Don't purchase the Stop & Shop brand frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower. In the bag I received 2-3 Broccoli florets & the rest Cauliflower. Not even good quality Cauliflower. Called the Company and complained in March. It is now April, Still waiting for refund from Company.

Lindsey is a wonderful cashier! She works very quickly and bags as well as scanning, she is a multi worker! She knows exactly where to place items, unlike many other cashiers, and scans at a fast pace. She is also extremely helpful and kind, she helped me with a mobile coupon and told me how to use it. Pleasantly surprised. This S&S used to appear not well - stocked or cared for. Today, clean and well stocked. Not crowded. Got lots of fresh produce. Will come back to this S&S again.

This location always has great new snacks in the Frozen department and they always have great deals on me they also have a clear track for food here which is great for your breads or muffins that you just want for the day or for the next few days in your home there's a lot of parking and there is another grocery store across the street the customer service is great even though it's always a lot of young kids that work here they do do a great job their produce is always stopped and their Deli is always packed up with to go Foods I do recommend going here it's also close to the highway

This location is perfect, but the deli is horrible. dont ever get the prepackaged deli meats. I have bought them three times and they always have molds. They change the dates and no one is ever at the deli section.

Stop and Shop has gotten better throughout the years. I can see that they have introduced new products and they offer great savings every week. I highly recommend this store!

Well stocked, clean store with wide selection. Easy parking & far less crowded than Shoprite just across the street. Never had a problem with returned items ... they stand behind Stop & Shop goods! In general we find the house brands are equal.to the national items.Why are the employees not wearing masks properly ? A look at the store manager with his mask below his nose tells the story.

More expensive with a lesser selection as compared to nearby neighbor, ShopRite, located right across the street. Perhaps the real positive is that less people shop here as compared to their neighbor. This means fewer people that are way more important than you or I to run us over in the crosswalks!

Store #646 incident time 9.47 pm date 3/08/22I went there to shop wic benefits for my sonIt's been 3 years I am shopping wic benefits from stop and shop I always go to summer st Stamford ct stop n shop and I never had bad experience . This is the 1st time I went to 646 store stuffs was so rude for some reason the chip card machine didn't take my wic card they charged everything on my visa card but the cashier was forcefully telling me it was charged on wic card and she barely speak engling but I am a educated person I can read my receipt. So I showed to the duty manager omg he was so rude he was refusing to refund my money but atlast he did it was 9.50 they was rushing to leave they said turn off the cashier light but it was 9.50 pm but the store close at 10 pm after that he refused to ring my essential things that I need for my son. I got to upset I will not never go to stop and shop I will tell my friends and family too. I went to spend my own money and buy stuff not buying stuff for free. will not take Any disrespectful behavior. If someone will not speak up they will do the same thing to other people.Hoping stop and shop will take action for it.Thank you

One of the most popular grocery stores in the area. It is right across from a shopping plaza and near a few restaurants. Prices are reasonable and average. Store is organized and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. People's Bank is within the store. Parking is abundant and free. You can do bottle returns here as well. Not typically busy, except around holidays when it can get extremely busy.

I was buying six jars of tomato sauce. The price that scanned was higher than the price on the shelf. Marie came over to help me. I believe she is the Manager. She corrected the price on 5 jars and for my inconvenience, gave me one for free. The customer experience was very good.

Tip: If you're pressed for time, come here versus the competition across the way. Much less of a production shopping here. The staff work well together, and the end results, quality and selection, in my experience, are there. Clean and orderly, great variety,freshness, amenities, and easy navigation make this store an overall easier shopping trip.

The store is a pretty good the employees are always very helpful as well as the managing staff. They do lack cashiers especially on their busy hours. And the cleanliness outside the front of store especially around the bottle deposit area it's always very dirty.

Plenty of parking. You will never struggle for parking here. Parking area its huge. And the store has plenty of different food variety. Just keep on mind prices a bit high. But you will find pretty much anything you need

The customer service here is AWESOME! I had problem of using stop&shop coupon at the self check out. Tracey came to help immediately. After paid everything, I noticed the coupon applied was incorrect. I went back to Tracy and told her the line in the customer service counter is too long. She immediately got the key and asked Valerie (another cashier) to help me. If it was in any other store, I would be asked to wait in that long line. Very impressed! The BEST customer service!!!

I normally shop here, I have no issues besides at night I wish Stop and Shop was open until at least 11 pm or 12 am and I wish they can have a night cashier instead of self check out which can be hard to use when your getting a lot of groceries, the cashiers normally help me bag my food up

This shop and shop deserves this rating. Everytime I go to this stop and shop they are out or look to have never had some of their "sale items". Superbowl I went for chicken wings that were in the flyer and the associates couldn't tell me where they even would be. Went today friday before easter dor the leg of lamb that is supposed to be on sale. There are plenty of racks of lamb and many chops where it says leg of lamb but no leg of lamb.

My preferred location of the chain. Very large store, plenty of parking, much better selection of all types of products than other nearby locations (especially vs the two Greenwich locations, which are smaller, dirtier, with inferior product assortment). But its a busy location, so I tend to only actually shop there when nearby for something else. Otherwise its rarely worth braving the Post Rd/Main St.

Clean well merchandised store ! Nice people at help desk always solved any problems quickly. We also use this place for our propane tank refills. The have the Blue Rino tank swap program.
