The Target drive up pick up here is awesome. I believe they have a new system in place where the orders are being brought outside under a tent, right next to the drive up parking spots. Their system used to be inefficient and used to take several minutes. Now, you’re driving into your spot and your order is being handed to you within seconds. No exaggeration necessary. The drive up staff have been awesome. Victoria and Azeus are always great and efficient with the drive up. Too bad there is no survey or feedback area on Target’s site. These staff members deserve to be recognized.

Target I really loved but a big thing that I don't love is baseball football and basketball sports etc I think there should be a limited amount that u can buy. And I also think they have a great variety of food and meats and freash produce I also think that they are amazing in there clothes some yes are.a little expensive for certain items but all together yeah deff one of my.go to stores

Terrible shopping experience today. About 2:45pm you have approximately 200-500 customers in the store and only 2 cashiers out of BOTH FLOORS open and 3 self check outs upstairs and 3 downstairs. There was about 25 customers in every line. Talk about a 25-35 minute wait to check out on a normal Sunday. I dropped everything I brought around the store where I stood and walked out the door. What a terribly managed Target location.

Love target for sports cards. I enjoy even going into target just to grab few things. Very well priced items and usually try to keep it clean, BUT I'll tell ya, the employees do NOT care if you steal. Witnessed 2 girls stealing tons of items and a worker was told but the worker says, yeah it's whatever. Like WHAT, I'd NEVER want someone like that working for my company. So tons of thieves there, ppl walk out stacks of video games, etc. always LOCK your vehicle doors before going into target or anywhere in that mall. Wish they'd hire me to stop the thieves. But outside of that, pretty good store

This review is strictly for the customer service desk. An absolute pig stye of a counter top. Junk everywhere, things not put back or cleaned up as they should be, baskets over flowing. No one was even at the counter. They were in the back, on their cellphones, chatting and laughing. A couple of the girls even saw us standing “in line” waiting to be assisted with our returns and just ignored us and kept swiping on her phone. It’s unprofessional and Target as a whole has much higher standards than what this target achieves.

This is a typical target. I like it but sometimes the parking lot is a chaos and/or the escalator (for the shopping carts) is broken. This month they have Pride merchandise and they are great!!!

Parking lot closed now for several years, no handicap parking. Never any registers open and employees always stocking shelves. No mini white Christmas lights.

I absolutely love the drive up feature that Target offers! It allows you to shop from the convenience of your own home and pick up your purchase in two hours and sometimes even sooner! They have a well organized system designed to make the process hassle free and easy. It’s a secure and safe way to shop that allows you to literally grab and go by using their App to inform of your arrival. Upon arrival you park in a designated spot reserved for store pick up and someone brings your items to you which are stored outside once you have indicated on the App that you’re a few minutes away. This is also a big advantage with the recent construction at the Trumbull site that has significantly reduced the availability of parking spots in the general lot. This option is quick and easy and bypasses the hassle of trying to find limited parking.

They gave my drive-up order to someone else and when I asked about it, they claimed they didn’t know where it was. Ended up giving me a refund but it was an inconvenience to drive all the way to the store after getting a notification that my order was ready for pick-up

So happy with the customer service at Target in Trumbull Mall. Here it is mid-October and I had not purchased my traditional full size candy bars for Halloween, especially the Skittles/Starburst candy. I went to several stores including Walmart and was unable to find any. Suddenly it dawned on me to go online for candy, but the reviews about receiving melted candy deterred me from having my order shipped. I then saw an online Target candy Ad and went on Target's webpage and Voila! I was fortunate to find a nearby Target that had a limited amount of candy boxes available at a reasonable price. I immediately put a box of each of my favorite candy bars in the online cart for pick up the next day. Upon check out there was a 20% discount offer if I joined "Target Circle," of course I joined. Then my points from my credit card were also accepted on the Target check out page and I saved even more, aprx $20 off in total!!! Once checked out, I received an email confirmation of my order and shortly thereafter another email stating my order was ready to pick up the next day. What a convenient way to shop. Next day I ran down to the Target store, dreading the Friday Lunch rush, but no problem. I was about to go to the in-store Kiosk, when an Associate said he would gladly help me with my order. I provided the Bar Code from the email via my phone, and he promptly had my info, confirmed it was me picking up, and within seconds I had my order in hand. Now I can relax and not worry about not having my traditional full size candy bars for the Trick or Treaters on Halloween.Thank you Target for keeping up with modern technology making it convenient to shop online and hats off to the Associates who make things runs smoothly. Very Satisfied.Happy Halloween :)

I’ve been to this Target location numerous times but had my best experience yet last time in. I had been looking for a certain item for months at other Target locations but had no luck. This trip the Team Lead Joe was able to assist me in finding this item and I could not get over how friendly he was. After getting the item, I once again witnessed Joe giving assistance to an associate with a smile on his face. This may be the best experience I’ve had with a team leader. Will be coming back again soon. Thank you!

The process is relatively easy regarding picking up the order (at the drive-up) and exiting efficiently. I was in and out in under one minute today, and my order was perfectly fulfilled.

I work in the mall so I frequent Target often on the weekends. This location is usually clean and organized but they went from staffing several registers to now only having 1 or 2 open and letting a long line build at self check out. Last year I called mall security and reported the hole in the 2nd floor parking lot after almost falling through it and they evacuated and closed it down later that same day. They still have NOT fixed it so the main parking lot remains inaccessible. I don’t mind the walk over on a normal day but its getting really old and annoying having to run through during inclement weather especially when half of the parking garage in the lower deck is closed off making it impossible to find parking. Wonder what will happen now that the mall has been sold.

Went to target today to buy a few things. I got to the register no bags even to purchase other than reusable bags for three dollars (which I didn’t want to do seeing I have a ton of them) had to leave my items there because their parking lots is close and I have to walk through the mall with my items. I was not purchasing a reusable bag when I Should be able to purchase one for $.15. Inconvenient parking situation with a horrible customer service. How do you not have bags for your consumer to carry their items. The whole shopping experience is an inconvenience.

I love target and their products, But the customer service people are rude. In 2 occassions I have asked for help finding ink for my printer and the cashier person who was the only one on the floor able to assist( after making the line) I asked for the ink I needed and he just walked away and left me standing on the line! Super rude! This should not be happening. Customers go to PAY for items not beg for items and we should be treated with respect. If he went to go get the item he should've said so instead of walking away and leaving me standing there.

Staff was of little help while shopping. No one to help checkout. Security tag went off at door, none of they employees responded to alarm. After a while I left and returned the next day to have tag removed. It was a 30 minute drive back to the store. This was not a pleasant experience. I wasted my time, gas and money.

Received great customer service at the online pickup station. Too bad the parking doesn't seem to be making progress. In the store. . . Every time now, they only have ONE register open and everyone ends up funneled into self-check out. It's getting tired. We don't work for Target and y'all end up needing 1 or 2 people to help out there anyways. Y'all don't have Consumer Cellular staff anymore and there's not alot going on in the electronics dept so. . .

Like many stores they're suffering a staff shortage. But the staff they have is pleasant and try to assist best they can.
