I love having this store less than ten minutes from my home! I am constantly stopping in for my two for $6 Starbucks drinks and anything else my littles feel they need. Linda is so sweet to me and my family, it's really nice having that sense of community.

Very rude staff. As I walked in with my mother we looked up and down every dirty, disheveled or otherwise unorganized aisle and upon realizing the prices were unjustifiably high we decided to venture 7 miles to another store (that's right, it was cheaper to use the gas). As we walked out the exit the mature and homely female clerk stops attending to the customer at the counter to burst out shouting across the store in a rather condescending tone "sir? Excuse me, SIR?! ARE YOU ALL SET SIR?! CAN I GET YOU ANYTHING?!"To which I replied "uhm, no I'm not buying anything."You can bet I let a few cuss word slip on my way outside the door.Edit:hearing impaired you say? Well she didn't miss a beat to turn around when that door opened up. Besides, it wasn't just the volume of her voice. It was a downright patronizing tone as if I was a child that stole a candy bar. And if she heard us "call her names" after we were already outside of the store (which I didn't, I said I cussed.) then it sounds like she can hear just fine.Any excuse suits a cheapskate outfit like your "convenience" store.

The only place we get our subs made! Family run and it shows. The quality of ingredients & the care each one is made with, makes Sterling Convenience hands down the best around for sandwiches.

The first time my mom and I went here it was fine. The people were nice. I called on Thanksgiving to ask about hours and I simply said "How long are yall open today or what time do you close?" because it's probably funky hours today and he said "till we close". Never said it was a store, and never said his name.

The owners and employees are very friendly. The store is clean. There are not many items to choose from. I am glad they called it a general store instead of a convenience store, because there is nothing very convenient about it. Most of the time the ATM is empty. They should have called it Sterling Very Basic Store.

Little mom and pops country store. I seen a few things when I stopped in to make me not to want to eat the food there. But they do carry some useful things in the store
