The customer service I experienced from Karen was absolutely excellent. She truly is a well educated, kind, and awesome person. Her hand crafted cat bed is a one of a kind product, each one is different than the other in it’s own unique and creative way! My cat LOVES this thing… we can’t get him out of it! He sleeps in it every night since we brought it home. It’s very aesthetic and fits well in our home. These beds are unlike anything you can get anywhere else simply because they’re hand crafted, I’d recommend this 100% to anyone looking for a cozy place for their furry loved ones to rest up!

This place is located in Stratford, Connecticut in the big y parking lot. I found the people that work there very helpful.They're always having something for the dogs. We just were there to get some pictures of my dog with Santa. The people were so nice and we got some really good pictures.If you live in the area I would suggest you stop in and don't forget to bring your pet.

I LOVE H3!!!! We shop there all the time. Great selection of everything you could possibly want or need. My dogs really enjoy there huge toy section. The staff is always welcoming with a smile and a warm hello, they are very helpful in helping us find what we need and know our orders by heart. Such a wonderful place!!!!!

I love H3! Top notch products and staff that really cares. If they don’t stock it, just ask and they’ll see if they can get it for you. Staff and owners always greet you with a smile. I buy everything there. Especially love the 20% off treats on tuesdays!

We’ve been shopping at H3 Pet Supply since they opened. Karen, Michael, James, and the entire H3 Team are the most caring people and work hard to get the best products and provide the best service to customers. They are also very passionate about ensuring pet owners have access to products that are organic, safe, and effective. While other stores stock items that are produced in China and other countries where quality control and ingredients are suspect—and harmful to pets—H3 makes sure that it’s food does not originate in any place where they are not sure of its origin. I completely trust H3 and wouldn’t go anywhere else to feed and protect my family’s dogs.

Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews. For a few dollars it’s worth the peace of mind to buy from a reputable store. These guys sell counterfeit pet products from China ( which caused thousands of pet deaths in the US). Don’t risk your pets life with these guys.

I have been buying Seresto collars for my large and small dog here for 3 years and I have had no issues. They are happy and thriving! H3 pet supply sells the real thing so please know when you buy here you are buying legitimate products.

Store is clean, prices are good, and staff are amazing. I always bring my dog with me to pet stores to practice obedience and manners, the staff were so patient to help me practice calm greeting. They have a great variety of specialty products (raw, goat milk, treats, chews). They also had a good amount of stuff on sale/clearance!

I've been there 3 times so far. Each time staff has been extremely nice. Very kind knowledgeable people. You can tell they really love animals and care about the products. My dogs food is not sold in stores I was referred to them by my groomer. So glad! I'm very pleased.

We needed a nail trim for our dog and new puppy right away because our vet could not accommodate them until the following month. We found this little gem on line. Amazing service staff!! Knowledgeable and actually have care towards all animals. They have an amazing point system as well. They have a new rewards where they punch a card for every bag you buy and after x amount you get one free. They always help you bring your animal food out of its too heavy for you to carry. I highly recommend!

It is a pleasant shopping experience whenever I go. They carry the food I prefer, and have all you'd expect and want for your pets. Sales from time to time as well. My car broke during the Panera bread, and they even arranged a delivery. A service not provided any longer, but they considered the circumstance, and I was completely grateful for their help. Check them out!

Finally a health pet food store nearby! I only buy human grade food for my dog, so I can never find any healthy food brands for her at the local chain pet stores. So, I used to have to order everything online, which involves a wait and shipping fees.Thankfully I found H3 Pet Supply and they have a wide variety of top quality healthy pet food. They have everything I need and one time when they didnt, their owner placed an order for me AND it was cheaper than what I was regularly paying online.They have excellent customer service and for being a health food store, their prices are surprisingly on the low end.They also have two friendly long haired cats that roam the store.I am very pleased that this store is around. As long as I live in this area, I will be a loyal customer.

Their knowledge of the different products they offer is amazing, and they're happy to answer questions to make sure their customers get what their pets need. Always have things well stocked. In the rare case they don't have something I normally use they recommend special ordering it which is super helpful!

My daughter and I are big on support small business pet stores and we sad when our hometown one closed due to covid. When we moved to Stratford and found this gem it was like our valley pet store didn’t close! The customer service is so professional and welcoming! They have great promotions and a variety of dog food, treats, and much more, all reasonable priced!And on Tuesdays they have a 20 percent sale on regular priced items...even the 99 cent treats! Must come and see for yourself!

H3 is a great pet store. I like doing business with small, independent establishments. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They also have a good selection of the lesser-known high quality dog foods at fair prices. This is the only pet store that I go to.

I wish I could give this place more then 5 stars for this hidden gem pet store! I stopped here on my way up to a veterinarian hospital, and i couldn’t have been more pleased! The owner Karen was so kind and generous. Helping me, but more importantly my cat- Mars. We went through multiple beds for Mars to try in her new cat carrier, until we found the best one! Hooked me up with 20% off treats (always on tuesday, they call it treat tuesday) The store had great deals and a wide variety of toys, leashes, food, treats and a lot more for many animals! There were also employees in the back cutting cats nails! If you are a pet lover this is a place to stop and check out! Will be back just to see Karen!

Has so much in the store! Has my cat food and it's a little less then other stores. Plus you get discounts for buying a certain amount. People are pleasant and helpful. They also rescue and find homes for cats. That's my kind of pet store for all of the above reasons.

My f irst time visit was awesome. The clerk name Kim was very pleasant she help me with a 40lb bag of Victor Puppy food that was very heavy. She gave me a $5 coupon to meet my total charge. I really recommend H3 Pet Supply. Store wa very clean and nice.. Tank you..

I go here often to have my dog's nails trimmed. Lisa can use a dremel and is really good with my scaredy cat rescue pup! Their food and treat selection is also excellent, different from the more mainstream pet stores. The staff are all so very friendly, so sometimes we'll go there just to work on socializing our little dog!

It is clear these woman love animals and love what they do.They even devoted a section of their store to cats that need to be adopted. I could order pet food/products online but go out of my way to go to H3 to support the wonderful job they are doing. They also cut cats nails and they give what they charge to charity. They give excellent customer service and always with a smile...what more can you ask.

I was thrilled during such a difficult time there was a place I could take my dog to have his needs met, a simple nail trim. I made sure to arrive early, third car in the lot. Told the older lady when I arrived & was still forgotten when numbers were given out. Not only was I given the incorrect pet voucher, I’m more then 10th in line. Extremely disappointed in today’s service.
