I absolutely adore this groomer. My sister highly recommended her. groomingdale’s squeezed me into her busy schedule to get my dog shaved during a heat wave! I LOVE the cut! The price was great. Cheryl is so sweet and kind, I felt very safe and content leaving my dog in her care. Amazing experience!! Thank you!!!!

Our two new Maltipoos had a great experience at Groomingdales. They looked beautiful and happy when their appointments were complete. We enjoyed meeting the owners and will be going back for our puppies grooming needs. Highly recommend!

We have short hair dogs, so we don’t utilize the grooming services. However, it seems like they do an amazing job!!! We bring our three pups in for nail trimmings and they do such a nice job. They always fit us in when we call last minute and are very efficient, warm, and affectionate!!! You can tell they truly care about animals/ the work they do and that your dogs will be in good, safe hands. 100% recommend.

We brought our ankle biting sweetheart dog in for her nails trimmed. We had bad experiences with other groomers. They were very gentle and caring to her. They calmed her down and her nails are now beautiful. Recommend them for all your grooming needs.

Cheryl is a phenomenal groomer! She does a great job on all of our dogs and we recommend her to everyone we know. She is very professional, always honest with us about how our dogs behave, and has even given us tips on how to maintain our dogs coat in between grooms. Our dogs love her and so do we!

We love taking our dogs there. They do our pug and terriers' nails once a month. It's amazing. The dogs are done in minutes. Also, our barking pug, he barks the whole time. The kindness they show him is incredible. He stops barking while he gets his nails cut and resumes right after and they just take it in stride. The real deal!! Thank you Groomingdales!!❤️

I've been bringing my nail trim-hating mini pitbull, Maeve here since moving to Torrington last year. They schedule her so no other dogs are coming in/out at our appt time. Cheryl clips her nails in about 40 seconds which is amazing. Maeve is done quickly and prices are perfect. It's a family run business so sometimes the family is there! They're all great and super nice and accommodating. Thank you guys!

Amazing! The staff here is wonderful and creates a happy atmosphere for pets and owners. I’ve brought my two yellow labs here two times. The experience was top notch! Happy dogs with little to no shedding! Really with two yellow labs you could only imagine the shedding! Thank you Amy and staff for taking great care of my fur babies!

My dog Kokoo had his first full service Grooming at Groomingdales and I must say that the service was not a 5 Star Service, it was a 10 Star service !!!!!!!!!!!!

First time bringing the dog to this place. I expected a nice job considering the reviews. My dog was cut uneven on her back legs so I called. I was hoping they would just fix it. That is not what I got, I got rude reply, blame game etc. maybe the person had a hard day. Either way there are plenty of groomers I will go elsewhere next time.

My 1st time bringing my dog here and the last. She came home with fleas and now I'm having to clean her myself with a flea treatment, clean my home and wash everything wash everything she lays on. And I do give her monthly a flea medication. The money I spent at Groomingdales was a WASTE! ...I suggest you save your time and your money and go else where.
