Just moved to Norwich and I’m picky about myPizza but this place was awesome!! Clam chowder here is amazing too! If you’re a potato fan 10000% recommend you try their loaded potato pizza. One of the best things I’ve ever had. Customer service is well and the owner is an awesome guy! Easily my go-to spot when ordering out👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Fish and chips delish and price was reseonable.Updste had it for the second time today as delivery. Very disappointed, tasted as the oil was passed its prime and fish is delicate and absorbs all flavors, was going to bring it back and see if they would correct the situation however did not get to. I am an advanced cook and simply the smell is over bearing. Disappointed as i lost 50 percent of my digestive track and fish is the only meat i can digest and keep down.

I had a wonderful meal at Taftville Pizza. I ordered the California Wrap which was absolutely delicious, I've never been a guacamole fan but they somehow got it just right and I'm more than satisfied. I highly recommend you try it.The service here was great and it was very clean in both the seating area and in the restrooms. I appreciate the great food and service. 5/5

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered meatball parm and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were nicely done, tender and juicy, but they may have been sitting too long. The meatballs and sauce were very salty. The pizza was ok, decent but not great. A floppy crust, nice pepperoni, good sauce. The people were really nice and friendly. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 6.4.

My wife and I called in a pickup order for a large salami grinder… just grabbing the grinder I could tell it seemed thin..We got home and opened it up and found the chinsiest excuse for a grinder I’ve ever seen..virtually no salami or cheese…poor quantity on the lettuce and tomato as well !!! Bread wasn’t a normal grinder roll - looked like an oversized hotdog bun…13.00 we paid for that sad excuse for a sandwich.. pathetic rip off !We had to make ourselves some more food to be full.. stay outta the place unless you enjoy throwing you money away .. do yourself a favor- go somewhere else.. seriously. It sucks.

Don't order from these people the food is awful and when you talk to the owner about being charged for extra sauce and not getting it he'll argue with you when you tell him that you asked for a specific way he'll tell you he just doesn't do it that way if you want a good pizza go somewhere else just read the owners comments he says he vaguely remembers talking to me but he remembers me not being charged for 35 cents I was charged $28 for a two-topping pizza that no one would eat it barely had any Southside it was drier than a Sierra desert the inconsistency is overwhelming there they can't hold on to employees because he treats his employees poorly and doesn't like to pay them on time or correctly

Beer batter turned out to be a cheap cornmeal breading and dry wings.When I called they said our online menu doesn’t always match our food!What is this ……. So so offered my a in house credit not a refund. I said I’m disappointed with your quality of food why would I return she said oh well.Very poor customer service and Management.

I would never recommend. Me and my fiancé order from them a lot. No problems in the past. However, I ordered a salad and two sodas for delivery recently. After they delivered I sat down to eat and noticed a live bug literally stuck in the tomato. I closed the container and called them right away. Lauren answered and was very apologetic and offered to have a new salad delivered right away. I declined as I was turned off and said I just wanted my money back for the salad and not the sodas. She then said to bring the salad in for a refund. Even though I had them delivered I said fine and brought it in. Right when she saw me walking the salad in she said and I quote “I’m so sorry about that and I voided the check.” I was satisfied with how she handled it. However, I look today and they charged me $7.88 for two small sodas and a delivery fee. i had to drive the salad back to them but yet they still charged me a delivery fee for a salad with a bug and two sodas. Extremely irritated as none of this was my doing and I was told lies with how they would handle THEIR problem. Eight dollars for two sodas is definitely a sign of poor customer service.

Miss the old owners. Waited 30min after my pickup time for my pizza and sandwich. Tasted good, but my sandwich was untrusted and got soggy by the time I got it home. Also the pizza is thin with little sauce and crunch.In response to the owners comment. This was a Thursday afternoon at 2pm and there were only 2 other total orders in house.

I love that this place is so close to me. Since they updated the menu, and it seems the whole business has been updated as well, I'm addicted to eating from here. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is always good. The new menu is fantastic, and the system they've adopted (Toast) is great as well for take out or delivery.I highly recommend it if you're not sure where to eat or if you're curious to give it a try.
