Had to go out of town unexpectedly and had to find a place to take care of my cat. I left him for ten days and when I picked him up he seemed very happy and not upset. I would say that he was well taken care of and the people seem very nice and know what they are doing. The next time that I go out of town I will feel very happy to leave him in there care!

The services are affordable and I am always happy with the quality. Most importantly, the people are very friendly. Even though we only go every couple months, the groomer remembers my dog, and that makes me feel very comfortable leaving her there!

In October, I had a visit with an elder family in Stonington. Pink enjoyed a grooming and daycare for time to allow us to do tourist things without a big dog. Pink is a 5-yr old American Bulldog, 70lbs and very friendly and vivacious. She was happy to stay and happy when I picked her up. Thanks for being for such good dog caring place!!

Was wonderful to my cats first grooming ever! Treated him amazingly. The schedule was all over the place cause they kept forgetting my pet was a cat lol other wise super happy and my cat loved them :3

We ❤️ Creature Comforts, and so does our dog SMUDGE! This time, we opted for a bath, before we picked him up, and it was the best decision. He looked beautiful when we saw him at the door, and he was so happy. We were really, really pleased, once again. Thank you, and yes, we highly recommend them. It's very hard to leave your pet when you have to go away, but it's a great feeling also, knowing that they're safe, happy, and well taken care of.

Stella loves going to the doggy day care and meeting and playing with her many friends! We’ve used Creature Comforts for over 25 years and they’ve always taken care of our dogs when they were boarded there. We had a Special Needs dog who they took care of and loved having her stay with them.

Making an appointment was very easy, inputting your pets information and vaccination history was very user friendly. Business was very timely in their email responses, answered all questions, and absolutely loved our kitty we got groomed. Being nervous about getting him groomed they made me feel comfortable with leaving our fur baby within their care and said they would call with any trouble, but there was none! Would highly recommend as they are very communicative to fur parents concerns and giving updates.

As out of towners, Creature Comforts was recommended by a family member's neighbor to board our new puppy for one night. It was a last minute decision, but we didn't have much choice due to circumstances. We were well greeted and welcomed. They took good care of our baby. He was in a good mood and very tired when we picked him up so we know he was well taken care of.

Thank you Creature Comforts on how you communicated and handled a difficult situation with the temporary closure of your facility. The transition to the Barking Lot in Providence worked out well for us. They were also great; our dog was warmly welcomed by them and they communicated with us throughout Jersey Girl’s boarding stay. She made some friends while she was there. Nice job!

We brought our dog here for a grooming. She is a husky/shepherd and has shorter thick fur and is a medium size. Nothing crazy or complicated about her grooming needs, just a good scrub and brush out. When we picked her up it was as though she was never groomed. She still smelled like wet dog with just a scarf. I don't like perfumes so that was fine but she was still dirty. My son asked if there was some mistake but nope, this is supposedly after a bath. It was utter chaos and pandemonium there and the girl was a bit rude. He just paid and left. We were supposed to have had a de-shed treatment as well...that definitely didn't happen. Very disappointed and we have not nor ever will go back. Thankfully they didn't charge us an arm or leg but seriously, I shouldn't have been charged at all.

We have been taking our dogs to Creature Comforts for years and we have always had wonderful care. Recently, we have a new puppy in our household and we were very nervous about leaving her. The staff was very kind, patient and considerate. They paid attention to all of our needs and concerns. We called daily and reassured us that they were doing fine. Thank you for all the extra T.L.C. you can give to all of the animals when their owners can’t be with them. We appreciate you! 💕

My wife had to be induced labor and I needed a place for my dogs last minute! They we're able to take them and did a great job with them. When I picked my dog's up they we're happy and relaxed! The staff here is great everyone in here is in a great mood and very friendly! The rates are super affordable and they did a great job grooming them! Will definitely use this kennel again!

Our two rescue dogs are always excited to go on “doggie vacation “ at the Creature Comfort Inn. Staff takes great care of our boys. We always have them bathed, nails trimmed and teeth brushed by the grooming staff as well. Various fenced in areas for the dogs to go outside and play. The kennel is air conditioned and heated. Highly recommend the CCInn🐶💕

Lots of dogs on site. Employees were aware of the dogs when I called in to check on them during our vacation. We had an emergency and got stuck for 2 extra days. They had no problem keeping them and feeding them if necessary.You need to bring your own pre packaged food, or pay extra. We brought their beds and toys as well.Only down side: I would have liked their to be cameras so we could see the dogs and their care.

I was SO nervous to drop my kitty June at boarding—she had never been before, and she’s extremely sensitive to the presence of other cats and gets very upset when she sees them.The team at creature comforts was so understanding and sent me pictures of all of the kitty condos so that I could feel confident June wouldn’t be able to see any other animals. They were very patient and answered all of my questions, and took incredible care of June. And they posted photos of her to their Facebook so I could see that she was happy :) I’m so grateful to the whole team!!

I have a deaf dog, and was very anxious leaving her in a kennel. But the staff is amazing and put me at ease immediately. They had experience with deaf dogs, took time to show me around and explain their processes, and tge grounds and accommodations were excellent. My baby had a great time there and the staff really loved on her. Would recommend without hesitation.

My cat Diesel is well taken care of at Creature comforts and all the staff loves him. I get compliments on what a sweetie he is. I like that I can provide detailed instructions on feeding and can request photos if I wanted. I do like that I can pay online now because it makes pickup quicker and easier. Ill continue to use them for boarding. My baby when I'm on vacation

They've always been fantastic to us, our dog has stayed there many times and has always been so happy. But I understand they have new owners or management and it shows. They no longer take diabetic dogs so basically kicked us out for all future visits (I had already made 2 other reservations). They did agree to take our dog this time and to give him his insulin. I gave them 2 syringes and to be given 15 mins after eating, dinner and breakfast. Turns out they only gave him 1 and sent the other home with us without any comment.And in addition to all this I had signed up for a bath and teeth brushing. I thought it was strange that they didn't give him his usual neck scarf, but he also still had an eye stain that looked exactly like it did when I dropped him off, AND he still had matts under his right ear. No way they bathed him. I also called and asked and they said they did. So I not only paid for the bath and teeth but had also left a tip. Even when we get a NON diabetic dog we will not be going back. So sad.

So great, I love that people who work there bring their own dogs- it shows the level of care they have for all the animals. We’ve had last minute changes to our schedule and they somehow were able to have our dog groomed and ready for pick up. Fantastic service and level of care, I can’t recommend them enough.

Brought my dog Maggie Mae in for grooming. She came out happy and looked beautiful! Her tail was a little matted and they did a great job in keeping it a little long! Very pleased
