This is one of my favorite places to shop! They always have new seasonal items to help add some pizzazz to your home. They also have a large selection of dishes, pans, linens- almost anything you might need for your home. They even have an aisle for pets. Lamps, some furniture, mirrors and pictures give you a selection that you can afford. They get new items daily, so you never see the same things each time you go. I am a retired kindergarten teacher, but the reasonable prices at Home Goods enable me to “change up “ things without breaking the bank.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Home Goods. An associate named Rose and the manager named Lauren were absolutely awful. I would steer clear of this particular store and go to another one until corporate takes out the trash here.

I like the products that’s why I gave 3 stars otherwise I could have given them 5. Don’t sell a scratched and cracked item if you cannot even do anything to at least put a discount on it. Unfortunately, it’s the only one kind of bin left that I really really need so I took it since I was thinking repairing it and hoping that they give discount on the counter. But nope… the manager said,..” she can’t do anything about it”. No effort to check what she can do. Same manager who doesn’t even smile. It’s not a scratch ma’am… I can feel the cracked plastic line inside and outside the bin.

This store is dangerous for me. I can not buy something. I go in for one thing and come out with 12 things. The prices are fairly reasonable. With some things, you pay cheap - you get cheap. Other things, may seem way overpriced. But for the majority of things, the price is great. They have an assortment of "Home Goods" for any room, any taste, and any style. I will say - if you see it & you like it - BUY IT. Many times I said "I'll come back this weekend" & it's gone by then. You need to be able to take your time and look - items are everywhere & anywhere you look. I minused a star for how NARROW the aisles are. Only one cart can fit comfortably through an aisle and it's usually always busy. Makes it very hard to maneuver around with a cart. Plus, there is always the fear of knocking something off the shelves. You'll hear some glass break a few times while you are there. Not for the little ones to walk around if you don't plan on watching them!

Be advised that if you do a return even with a receipt the associates and managers will still scan it into their system as if you’re scamming them. Horrible location with even worse customer service

Buyer beware !!! DISORGANIZED WITH Very Poor customer service!!! While they have some great items, I would never shop here again, staff don’t seem to care anyway.

Really nice store to pick up some home decor types of items! While some items are a but on the pricey side, the variety is breast and some designs are really nice. The traffic flow doesn't seem we'll thought out though as I have trouble navigating when more than one party is in the same aisle. The space doesn't accommodate crossing traffic very well in most cases

Very well stocked and neatly organized place. I even got a few things I needed for the house, which I didn't expect to find. The other items I needed but didn't find were pasta dishes. They don't seem to have that many but a few to choose from.

Skinny middle-aged manager with tan skin is very weird. Spent $80 and was given a fake nice conversation like I stole or something LOL

Fun to go in and nose around. Most of the time we go, we are just in the mood to stroll around and see what we find. Nice that the section on SOME things routes Fairley frequently. Fun store.

Wide selection of stuff for the home - some reasonably priced, some not so much. My biggest gripe, however, is that the store is very cramped. Aisles are very narrow and you need to navigate cautiously to avoid running into other customers or knocking over merchandise.

Have good stuffs but there are too many items on display. I am not sure how often you sanitize your goods, but it makes it a bit scary because people will touch them and that exposes others to contract the covid 19. Other stores display fewer item. You have wonderful items though and your staffs are excellent.

Every Home Goods that I have gone through always looks so heavily shopped with merchandise on the floor and just put on random shelves. It is a shame because they have wonderful merchandise with great prices. I blame the customer base for being very disrespectful in the store and treating the store and the staff poorly, but I can't blame Home Goods for how their customers treat their stores. I still love Home Goods, great merchandise and reasonable prices.

Prices have gone up all over, no matter where you shop these days. But, I like this store because you never know what kind of different items maybe available. This day was no exception. :)

Went in to pass the time while our take out meal was being made and discovered a treasure trove of things to decorate our home. A hanging Mandala was beautiful and is now making the Zen Room a little cooler 😎

It's a home goods so its hit or miss. There is always something new so if there is something you want grab it now because it's not promised to be there the next time. The store is clean but cramped. It's hard to go down some aisles with a cart. Prices are usually great and clearance is even better.

You can find some really great pieces here in this particular HomeGoods store. Great location but the space inside is just really too tight. If you're going to go here google peak hours ahead of time. If this store is really busy, which it was when I went, it's a bit hard to navigate and concentrate on what you really want because you feel rushed with the other 3-4 people behind you cramped in the same aisle. Other then that great location and pretty well organized as far as the furniture and products.

Prices are just okay. Product quality is incredibly varied so caution must be applied when purchasing items. This store can get quite cluttered at times which can make browsing for items tedious.

I love HomeGoods. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars, are their prices. Their prices are way, way over inflated. I have seen seasonal Decor such as Christmas decorations where there after season clearance price of 75% off was still more than I would pay for the same item if I bought it elsewhere. It's really an eye-catching store inside the lighting is just right and the colors are designed to draw you in and get you to touch things. They obviously put a lot of money into marketing. And they have a lot of really cute household things you can't find anywhere else. But for the most part it's a look but can't afford to buy type of store. I still like to visit if I'm in the plaza for another reason but I would never go there just to buy something because it is just so overpriced
