Claudette has been my groomer for probably 30 years. She and her staff have always done an amazing job with not only my dogs but also foster dogs who were in dire need of a spa day. While there are many places you can take your pet to be groomed, there is only one groomer you can trust implicitly to take great care of your pet in addition to making them look great.

The best groomer around!! Both Claudette and Megan are amazing at what they do and both are so kind. We have been going to Claudette’s for years and I now live in Massachusetts but still will drive to CT just to have my dog groomed!!

Claudette does a great job with my old cat Cleo who has trouble grooming herself. One of the only groomers in the area that actually accepts cats and she is so kind and patient with them. Reasonable pricing too. We'll be back for our next cut in a few months!

Just moved here in January and today was my first experience with this groomers. I was really excited to try it out due to all the great reviews. When I dropped off my dog, there was absolutely no customer service. I honestly did not feel comfortable leaving my dog here especially when the owner did not introduce herself or make me feel welcome at all. Then when I picked him up, it was the exact same treatment. Zero information was given when I arrived and the same as when we left. That was the first and for sure the last time going to this groomers.

I brought my two HIGHLY anxious (in public) dogs to Claudettes to get their nails cut. It has become more and more impossible over the years to do it ourself. After trying with the strength and stamina of myself and my husband (at the same time!) to no avail I decided to bring them in. Meghan simply came out to the waiting area with the clippers and by herself calmed the anxious dogs and held them with one hand cutting with the other. I was in absolute awe. It has been impossible-truly. And she was so patient and kind with them and the chaos we brought in (I had my 3 kids with me too). I was absolutely stunned by the very clear gift she has with animals. I highly recommend them! Like the most highly possible.

THE BEST!!! I share my life with a beautiful, retired show cat. He's a Blue Persian, and requires a groomer with skill. Claudette's does an AMAZING job on him! He always looks great, and his coat stays beautiful and tangle free for months. Literally THE BEST Grooming he's ever had. He comes home happy and purring 😃😃

Was recommended this place by a friend and the only thing I can be mad at, is our friend didn’t tell us sooner! I mean my dog is and always has been handsome but holy cow! He looked like a million bucks when we picked him up and felt so good! Love the people there and they loved and took care of our baby!

Great service. These people really love dogs so much. You can tell by the way they interact with each dog they lovingly take care of. When you bring your dogs here, not only will they get experienced, expert service, but your dogs will also get a whole bunch of love, which makes the whole experience wonderful for both dog and owner.

They are so nice! And affordable. Maureen, my Maine Coon gets terrible mattes in her fur. They are so good and gentle with her. She comes home happy, clean and smells great!
