Morgan is the person that takes care of my dog Ellie. She is Ellie's groomer. We love Morgan and she takes great care of my Ellie. Morgan is very accommodating for me . I have cancer and if I don't feel well enough to bring Ellie Morgan will put me in a different day. I appreciate her very much.

Hollie is so good at grooming our dog. Being a rescue dog, she doesn't trust many people but since she's been getting groomed by Hollie, she is very comfortable with her.

Our experience has been stellar. This is our A+ grooming destination of choice for Zeus and Hermes (senior standard poodles with non-show cuts). Everyone, including Heather the actual groomer, treats them exceptionally. (They are pretty lovable.) I don't think we've ever thought twice about dropping them off here. Bonus, and it's a big one: staff always point out promotions, and the excellent hand-off continues right over to the cashiers. Customers are quick to complain at the drop of a hat, but not so quick to compliment. It's a pleasure to salute the Torrington Petco Grooming team at this juncture.

I like the groomer here- Mandy is her name I think. But they r the most expensive in Torrington $61 to shave my ShiTzu. It makes me really mad that they always find something to charge me extra for. Today it was $5.99 for "materials". On top of the most expensive price in town they shouldn't add any non-optional charges!

Doggie was groomed to perfection smells absolutely lovely and the help on store with looking for the right items and info was superb. Even helped signing up for the monthly subscription. Marshmellow was even given a cute summer bandana

I scheduled an appointment in person for a Saturday 1 week in advance, but when I showed up 30 minutes early to check in I was told I was a day late and they had scheduled me for a Friday. Overall, it was a poor experience where the customer doesn't seem to be cared for. Would recommend finding another location.

I dropped my dog off for grooming I got told it would only take her 10 minutes and to just wait in my car which seemed weird. Then I came in to pick him up and he was still wet and it didn’t even look like they cleaned his face at all even tho I paid extra for the service

A very condescending employee informed me not to say “ it’s okay” to my dog while he was getting his nails clipped , but instead to say “you’re fine” to him....First of all who asked you? Secondly, I didn’t know my puppy could speak English that well. Third, it seemed as if this young woman just wanted to be rude.
