It might seem small from the outside, but honestly they have such a great array of dog foods and supplies. I was able to find a very specific brand of dog food that 2 other stores I went to didn't even have! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help out when needed.

Past reviews are 4 to 5 years old. I think their customer service is great, friendly, pet-smart, etc. They have wonderful products. When I buy a mouse, I don't have to fill out paperwork which is ridiculous like some stores make you do. Good job!

We recently rescued a dog with some digestive issues. We feel so fortunate to have walked into Pet Choice on High Ridge Road. The entire staff is delightful and helpful, well trained, and very customer focused. Brian, the manager, is exceptional and such a tremendous wealth of knowledge. Basically, he’s our first call when our dog is having health issues. With his expert knowledge, he’s gotten us set up on a diet that works for Bella.

Great store, just a quick note. Check your receipt. I was charged 23.99 for a dog snack that costs 7.99 elsewhere. They refunded my money with no problem but just be aware of prices.

Online ordering is a waste of time. Website appears to have good deals, but when nothing is in stock... Moved in to another pet supply store. Employees are always amidst a conversation amongst themselves and rarely stop to acknowledge you during check out. Kinda awkward. Thanks anyways...

My boyfriend and I adopted a dog 3 weeks ago and came here for some first night supplies. They are ridiculously over priced and weren't much help. I also found out had we just driven the extra few miles to PetSmart we would have spent a fraction of the price on a lot that we bought. The staff the first night was helpful but on the second visit no one was paying any attention that customers just came in. I have no clue how they can put discount on their store when they sell toys and beds at double to three times the price of other pet stores in the area. Take the time and drive to PetCo in Norwalk or PetSmart in Stamford. Don't waste your money here.
