Very disappointing product. Ordered the Cookies N Cream Concrete for the first time ever and it was basically entirely chocolate syrup (no idea why) and threw most of it out. Incredibly disappointing for the (frankly) ridiculous price. Definitely won’t order that item ever again and probably won’t ever visit this location again. I’ve never had a bad Rita’s experience until tonight but this may have ruined my impression of Rita’s forever. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer this evening.

I always love coming to this Rita's! Always get greeted all these years with a happiness and a smile, usually by that beautiful young lady with the long red hair and amazing style who is now the manager. :) Love the ice, especially that it is made with fresh fruit. I hope some day they have dairy free custard. :)

isn't a Rita's establishment in Lake Compounce for me to review. However, assuming that this is a chain, I hope the management will take note of my experience. Today, around 1:30 PM, my family and I decided to treat ourselves with ice cream/slushy amidst the summer heat. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter was completely overwhelmed with a long queue. It was surprising that there weren't more staff members to handle the crowd. What's worse, I discovered a piece of a bee/hornet inside my cup. This certainly calls for improvement in your service. Please strive for better

My husband ordered a Cookies & Cream concrete, it was basically empty for almost $6 dollars. On top of that they did not give him not even 1 napkin. How can you not give your customers napkins when they are eating ice cream? Very disappointed. .

This Southington Rita’s on Queen Street is the best Rita’s around! Ice cream is always so delicious! Not like those other, Rita’s… Christiana was so helpful and delightful! I would never go to any other Rita’s in all of CT

Good place, good service, but what happened to good old chocolat, cherry, lemon......The cream ice that is fantastic doesn't have the appealing flavors anymore. 🤷‍♂️So my wife went back today, girl behind counter could not get the order right, after three tries.....I would have just walked away and let them keep there product while I keep my money, but she's nicer than me and finally caved and accepted what she didn't order.BTW manager was there, still got no resolution.One of the items ordered was a cream ice,Mint chocolate chip.....thats it, nothing fancy.....for some reason they insisted on putting g custard on top 🤦‍♂️So I gave this place another shot.The menu i was sent had mint chocolate chip cream ice on it, sounds good...let's give it a try...Drive all the way there....20 min.They don't have it, haven't for a few days. Why is it on the menu?I got there

I love this place no matter which one I go to. Only two things prevent me from rating this five stars. 1: It's a little more expensive than I would like to pay for a treat, although it's good enough to make it a rare stop. 2: They rotate flavors, and while some of the more popular ones are there almost all the time, there have been occasions where our list of top three favorites have all been missing simultaneously. It would be nice to be able to check online for a list of flavors, because if we call in to check (depending on the peak hours or staffing, etc,) sometimes the call is not picked up.
