My parents had their dog groomed here and she had large cuts on each side of her face. The groomer warned my father that she had cut her and my father didn't realize how badly the injury was until he got home. She had to go on an antibiotic and 3 weeks later she has reopened up the wound on one side of her face and that is when my father went back to confront the groomer and she denied ever cutting her. Please be mindful before taking your dog.

Kyle really took the time to listen to some of my dog's needs, before taking her for the first time. I did not feel rushed, I felt like he really cared. I liked that they called me 20 minutes before my dog was ready for pick up. They were right on time with the time they estimated for the appointment to take. When I went to pick up my dog she looked calm and happy, which says a lot because she has anxiety. Thank you, Kyle!

Every time I visit Petco the staff are smiling and pleasant. Kyle is amazing with Myla. She just loves to get pampered and she loves seeing Kyle.

We made our first Petco Spa appointment with Jacqueline for a bath & trim for our pup. Jacqueline was very friendly and made us feeling comfortable leaving our dog Millie there! The couple times we came to peak in, Millie looked very comfortable. We like that we can make appointments online that fit our schedule, especially on weekends.

Jesse from Petco in Southington, CT was AMAZING!!!! She really made are dog look like a new dog! I will definitely being going to Petco for her grooming. They were wonderful. This is my first dog and the experience was everything and more. That store is a great store. The staff was great as well there. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. There were very friendly and knowledgeable. This store and staff are amazing!!!!

Groomer had a bit of an attitude. I was not happy to see another increase in price. $81 is way too much money now for a 16 lb doxiepoo. With a $5 tip, it's $86.88 almost $87. That's outrageous!

Decided to try out Petco grooming for my goldendoodle and it was the biggest mistake. We only wanted a bath, nails, and trim and our dog left completely shaved with patches on his belly and we could see his skin on the bridge of his nose. We did not get what we asked for and will never be returning! Waste of money!

Claimed my dog is aggressive and bit them, yet claimed this months after the “incident”. Was banned from coming back due to my “aggressive dog” even though I was never informed prior. Very unprofessional, the staff teamed up on me and did not handle the situation well. Not to mention this was all after them cancelling our appointment 5 minutes after it was supposed to happen. They changed the story multiple times, changing little details each time they tried to explain themselves about the incident with my dog. Never got a clear answer on what really happened. (let it be known my dog is a 10lb ball of fluff that rolls over to everyone she meets). I would have dealt with the situation if I was told the day it supposedly happened yet this petco claims they told me when they never actually did. I think they just made the whole thing up because they did not like my reaction to the appointment mix up. The situation was stressful and infuriating, will never go back there for anything.

Selena was great with Kona. Kona went there for a bath after we picked her up from the CPR Dogs rescue tailor that morning and she was nasty. Selena made sure she was 100% clean once she was done as well as being delicate when attempting to dry her off as Kona hated that part. Thank You Selena!

Jacquelyn takes care of both of my dogs and the girls are always so busy in the grooming stations. Petco should have someone answering the phones for the girls in the grooming area. No matter how busy she is Jacquelyn she always smiles.
