Timeless CBD had the best stuff you can get. I liked the store and had visited numerous times.In the past few months their hours changed. A few days ago I checked their store hours online and saw that they were open between 4 and 6 that day. I stopped by only to find that they really are closed and to get the product you have to go to Bristol or order online.Fine, I'll order online for a delivery. It turns out that what I used to pay $70 for is now $80, but only with a revolving charge PLUS shipping charges. To get what I want when I want to order jumped from $70 to $100.I understand that inflation is a major problem but holding the customer over the barrel this way is unconscionable.To whoever manages Timeless CBD: You really need to rethink your marketing strategy. Please try to figure out how to sell your products through local vendors, etc instead of making loyal customers jump through burning hoops. Timeless will run out of time otherwise, and I'd hate to see that happen.Peace.

Reviews now a days can positively or negatively effect a product, I’m here to give a superb review . I’ve been using timeless products for two months and have had great results every time effortlessly. I’m currently using full spectrum Hemp oil 1000mg vegan friendly non gmo toxin free product. This is my personal experience for anxiety. A lot of great information on there website.

My experience at the shop was beyond my expectation and customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody looking into CBD. I would definitely purchase from them again.I would also like to add that the site is easy to navigate and shipping cost is reasonable.

Awesome place! :-) Super knowledgeable about their CBD and their products! :-) my hands feel better already after using the pain relief salve!! Plus the manager was super friendly, she was very bubbly with a great smile! You can tell she just loves customer service!

Purchased a Delta 8 cart from here 8/25 and I’m pretty sure it was bad or tampered with. It was a 950mg cart but the amount of actual liquid was maybe half that. The liquid looked like it had separated as half was light and the rest was dark. The taste could best be described as chemical. The typical delta 8 effects didn’t happen either. The missing amount, separated color, and missing effects made me lean toward tampered so it ended up in the trash. The person working there was very nice but I don’t think I could recommend this place after that cart.

First off the customer service is amazing. They really give you a complete breakdown of how everything works and the benefits of each product. Product is the best in CT, super affordable, works like a charm. I feel better and better each day I'm using it.

I had major back surgery and was discharged from the hospital on 4/5/2020. I had heard good things about Timeless CBD and asked my daughter to bring me there before going home. I spent close to $250 and went home. Clean store and nice people. I spoke to a female and one of the owners. On 4/16/20 I went back to Timeless with 2 of the products that I bought on 4/5. Not to complain but for some assistance in determining how much I had left of both products. The female working that day was very nice. In fact, she informed me that I didnt need any refills. However, I decided to purchase 2 refills. I spent about another $170. I left Timeless and went straight home, about 5 minutes away. I unpacked my bag and realized that a brand new bottle of oil that cost around $120 was not in my bag. I searched everywhere and made sure the bag did not have any holes in it. I eventually called Timeless and told them what happened. They were very nice and even concerned. I certainly made no accusations against them. The owner told me that he would speak to the female, look at any pictures from the stores security and would get back to me. When we spoke later that day he was very nice but told me they did not find my bottle of oil. I'm writing this because as an attorney I understand how important customer service is. I was very disappointed in the manner my issue was resolved. The owner said he was sorry about what happened and I believe he was sorry. But I think he should have said something like; I know you made a $250 purchase on 4/5/20 and didnt call back saying that some product was missing , so although we are a small store, and I cant do this again, I'm willing to give you another bottle just because I want you to come back again for your next CBD purchase . I would have even been ok with him offering to sell me a replacement for 1/2 the price. But I was never offered anything which I believe was unfortunate. So since then I have been making my new purchases in a Wallingford , CT CBD store which is almost 30 minutes away. Nice Store And Nice people, but unfortunately I'm never going back there .

Timeless CBD has a great team of experts. They have amazing products that have helped me personally as an athlete. Especially with recovery and anxiety. Both myself and my boyfriend who is a Veteran have benefitted from so many of their products. I recommend reaching out to them especially in this time of need. As Athletes it can be hard not to get the proper recovery such as massage, acupuncture etc. These products are life savers during these social distancing days!Get the coffee. It is amazing.

I'll place an order on the 16th and I got a tracking number and it says it's not been picked up yet I'll pay for priority shipping I can't get hold of anybody on the phone they don't email me any information I'd like to get my money back. I don't think this place is a respectful business I have my doubts they won't even talk to you

I've been going to Timeless CBD fortheir pet CBD for over a year now, and have gotten some CBD gummies for my mom as well. Not only are their products top notch, but their Customer Service is Amazing. If you need CBD, pay them a visit.

This is my third time buying a Timeless CBD topical. I just brought the Fire 1000mg. Big- Big Big FAN! I’ve had some nagging knee pain from when I started a new running program, coupled with playing tennis and strength training. No sooner than applying Fire twice to my knee and instant pain alleviation. Thank you Timeless CBD! Your product is El Fuego!

One of their customers put in my email address as theirs, and when I attempted to contact them to correct this, they didn't respond. When I got a follow-up email and responded to that, they tried to 'dress me down' for being unprofessional, saying that the email address they specified to use to contact them 'wasn't monitored'. Which makes me wonder why they would even say to use it in the first place, and that I am unprofessional??So, after I asked them to stop emailing me, they again sent an email confirming yet ANOTHER order for someone else today. Apparently asking to be removed and not contacted again isn't 'professional'.Edit: In response to the owners response, the customer giving you that email address is wrong. I have had this email address for 15 years, and it has never belonged to anyone else. At this time I will just set any emails from your domain to bounce back, and you and the customer can figure out how to resolve this, since he giving you incorrect information.

CBD hemp oil from here actually works for my anxiety. It's hard to find good cbd, it seems like some places sell poor quality stuff but this place actually sells stuff that works! It's now my go to place even though it's further for me than some other stores, but it's worth it. They also have online ordering which is super convenient.

Horrible .... I ordered the purple haze & grandaddy purkle purple it looks nothing like the pics the post or the name its smells dingy and the color is brown. I wish I could gdt a refund ..... Horrible CBD FLOWER SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
