Just stopped in for a quick coffee and noticed there was a free air pump which I thought was a plus. It is kind of small and if you want to relax and take a break during your drive I wouldn’t choose this one but it’s convenient for a quick stop

The property is clean and kept up. There's a designated pet potty area with outside seating. The gentleman that rang me up was pleasant. I just wish there was a better food option. Also, kinda weird but there's a random, locked door in the women's restroom stall I went in. I was waiting for an eye ball to peep through while using the bathroom..fingers crossed it's just a badly placed storage closet.

Employee named Andrew at the I-395 Montville SB Service Plaza, was incredibly disrespectful, I asked for a bag after my purchase and he had a attitude, I said softly are you kidding me and tossed a quarter while handling my wallet, he proceeds to fling my quarter on the ground , I was shocked then became angry, I am sure there is security footage of my encounter , also telling me do I want to take him in the back and f him after I was voicing my displeasure. I did not throw the quarter at him , unexcusable , sent a message to corporate as what he did was out of line.People are severely mentally ill if they are allowed to do this. The quarter was on the counter, never have, I been treated so disrespectfully.

Waited at Subway (within the rest stop) for a few minutes- maybe 2. I didn't want to be annoying and ring the bell if somebody knew I was there, and was on their way.When I realized nobody was coming, I rung the bell as the sign instructed.I heard a voice from pretty far away say something to the extent of "coming in one minute" or "I'll be there in a minute" Which was totally fine, I've worked customer service for most of my life so I didnt mind.I stood there for at least 5 more minutes, probably more.My patience was wearing a little thin so I rang the bell again and someone whipped around the corner and said "I already told you I'll be there in a minute, I'm doing two jobs" with a lot of attitude- and she started to walk away.I said "Okay. Know what- never mind, I have to go."(I really did have to get back on the road).I started to walk to the exit, to which I got some snarky response from under her breath which was something like "fine with me"I understand being frustrated, but to give ME attitude and be rude when I'd been very kind and patient is inexcusable. I'll never go back into that rest stop for anything.

Horrible service. Employees don't speak or acknowledge your presence. Also smells horrible inside. Like a sewage problem.
