Cara did a wonderful grooming our two elder dogs. She was very patient and gentle with our 17 year old Shipoo who is very fragile. It was clear right from the beginning that she loved the dogs. Bonus: they both looked great after the grooming. I was relieved that they were being treated with such care and love.

Our first experience with Cara and Furry Paws was wonderful. She was great with communication leading up to the appointment. She was caring and sweet with our cats, Titus and Zarius. They both look great! Looking forward to continuing to have Furry Paws take care of our boys.

3 times is a charm….. My first appointment was scheduled for March 17. She texted me five minutes before the appointment time and said she wasn’t feeling good. Ok, No problem, Things happen. Then we rescheduled for March 30. She gave me a one hour timeframe and never showed up. I called her and texted her, and she called me many hours later with all kinds of excuses. She eventually said “I screwed up, Give me another chance and I will give you a discount. I will absolutely be there next week at the same time.” I said, ok (although I was very skeptical). Fast-forward to April 6 and again, no show and no message. Cara, When I spoke to you after time number two, you said “that’s not how I run my business.” Well, For my experience, that is exactly how you run your business.

The message when you call says they prefer you to text them. I was communicating via text back and forth for about 30 minutes. The lady then tells me she would text me the same day in an hour to schedule a date and time for my pet to be groomed. She lied and never text me back at all. It’s been 2 weeks and I never heard from her again. BEWARE! Very shady and people you can’t depend on. Not professional and I’m sure would make up an excuse as to why she never got back to me. Not reliable and liars. Wasted my time. Don’t be fooled like I was.Update: yes I did leave a positive review for another company since they did an amazing job with my dogs. Google reviews are meant for people like me to share our experiences. Please don’t show hatred because you received a negative review by saying it’s a fake review

Cara and her partner provided our 2 cats with a calm and stress free environment. This was the first time our cats weren’t stressed out while being groomed/after. They accommodated us by coming on a Sunday and were in and out within a little over an hour. Other groomers use to call our cats aggressive and take 3 hours with them, cara and her calm energy made sure they were comfortable and happy!!!

Cara was the only mobile cat groomer in the Meriden area available for new clients. If you need to get your cat done, call her quick! She went out of her way to get my brothers cat Floyd done and did a fine job

Furry paws is The best grooming company I've ever used. I couldn't find anyone to groom my cat. She has such a gentle way about her and my cat was nervous. She spent time her before the grooming building her trust. She was so gentle with her.treated her like a baby, like her baby and did such an amazing job. I've booked out the next year to make sure all her grooming needs are met!! I would highly recommend her!!

Cara came to groom my two cats on a Saturday which was above and beyond her normal schedule. She did a terrific job! My cats are clean and nails are cut(they were to long). Cara is pleasant and personable and I enjoyed talking with her. My cats can’t wait to see her again

Thank you. He has done a good job. My children (cats) turned out well and the best thing is that they came out calm. He doesn't notice that he is tactful with the furry ones, although of course one of my cats cut him in the leg. I wrote to him because the wound was not healing and he never answered me. I had to take my cat to the vet.
