I’ve been shopping at the Pet Supplied store in Stamford since it opened a few years ago. Every time that I’ve been there I have had an excellent experience: Outstanding customer service, helpful, polite, caring towards my pups, all my questions answered, and they take time to help me find all the products that I’m looking for. If a product is not at the store they will order it.And so my last visit was no difference! I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriella who is absolutely amazing and has truly has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills! 🤩 I’m very thankful that she took time to help me with my purchase and find all the things that I needed. I truly had an excellent experience from beginning to end as Gabriella truly went above and beyond and went the extra mile for me! Thank You! ☺️

It is one of the best shops around. The girl gabby that works there is the sweetest thing and always makes me feel valued as a customer. She knows the product, she knows the people. Thats what people look for when they come to a specialty shop such as pet supplied. They have anything you could need for your pets.

I love this store!!! I wish I started shopping here much sooner. This store has a nice selection of natural supplements and medicines that work wonders for my two dogs. The staff is very knowledgeable, I always seem to swing by when Louis is working and he is great at educating me on what I need to cure my dogs stomach problems and other ailments. Thank you Pet Supplied!

Gabriella is amazing and took a tic off of my Rottweiler's ear--I walked in panicked, and she immediately offered to do it at no cost and told me it was no big deal, totally calming me down and making the situation great for everyone, including Bear! And then we bought a toy and some ear cleaning solution! I am infinitely grateful to her for this whole experience and this will now be my go to spot for all things pet related because of her!THANK YOU GABRIELLA for helping a city gal like me through my first tic scare! So excited about this! Popped in today to check it out and grab some cat food. High end healthy food galore and more affordable market brands as well. Great location and very nice and knowledgeable! I even got a bunch of free stuff to try after telling how picky my cats are. Free stuff??? 🤫 I mean, when does that ever happen!! Super impressed and will absolutely go back!! Wishing them much success!

PetSupplied is a wonderful shop I went there with my family today and the owner was incredibly helpful & nice. we discovered new products for my dog that mite consider using more in the future. in conclusion I highly recommend going there for your pet needs.

What a lovely pet store!! I came here with my boyfriend and dog looking for treats. I’m not sure what his name was, but the employee working gave my dog some free treats after I bought sticks. Will be coming back, and told my mom so that she can go back to get treats/supplies/food for her dogs too!
