We have stopped here many times for ice cream, but this time, I ordered an ice cream cake. It was delicious and decorated, just as asked. We ordered the strawberry and vanilla with the crunches in between. We got the 7 inch round for 4 people to have 2 slices each. It was the perfect size. Our family is looking forward to many other ice cream cakes from Praline's.

While there are many ice cream options and it tasted really great, I too didn’t really get the best customer service experience. No welcome or anything, basically kind of a what do you want attitude. I def recommend the Oreo cake ice cream.

When I get the craving for ice cream, this is my go to spot. The employees are fantastic. The ice cream is delicious and there are so many unique flavors.I love walking down Center St and stopping to sit on an open bench in the late afternoon to enjoy a delicious ice cream treat.

I rarely complain at all…And I’ve never had this problem before here. The girl working was very sweet, but we opened up our ice creams when we got home and there was more air in these cups than ice cream. For the amount spent, I’d be better off with a pint of Ben and Jerry’s. Very very disappointed tonight.

I absolutely love this ice cream and been to several other locations!!! Banana is my fiancé and I’s all time favorite. But went into this southington location and the woman behind the counter had a very visible attitude. Kinda felt like she didn’t want anyone to be in the store. So the 3 stars are for the ice cream but that lady made me feel uncomfortable.

I got charged $22 for a medium cone and a large cup with one topping. We asked about it and the worker insisted we were wrong and that it cost $11 per ice cream. We paid it and the ice cream was good, just odd that we paid that much even though the posted prices for the cup, scoops, cone, and topping do not reflect it.

Brought my family to enjoy a nice Ice Cream treat. We were pleasantly mistreated. Our ice cream portions were extremely low AND our service seemed unwelcoming. We will not be back and will tell others about our unsatisfied service.

Me and family go atleast once a week. Staff are truly amazing especially Ryan who always welcome my family with a big smile on his face and a big hello. They all have awesome customer service and great ice cream especially pistachio ice cream that my husband loves.

There's a huge selection of "own made" ice cream flavors to choose from, the staff is pretty helpful & friendly. However there's not a lot of room inside to sit down if your party has over 2 people, the door was a little difficult to negotiate for my elderly grandmother that uses a walker, and I thought it was a tad high priced (compared to Dairy Queen) . I really liked the location though, it's right in a safe, popular section of southington that seems to be an evening hotspot . . . I'm not a big hard ice cream person but I would definitely go there again!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. I've always loved going there since I was young and bringing my nephews not that they love ice cream, The owners are amazing and once year when I forgot they have different winter hours and left me unable to order a cake in the normal time constraints, I emailed and she went in early to make the cake I wanted the same day!!! Amazing business. Amazing people. Amazing ice cream!

Amazing icecream!!! We just bought our daughter a birthday cake, and we were beyond impressed, and so were our guests. Our daughter just had her 6th birthday party. It was so nice to be able to customize our cake with choice of ice cream, frosting accents as well as picture. From the initial order, to pickup it was a seamless and wonderful experience. She is already talking about what she wants on her next cake. We have been getting ice cream here for years, but this was our first cake purchase. That will be changing!!! Thank you so much!!!

We found the worker to be rude. She also gave us the the wrong size order and when confronted about the mix up said well its the same amount of ice cream just the wrong bowl, which I found hard to believe when looking at the difference in bowl size. She lied to us so as nice as the place looks and as yummy as the ice cream is they lack majorly in customer service. I'd rather go somewhere that treats there paying customers nicely.

The Praline's ice cream is delicious- I love the Graham Cracker Smacker- but skip the Cup of Dirt sundae. It's a little sad compared to others in the area.
