded the difference. Because at this point it was just principle. He goes to the back and returns with the manager. She comes out and grabs the receipt out of my hand and immediately starts yelling at me "YOU ordered through the kiosk! This is what YOU ordered." When I pointed out that she had no idea what she was talking about, she then said "oh, you eat MOST of them and NOW you want your money back? Also not true. I pulled the full box of fries out of the bag to show her. She reached under the plexiglass, grabbed the box of fries out of my hand, and threw them in the trash. They were perfectly good, hot fries. Which I was eating while I was waiting because I was really hungry. I would have eaten THOSE fries. She didn't need throw away perfectly good food. But she did. Then she replaced it with a bag of lukewarm, chewy fries. I'll never set foot in this place again. She has no business managing a store where she has to interact with clients.

I don't know why other people are complaining but this is by far the best McDonald's. And for those of you wondering I have been to very many. The food is always fresh and made correctly, place is clean, well decorated, and the workers are friendly. I would like to especially shout out the manager Ms. Jolanta who does an amazing job running this place and who is very kind and always goes the extra mile.

I placed an online order for this establishment. Items were missing from my order and, when I called them, they told me I was a liar and hung up on me. They then refused to answer the phone again and would take the phone off of the hook at times. This is not my first horrible experience with this McDonald’s. I have left several voicemails with the owner, who has never called me back. They obviously do not care about their customers, even up through ownership.

Slow service and rude employee. I waited ten minutes on a pickup order and when I finally asked an employee about it, she rudely said that she had called out the name three times.Instead she should have just left the order in the space that is marked for online pickup. That's the reason they have a space for it.I thanked her and left, but that is the kind of thing that makes me not want to go back.

I gave it one star only because zero stars won't post. 45 minutes to almost an hour waiting for a luke warm Big Mac and cold nuggets. I realize that they may have been short staffed, however they should have informed their customers
