Amazing pet place. I got my 2.5 lb yorkie here. Very nice people. Super helpful. Dogs come with super helpful starter packs and free vet physicals. Very knowledgeable. The store is very clean and animals are kept clean and healthy. Cages are kept clean constantly and animals are given their vaccines and health checks. Animals are bathed and cleaned in the back. They keep their play rooms cleaned and sanitized when you want to play with a dog and cat. Great selection of food, treats, toys and more. If your looking to add a new furry friend to your family I highly recommend you to stop by Safari Stans Pet Center in Stamford CT

The adoption process was quick and easy and the staff was great. They responded quickly and answered any and all questions I had. They were also very knowledgeable on the breed and was able to give me suggestions for my other dog as well who was diagnosed with cancer. Not only did I get a puppy from them but with their help I was able to get my other dog eating again and bring home his new best friend!

Let me start by saying I've been a dog owner for 2 decades and am fully impressed with this place. It's extremely clean, not to mention the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable which made the process easy. They were 100% upfront about the medical background of the pup we chose and the fact that they back their pups made the decision to take a chance easy. Today (2 days after purchase) I took our new furbaby to OUR Vet and she received rave reviews and a clean bill of health. If you are purchasing a dog I highly suggest paying Safari Stan's a visit.

I visited to see if they had a Boston terror and they did! The place is clean and the pups are very much loved💕 I can tell the care takers work hard to love and care for the puppies before they go to their new homes. It’s very sweet 💕 although I didn’t get my dream pup it was nice getting to see her. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to add a lil pupper to my day to day life! 10/10 place!

My daughter just got an ADORABLE (possibly the MOST ADORABLE one in the history of forever) bunny. NO issues with health concerns. Got a certificate and health guarantee. We've been to the vet and Flopsie has gotten a clean bill of health.Asela was hands down the most patient, understanding, and kind person that we could have dealt with. Meeting her dog Lucky was definitely a bonus. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful, as my daughter went about her business choosing her new friend. Asela got us through the process of choosing all of the right toys, food, litter, carrier, beds, mats, etc., basically EVERYTHING my daughter needed to care for her new friend. Although I was ready to pay an arm and a leg, the cost for everything was very reasonable, although the quality is amazing. Asela even trimmed Flopsie's nails before we left. It seemed clear that Asela cares a great deal for the animals she cares for in the store.These guys made this, hands down, an AMAZING experience for my daughter, and the care they showed was very appreciated.Thank you all so much!

She answered all my email questions promptly, prior to visiting the store and while I was there. She was running the whole store the day I went in, acknowledging everyone that came into the store. I honestly couldn't thank Safari Stan's Pet Center enough for blessing me with a beautiful pup! The service was amazing and we felt comfortable with the whole process of getting our new pup. As you can see from my profile picture, I am in love with my baby! I got a mini aussie who is so cute and can tell he was very well taken care of, by the way he is at home. I want to thank Zedd Miles for helping me through the whole process to get my Valentino Home! I was a little shaky about the place because the New haven location sold the original dog I wanted but Zed made everything better once I connected with my Vee. And it was a great experience after going to this location. You can tell all employees are loving of the dogs and they give you step by step of how to make sure your taking care of your dog when they come home. Thank you guys ! :)

I really like the service there I got my second dog in my life but my fiance got her first dog. Bailey was a very helpful individual she was on queue she knew exactly what to say how to say it she knew all of the ins and outs and helped us find our new family member which is a Boston terrier and we named her taze.

Went with friend to pick up a puppy I will add the puppy care is very good. However when it comes to reptile care its extremely disappointing they had an adult bearded dragon in 15 gallon tank with no room to move and absolutely no knowledge what so ever on there care. I ended up bringing her home and she is limping on her front leg the sold me an injured reptile for a pretty penny might I add but I just wanted her to have proper care so I didn't care I called about her limping they siad they wouldnt notice becuase they don't let them walk around ever they should stick to what they know and reptiles are not it!
