Gone downhill. Never Enough registers open and only two of the self-checkout were working. The people that work there on the floor are Pleasant and helpful but after 20 minutes of waiting to check out I just left. I blame the management, that is their job to manage the staff to ensure that customers can pay for their purchases in a timely manner.Or how about coming out of the office and actually getting behind a register and helping out.

I had an unexpected but great experience today! I found 2 beautiful pink (different shades) sweaters. Super soft. Inexpensive but nice quality. I will wear one for NYE. and for work. I was a very happy shopper. Limes moved quick and store was clean and well stocked.

In store shopping experience is less than desirable. Pallets, carts of products, u-boats with cases of product are everywhere. It’s impossible to shop without tripping over something. There’s consistently one or more registers not in operation at self checkout with one cashier ringing up customers.

The cashier Pat with the pink hair is rude as hell. I got scolded by her about taking my bag and putting it into my cart. Next time I’m going to tell them I want a bag for each item. She had the bag decently full and pushed to the side. “Let me finishing bagging.” I can’t wait to intentionally go back to that old hags line and do it on purpose next time. I get it you don’t like your job but I’ve had jobs in the past too that I disliked and the customer never had to deal with me giving them undeserved attitude.

Mostly good experiences at this location but the order pick up process is impossible. You'll spend more time waiting for your order than it would take to pick items yourself--not convenient for busy people. Yesterday, I waited 15 minutes to be helped and another 15 minutes for the employee to pick up my order from across the store. By the time I got my order, 6 people were waiting in line behind me. The service desk is severely understaffed and the process is highly inefficient.

Every time i go the selves are empty there's boxes everywhere they always stock during business hours. How can you open at 8 and not be ready for customers? I've driven over there twice and it's the same thing empty shelves tripping over stockers and boxes. Maybe have your staff in earlier or overnight stock.

Huge clean organized store. The person over at guest services was nice. Huge drive up area, great parking. Overall good experience. Only complaint is that the drive up order was not ready within two hour time mark like it usually is at other locations.

It's target,I personally can't stand the tiny boppers and the overall attitude of some of the customers,but I'm not going to give the store a bad rating because of the visitors.. it's clean and maintained. A regular target.. only 4stars because their men's selection of clothes and shoes are almost non-existent .

I had met an employee who was not on the clock. Yet helped me anyway to look for bait for exotic fish. Quite a mission. Yet she helped me anyway. This person made me change my mind about Target. I will start going back Southington Target more often. Thanks Pat from Southington Target!!

Nice store, but their return and order pick up line is extremely slow. I went in to get an online order and stood in line for 20 minutes. It was only 3 people before me

I’ve worked there back in 2019 and there weren’t any issues or problems, as of now I’m sure there are new employees. Some of the aisles are a mess, it’s getting difficult to really shop because the staff are constantly back and forth trying to put merchandise back on the shelves.

Target has really slipped. Next to no cashiers making for long lines and tonight no cashiers. We pay full service prices, we should not be forced to check out through self serve with 300 dollars worth of goods. Closing manager was kind but Southington Target has hit a new low. I have read your annual reports, stop being cheap SOB's. Enough for me to take my business elsewhere

I was shopping and Ashlyn and Kenny were the most helpful individuals I’ve ever met! They were restocking and I didn’t want to get in their way so they handed me the things I needed. We chatted for a bit and they are the sweetest kids ever. Give them raises please.

I am truly disgusted with the way my husband and I were treated by a target staff member today. We were very aggressively approached by an older worker with purple hair for using a self checkout up front that no one was using (the regular self-checkout had open registers as well). She raised her voice at us for using the register, to which we profusely apologized and offered to stop scanning our few items.She continued to raise her voice at us and told us to “hurry up and finish scanning so we could get the f out of her way”.I truly hope this store offers some sort of sensitivity or customer service training to their staff, I would hate for others to be on the receiving end of her aggressive attitude the way we were.

It was an amazing experience as a mom to an infant. I cant usually shop for clothes and try them on and take my time. Today i could! Thank you target for providing a nursing room in the dressing room and making it family friendly. I was able to purchase all i needed and MORE. In addition friendly staff and clean store! This store isnt near my home but is worth the drive. 5 stars!

I like how it's not too busy like Walmart and the prices are good too. I also like how if you buy certain items you can get a gift card for what ever in store items you want. The checkout didn't seem as long as Walmart either I also think the Starbucks was a nice addition to shopping and the food in the front end was nice and convenient. The parking lot was not so busy as Walmart and had more parking for front of store

For sure the best Target in the area. Its new, spotless, clean, and the associates are helpful. This Target stands in stark contrast to similar stores and even other Target locations. I'd rather make the 20 minute drive to avoid Walmart or the New Britain Target location. The experience is just way better and I'm always able to get in and out without waiting, which makes the drive more than worth it.

My cashier was super helpful! Aliyah, I think was her name ! I am so impressed by the service I received. I will recommend this target to everyone I know ! I just moved to CT so I was nervous about shopping at a new to me target. I am happy I went shopping here today. She was amazing and is a great, friendly, kind , super helpful cashier ! Also the woman working at self checkout helped as well. She was super friendly and helpful too!

Honestly every time I interact with a team member in the store it is always bad. Main reason I don’t shop there!!! It would be nice if the team (ETL included) start going above and beyond for guest. Because the service I experienced today was definitely not fast, fun, or friendly. Drove for 45 min just to get sent back home without anyone even trying to do more for me.

The drive up/curbside that they have is so convenient. I love that they don’t charge extra for it like most businesses would and it’s same day. I had to use the service several times while I was healing from a surgery and since I wasn’t allowed to lift more than 10 pounds the service was really helpful. The employees were always so kind about putting things into my car for me, and through their app, it was really fast, seamless, and efficient.
