I had a stray show up , it took a bit gain trust . He was matted , my friend cut him trying to get the Matt's out. I called and the staff was wonderful, I'm now a happy client. The bill was very fair , the treatment was excellent, good communication and time upon discharge. They even clipped him for us. I love this place.

Always a wonderful experience. I started using SVC about a year an a half ago. I had got a puppy that unfortunately came down with Parvo. They did absolutely everything they could for her and even though she still passed, they treated the situation with empathy and respect. That’s why I chose to keep them as my vet for my new dog, and I’m so glad I did! They answer any question you have with sincerity and promptness. I think for the way they treat their patients, the price is very fair. They always ease my stress whenever i think something may be wrong with my pup. When we do have to go, My dog is always taken care of and truly loved by all the staff here. Wonderful place run by wonderful people. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing! I tried for months to find someone to fix my dog no one wanted to do it because he's a bulldog. I called Stafford and they said sure and got us in quick. Everyone is real personal and friendly they did an amazing job and even took care of a few other issues he had. I highly recommend we will be going back A+++

Our miniature Dachshund Daisy got into our 70 pound dogs seizure medication. The staff at SVC took amazing care of our girl. Thank you all so much!

We experienced an emergency situation with our dog this past December. He was struck by a vehicle in the driveway and took a pretty hard fall. Stafford Vet was there for us immediately and was even waiting outside the front door for our arrival. They took such good care of our Ryder and kept us updated every step of the way. As a senior dog, we worried what the outcome might have been for him. We are happy to say Ryder is doing just fine and with nothing but a wonky eye from his fall, we are certain we have many more years with him. Thank you to everyone at Stafford Veterinary Center!

Since they have become bigger they have not become better. The personal and really caring compassion is gone. I have a very good vet there but bottom line is money or don't waste our time. My 14 year old dog was extremely sick. I called and explained the situation and that my financial situation had changed. They would be paid but for the first time I wouldn't be able to pay the full bill upfront. My little girl had been with them for years and thousands of dollars had been paid through the years. No exaggerating. I asked the Young man to see if I could have an appointment and could my vet please call me. The few times in the past she always returned my call. I truly don't believe she got the message. I heard nothing about either request. She continued to get sicker. I couldn't find any place accepting new patients. I had no choice I called again. The only way they would see her was if I got full funding. Imagine that. I have good credit! I got care credit. Ended up i was in the hospital for the same reason. It was in the apartment. We ended up moving and once we were out of there for awhile we improved. Terrible time getting eye drops I had to have ordered. Figured I'd get two bottles. I'm going to say I ordered in November maybe early December. They called so I went to pick them up. They had her blood pressure medicine,no I drops. Didn't inform me. Went again to pick them up told they were ready. Prepaid. Got out of the the car. One bottle. Went back in. They said other bottle was back ordered. From months before ? Ok as of today still waiting. 45 minute drive each way. Haven't heard a word from them. Problems before with medication but not like this. I pray my little girl passes before needing them again. Unfortunately she has to continue the eye drops for the rest of her life.

We took our 15 year old for the first time, to the Stafford Veterinary Clinic. From the time of the appointment, to the actual dental cleaning and surgery and subsequent pickup, we received the utmost in personal care. Communication was amazing, Front Staff and Surgery Intake (Brooke) made us, and our little man, feel comfortable from the minute we stepped in. The entire facility is clean, modern and not chaotic. Communication is beyond expectations. We will never change vets for our 14 and 15 yr old Parsons and for any upcoming pawed children we have. Thank you to everyone for such an amazing and comforting experience. And we think our little guy had everyone eating out of his little paw, with his angelic demeanor, regardless of the stories we told! We even scored an original drawing of him by Pharmacy! Thank you to the entire staff and doctors for making our little guy the star and assuaging our fears of surgery.

Came to Stafford for an emergency with my 2 kitties, who are my entire world. Stafford took amazing care of my cats and the staff was very responsive when I asked for updates. They are also very accommodating. I will be making Stafford my primary vet for my cats!

My wife and I have been taking our dogs to Stafford Veterinary Center for about 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier with them. Today we called first thing in the morning because one of our dogs was extremely sick and we weren’t sure what was going on with him. They got us in right away and we saw Dr. Mordasky. This was our first time dealing with Dr. Mordasky and he was absolutely amazing. He was honest with us and made us feel like he truly cared about us and our dog. He was very professional and we couldn’t say enough good things about him and the rest of the staff at Stafford Veterinary Center. On top of the exceptional care they provide for animals, they also are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anybody!

I chose this vet because it had a reasonable price for a first visit with my kittens. Then I chose to get them spayed and neutered here for 900 dollars only including the basics. No one informed me about any pre procedure care until I called and asked myself. The females incision got infected so I had to go back to get it re stitched. The first stitches were dissolvable. I was not informed that the new ones are not. I called asking if they need to be removed. I was told no. I said they are metal and I was told there is no removal appointment for me, so again no. I sent them a picture because I was skeptical and guess what… they had to be removed. The vets are nice and seem to care for the animals but the front desk staff is just not great.

