This is a great family owned company with a very interesting business model. They offer delivery to towns in New England by setting up pick up locations so that you can order super healthy, high quality food for your pup.We found this company by chance searching for some high quality vitamins for home prepared meals. The customer service is stellar and the owners are incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition. They are also VERY personable so I will be back for more!

I would highly recommend top dog food & supply for anyone looking for high quality raw dog food! Our pup's quality of life has significantly improved after we switched to this food. We have tried other raw food companies in the past and it would only be a matter of time before he had some sort of reaction or upset stomach. This food is reliable and we have confidently been using the company for 2 years, and look forward to many more. Their customer service is wonderful and unlike other companies, they truly care about your pet and put the quality of the dog food first.

I have a 10 month old German Shepard and all he eats is Top Dogs beef with tripe PMR. We travel an hour away for Top Dog and enjoy every minute of the commute for this place. Richard and Dennis are exceptional people there and love their customers as much as we love our dogs. The food at Top Dog is perfect for getting my GSD exactly what he needs. We get enough rolls for the month and store in a freezer chest until it’s time to defrost and use for meal. Thanks Top Dog!

Our two Dogs love their food, REMI the GSP was our first and high performance so she needed everything good from Raw food. Tori came later and we put her on the same diet. They are both very healthy and have no skin, bone or any other issues. Their Vets even remarked how good their health is. I’ll never feed any of my the pets the poison of kibble again.

I changed from kibbles to raw food after my dog vomitted few times. So I researched what will be the best food for dogs and found out that raw food was something great for dog with sensitivity. So I started doing it myself. Every two weeks I had to spend time preparing, portioning, storing and freeze the raw food. It also wasn't very pleasant handling the raw dog food.So when I heard of Top Dog I decided to give it a try.OMG, clearly one of the best decision I have made on this journey of having a dog. We are extremely happy with the service of this company. The food comes frozen in rolls like sausages, about one pound each so it can be easily stored in the fridge after opening one of them.My dog Rio loves the food, his fur is super shiny, he is super healthy and active.Richard, one of the owners, is super easy to deal with and was very helpful when I ran out and had to get some food for my dog on short notice.Thank you!

The customer service at Top Dog is OVER the top. Seriously amazing. I don't remember a time in the recent past where I felt so absolutely compelled to write a review. Our 160 lb English Mastiff LOVES this food....all of it. We haven't tried anything from Top Dog that she didn't completely gobble up and in a hurry. We had tried lots of food combinations prior to finding Top Dog and she could take or leave them...but she literally does a tap dance at breakfast and dinner time. Amazing. If you're on the fence, give it a try!

It’s not often you get a really outstanding level of customer service so I want to give a shout out to everyone at Top Dog Food & Supply. Their products are incredible (and are keeping my three dogs healthy) and their customer service is excellent.We have been feeding our dog a raw diet since our oldest dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure that may be partly caused by an ingredient in the dry food we had been feeding her. She has been doing fantastic on a raw diet. Our youngest dog has horrible food allergies and raw has really helped with her allergy symptoms. The food comes conveniently packaged. Excellent products from an excellent company.

Can’t recommend Top Dog enough! They have a ton of variety when it comes to the different proteins and everything that’s needed to keep my pup strong and healthy. The quality is also amazing, looks like ground meat that I would use to cook for myself which was a big thing for me. Lots of great treat options too. Terrible service being a small business owner myself I pride myself in outstanding customer service. Top dog food does not unfortunately. They are a perfect small business that makes no mistakes apparently. Sad that I try to support small business in turn when I try to notify them my order wasn't correct they proceed to offer a discount on another purchase instead of refunding money that was rightfully mine. Because Top Dog food and supply made a mistake now I'm out cash that I work hard for everyday. Not really sure how that is good customer service or even honest business.
