I ordered and picked up food at this location. Staff were nice although they messed up my order and gave my girlfriend and I the wrong item and ended up giving my girlfriend something that she is allergic to. Long story short I had to rush her to the hospital. I did call them to ask them just to be careful when giving people orders because allergies are not something to play with especially when it comes to anaphylaxis. The girl on the phone did apologize. Although they were nice this is something that should not have happend.

No complaints here! Great chili-dogs (even though their recipe is still kinda bland), and chicken sandwiches are LARGE. The staff actually seems to want to be there and are always smiling. The entrance to parking is a tad problematic due to a busy road, but don't hold that against them!

Dairy Queen is what fast food should taste like. I dont even like calling it fast food bc the burger taste like meat not frozen cartboard. I do wish the popcorn shrimp would be always on the menu and available on the food delivery app menu as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Place is kind of tight if you use walking aids or wheel chair best wait in the car

I usually love DQ however this one was lacking horribly. No drive-thru, exceptionally long wait time, one person running cash register and grill.This DQ really needs to stay in their lane and serve ice cream only. It’s set up like old school DQ’s.

Ice cream sandwiches are terrible cookies are soft and ice cream seems like it was melted. Brought it back and they gave me a new box. Same thing, i guess they don't know how to make them with crisp cookies!

Tried to go to this place at 9:08 because according to Apple Maps this place was open until 9:30. I’m not from around here so I wasn’t aware that it closed at 9:00 and that’s on me completely. What I didn’t appreciate was the guy standing at the door like he was waiting for someone to try to come in and just looked me dead in the eyes and locked the door without saying anything. Not a “Sorry sir we are closed” or anything. Honestly I laughed because I get it. I used to work food service and people always tried to come in really close to closing time and whatnot but that was uncalled for. If he would’ve said something I would’ve just apologized and said I wasn’t aware I’m not from the area and walked away. But God forbid food service workers being respectful to people that are respectful.

Chicken tenders were ON POINT tonight! Thank you so much Crystal, Nomar and Mirza -- from your fantastic customer service with my phone placed order - right through to your great personalities in the store! The two young men on staff this evening. .both of them were impeccable with their service and manners - incredibly polite and so personable! Nomar - cashed my dinner out while also helping out on the ice cream side... he was quick and efficient and it was so nice to see someone who actually likes their job! Mirza - that man can mop! And still make sure to smile and socialize with the few of us in line. With Crystal and Mirza there that store is looking fabulous! Highly recommend stopping to see their smiling faces!!! Their food and the ice cream certainly were a treat 🤤

I had a butterscotch dipped cone which was delicious. Very nice seating area in the back which is shady and it was very clean. Good place for people watching, lots of families and some people bring their dogs. Service was a little slow but the girl was new I think; she was friendly and that made up for it. Altogether a wonderful time

As fast food goes this place is decent. They have outdoor seating available on nice weather days. Indoor seating is extremely limited. Service was quick and friendly on a very busy hot afternoon. Food...we'll it's fast food but it's okay. Ice cream is the big draw.

It's in walking distance from my house, and I love the 2 for $4 menu. The blizzards are great, they always have so many flavor options. There is one cashier that goes above and beyond every time we go and she's working while others aren't very friendly.

Very very slow service I stopped in for ice cream with my kids see three workers one taking a food order another in the back doing who knows what and the other guy was restocking. He told me somebody will be with me shortly....10 minutes pass im still standing in line the other worker that was taking the food order now is making the food and is apparently the only one who can use a register so now I have to wait even longer while this one woman does everything and nobody else is helping get the line down or completing orders. This is so in the area im so sad cause I love DQ smhe of the worst service

It was better this time then the last time I went. Last time I went the girl was very rude,after waiting behind at least 8 people,all who ordered ice cream,I ordered mine,and the guy behind me ordered his, he got his right away,I asked about mine and the girl said," you'll have to wait outside,"I asked why none of the others had to wait outside, she didn't have an answer

Ice cream cakes for all occasions available, that certainly will go fast at home (yum) along with the other great food Dairy Queen is known for, call ahead for at door pickup cause that's the way it is these days and don't forget your mask because that is the required attire these days also. Service is totally awesome.

Our regular spot, nice people, but go early is really popular.Today bad drink in order, wanted raspberry tea got Sprite and taste like the filter was old and moldy or not being change in a long time,had to throw it away. The rest of the order was good.

We get our birthday cakes here every year. Just a heads up make sure they have the right cake before paying. Some people may not mind but I think it’s an annoyance to pay twice for one thing.

Friendly crew, fast service. Not much indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor seating if the weather is good. I've been stopping at this DQ location literally since they opened 40 or so years ago and they've always had too little space for the traffic they get on busy days. But it's a good local spot and at least they are open year-round, unlike many other DQ locations that are the same size but don't serve the full Brazier food menu.