Always great at getting you in quickly. Very competent and thorough service always. Wait times always seem to be long regardless of being the earliest appointment available. And unfortunately some of their fees are excessive. Getting a flu vaccine booster after an initial visit with the first vaccination in a two step series. Should never be billed as a full exam just to soak you for an extra $80.Excusing it with the justification that the vet can only give vaccines just doesn’t fly. Then offering a low income monthly clinic option that doesn’t require an exam, doesn’t help. Not especially when the flu vaccine is a 21 day very time sensitive vaccine 2 step series. My child has never received a vaccine from a doctor. It is always a RN or MA. There is no reasonable excuse to justify forcing a full exam fee onto clients for these types of circumstances. It’s disrespectful and advantageous. Even the vet was uncomfortable… desperately trying to find something he could “help with” was I sure I didn’t have any questions?At the other vet I have fallen back on for years. They have a vax for life program, which saves a ton as long as you meet the deadlines. And regardless if all you are needing is a vaccine or especially a booster. You can pay a much lesser fee to just have that done without being required to complete a full exam to do so. Of course considering you are up to date and an Initial or previous exam was had. It’s 10 minutes farther away but you can bet I will be going there for routine procedures and needs from now on.

I was with this veterinarian for about 10 years. I rescued a kitten on the side of the road, I brought it to the vet and spent over $300 for antibiotics for an infection. About 3 weeks later the cat was very ill, went back to the Stafford vet to be told the cat was elderly and in renal failure. I was confused because I had been told the cat was a kitten no more than 2 to 3 months old and that's why I spent $340 on medication. It was decided the cat needed to be put to sleep, I explained that I was not going to pay for that. They were rude, I demanded that they put the cat to sleep it was their error and I had already spent hundreds of dollars on a cat that was found on the side of the road. They did. They put the cat to sleep. And then Judy, Dr. Mordasky's wife, flagged my account so that I could not come back ever again. I have subsequently tried twice to call and make an appointment, the receptionist always has a long hesitation and proceeds to put me on hold. Each time comes back and tells me they can't get me in for months. In other words, I'm not welcome back. I'm not welcome back because her young son who's becoming a vet misdiagnosed the cat and I refuse to pay hundreds more to put it to sleep. If it can happen to me it can happen to you. A real lack of character on the office manager's part. I highly recommend going to another veterinarian.

Had an emergency visit with my dog today. This is my first time using SVC and all the staff seemed to be very caring . The vet was very honest about the options and my dogs outcome and assured me I was making the right decision to put him down . The vet told me if there was a better option I would not allow this to happen . As sad as my family and I are at the moment to loose our first dog of 12 years. I believe the right decision was made . Best veterinary services and the price priceI was looking for an affordable asap appointment without breaking my pocket and it was even better than I expectedQuality service and an amazing quick appointment for the next day but what made it worth it was the amazing team of humans in there taking care of my baby Myloh....I really thought I was going to loose him due to his asthma and within minutes of been there my boy was breathing perfectly,they took the time needed with us and listen to me as I was so afraid in tears and comfort meBut best of all My Myloh was breathing and has a full life ahead of him.............Thank you ALWAYS

Called because I need my two females spayed. I must not be with the times because $600 each seems a bit excessive to me. Idk 🤷🏻♂️. I’ll still find somewhere else to go after reading these reviews.

We've had two surgeries done at Stafford Veterinary Center, and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff are kind and understanding, they are responsive and available to help with concerns post-op, they are reasonably priced, and their genuine care for animals is evident. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr David Mordasky was great with our Ellie. He performed FHO surgery on her. The staff was above and beyond in their caring for her and keeping us up to date on her progress. I would highly recommend Stafford Vet!

I had an amazing experience at puppy palace. It is a very clean, professional and welcoming environment. The owner Louie is super nice and will go above and beyond to get you the puppy you’d like. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new dog to come here!

If you truly care for your pets, be sure you do not take them here, especially to see Dr. Abby. We recently adopted 2 kittens from the same litter. They both came down with upper respiratory infections, we brought them in and got them on antibiotics. One kitten started getting better, the other one was clearly allergic to the meds. Called them back and personally spoke to Dr Abby and she insisted that the few days of meds he took were good enough and refused to give him different antibiotics. After a couple of days, it was clear that he was getting sicker. We got an appt and brought him in. This is when they decided things were serious and now our sweet little baby had to stay overnight in an oxygen cage. The offices x-ray machine was broken but the Dr. said she didn’t think it would make a difference what it said that the oxygen was what he needed. After about 24hrs in oxygen and on new meds he came home even though his breathing was labored, they ensured us that the meds would fix that. Upon completing the new meds, he still seemed sick, I called back to let them know, they spoke to Dr. Abby, and she said again the amount of antibiotics he took, he’ll be fine. Fast forward a few more days he started having a hard time breathing, I called to get him back in and they gave me an appointment that was 6 days away…. I feared he wouldn’t make it but booked it anyways and asked for the doctor to call. She never did but the front desk spoke to her, and she gave us more antibiotics. Upon picking them up the next day, I discovered she only gave 2 doses for a 5-day span. At this point I knew they had no intention of taking this situation seriously as well as no compassion for us or Cloud. They were very nonchalant about my concerns for our kitten. We ended up taking him to an emergency vet where the x-rays showed his right lung full of fluid and pneumonia. Because of his age and the severity of the case they said he would not make it and we had to put him down. I will never return to this vet, their overall lack of compassion and lack of urgency when they already had agreed to care for these babies by taking these guys on as new patients, and had knowledge of their issues, still didn’t want to hear me when I was telling them something was wrong. Now his brother searches the house for him, and my heart is completely broken! Worst experience with a vet ever!

My puppy, Peanut, had a freak accident on Sunday night and broke her leg. Tuesday morning she was seen first thing and by the afternoon had her surgery. Very understanding and accommodating when discussing cost. Your pet is their top priority! All of my pets future care will be here! Awesome team!

We came in on an emergency injury. Everyone was very understanding and helpful. I was extremely grateful for being able to be seen so quickly. Everyone was even able to keep Buddha pretty calm. Not a small feat with him.
