I don’t know what’s going on at this target, but it’s the most unorganized target I’ve ever been too. Especially the toy section. It’s like they don’t even touch it. Toys are scattered everywhere, on the floor, ect. I actually went back 3 days in a row looking to see if an item was restocked, and I can tell they don’t reorganize any of their stuff at night. Same items in same random places as the day before, nowhere near where they’re listed. They really need new management in this place, cause they’re obviously not managing their employees.its really saying something when Walmart is in better shape than this target.

Location in Torrington Connecticut is great. Can always find good deals there. Why do you have so many handicap spots are never filled and elderly people that don’t qualify for handicap. Don’t wanna walk that far. One of the reasons I don’t shop there is because I don’t feel like walking that far to the store

Not my favorite place to shop by far. I visited today. First time in probably 10 months. Now I know why there are other stores I prefer to shop over this one. First of all it has an overly modern feel with lights that are so bright they hurt my eyes. Lots of neon displays going on. Just way too much for me.Also I find the setup in this store confusing. I felt like I was walking around in circles much of the time.They didn't have a simple item I was looking for which was a legal size pad of paper in their office area.That area also looked like it had been ransacked.I left without buying anything and glad to get back outside. No thank you.

Very rude. I told her less ice and gave me a whole cup of ice. Then I asked her to remove some of the ice, then I got half cup of coffee. The cashier is not skilled, I will never come back again. The cashier gave a customer the wrong sandwich and told him it was one of the most expensive. cashier had a very bad attitude and did not know how to use the order machine.

Disgusted with the attitude of the manager, Alex, who might not be all the way there either. I was trying to purchase an album that I thought was a certain price on the shelf, it marking up differently when I got to the front. The original lady told me she would honor the price if I couldn’t find the other one, low and behold when I get back to the front after checking (something they should of had their staff do in that department instead of making me go all the way back there) the “manager” Alex comes and lets me know she won’t be changing the price and I have to pay the markup of $50 very rudely. I tried to show her the error of the picture I took on my phone and she called me a liar and said she just went back there. All in all, she wouldn’t honor a price that was clearly their mistake on more than one item, and gave off the impression that she was racial profiling me and my little sister. She didn’t want to help because she didn’t feel the need. If it was anyone else, we would have had amazing customer service. I would love to add that after everything, she then dared to specifically tell her worker to move over so she could help me checkout after a back and forth spat to make me feel even uncomfortable, I had to tell her she was making me feel threatened for her to leave me alone. Very passive aggressive and racist. Avoid this store unless you want to feel unwelcome & uptight. Alex the manager, is a racist.

This branch of Target is a mirror image of Poughkeepsie's branch, down to the inch! Even the produce is the same, when the branches are 87 kilometers away. Not that anything is wrong with this uniformity; Target impressively sells everything under the sun! Clothing, groceries, cosmetics, electronics, appliances, pet supplies (nothing for fish, though), magazines, toys, athletic equipment, furniture... The array is dizzying, all displayed attractively and fairly priced (discounts with Target's rewards card, and through Target's smartphone app). Automated check-out, self-serve photographic kiosks, electric scooter carts for the handicapped, a bulletin board for local announcements... Spotless bathrooms with stainless steel furnishings, and free wi-fi. Ample parking in lot out front. Very friendly associates wearing red shirts (not regimented styles, though).

The Torrington CT Target was absolutely filthy. Like a bomb went off! Product all over the floors in giant piles. Rude employees doing pickup orders that do not speak when spoken to. Do better.

The staff & their Manager, Alex are a team full of bullies. Team leader is the ringer leader, and you can’t expect any professionalism from this store. The manager Alex, talks down to you and will not help any issue you have. Don’t waste your time at this target, go to literally ANY other one!The shelves were dusty, and the floors had merchandise everywhere. They clearly need people who actually care about their jobs. Don’t waste your time or money at this location! 0/10 STAY AWAY.

Horrible RACIST experience from customer service team and team leader and manager Alex. Very disappointed with the service I received and the lies I was told at this store. They can not take accountability for their own faults and make their customers feels stupid. Avoid this area and go to any other target until they hire better management that know what hospitality is! 0/10!!!!

Prices are higher than other stores nearby and the self checkout is a nightmare. Tiny space with people trying to scan carriages of stuff. I refuse to use it anyway because I don't work there. Then they have some person watching you who makes you feel like a criminal who might steal something. Open the damn registers and keep people employed. Or give people a discount for having to check out their own items and that doesn't mean jack up the prices to mark them down.

The staff at this store, particularly Gabe, but all other I have come across as well are very nice and work very hard. I have seen Gabe transition from helping at Starbucks when needed and then in all other departments that same trip putting out fires and solving problems everywhere he goes. I hope you know how lucky you are to have Gabe on your team!

Their new Drive up service is great. Order from home, let them know when you’re on your way and they’ll meet you outside with your order. So nice not having to bring cranky kids into the store when we really just need a few things.
