This store is always an issue. The service is always slow for food. One time, I waited inside for over 10 minutes for a sausage/egg/cheese on a bagel, while all they did was did the drive through window and on the go orders. If you order more than 1 food, something gets messed up. The hot chocolate, is hot colored water. They not mixing it correctly. And we have had it there more than once. I've been there and you weren't able to go in. They had a sign "drive through only." But they do charge you correctly.

Fast and efficient service. I love the modern layout with the coffee taps. (See picture)Consistent with other high quality Dunkins. Clean and friendly staff. Coffee was great as usual.The Beyond Sausage breakfast sandwich was delicious. It’s a must try!!!

This dunkin is a hit or a miss as far as service goes but I must say that it has been the only dunkin by far to make the best drinks. The younger crowd the works here could care less about providing good customer service but the older ladies that work there have great customer service.

You should really keep the nasty and miserable workers off the drivethru windows. The rude women can't even be bothered to say you're welcome after being thanked...shoot, she didnt even say hello or even tell me a total when I pulled to the window...just a blank, rude stare. Idk what was happening that day but y’all gotta do better. I came in, wasn’t greeted at all, walked up to the register and there’s some guy with a headset and he’s flirting with two girls off to the side. Way too busy to take my order apparently. A woman finally comes from the back, takes my order which was a small strawberry dragon fruit refresher. I get in the car, tasted it and it tastes like chemicals! I tried shaking it up, stirring it, but it still tasted bitter and had a weird smell to it. Idk what it was, but it tasted like chemicals or something. I just tossed it because I didn’t want to take a chance. I was so annoyed I didn’t even bother going back for another one or a refund. This was my second bad experience at this location, I’m good from now on.

Just went there. The drive-thru attendant made sure I really wanted a hot coffee, not iced. It made me think a while. But I still got the hot. They didn't have the donut I wanted, but I received a complimentary plain stick. Now that's going above and beyond.

Evening staff definitely needs customer service training. I waited inside behind another man for at least 5 minutes and none of the 4 employees even acknowledged us. The man ahead of me finally gave up and left. I waited several more minutes before someone finally spoke to me. The whole time, the employees were grumbling and complaining about other employees. Very unprofessional. Update....my husband walked over in the morning and the young man spoke to him as soon as he walked through the door. He was friendly and the service was quick. Maybe he needs to train the evening shift!

Never mind if this place is a Dunkin this is the worst business I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting period. I buy this large order for some kids I take care of sometimes. A few days ago there was a huge fiasco of an order that was ruined in every way by the people here. I tried to be gracious even taking the slips to rewrap the sandwiches properly after their failure to provide me with anything resembling decent service or the food that was ordered . I’ve been back almost every day since requesting a refund. Somewhere along the way one of the employees took my receipt promising to give it to the manager the next day. I’ve got so manyLies like the manager is sick the manager is never here blah blah. Today one employee was finally going to take care of it only to be talked out of it by another. Also they can no longer even find my receipt. Such a joke. What a mess this place is. I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for many years. I guess my business doesn’t matter but wow, save yourself please and hit up any other Dunkin.

Customer serrvice is horrible i suggest go to the dunkin a mile away. Took 10 minutes to get my mobile order and when i got my order they said they didnt have what i ordered and couldnt give a refund for the item. After i was told to get another item that i didnt want they burnt it. Just a horrible experience from this dunkin.

If I could give it zero Stars, I wouldn't even give it that much. The drive-thru is obviously more important than walk-in service. I ordered a latte and a sandwich, in between waiting to take my order and for my order to be fulfilled it took 20 minutes. All while they fulfilled every drive-thru order and didn't even realize I was standing there. Don't worry, lost my service.Also, ordered a croissant. Got a plain bagel, sandwich is ice cold. Cheese not even melted

Recently went there ordered coffee and soda cost five dollars and change ,women at the window looked like it was a problem cause I didn't ordered the soda from the beginning when I received my change I took the bills and got the change after I received $9 and change. I went in to confront the person who shorted me $5 and very upset swearing because I feel that the minute I was at the window, cause the cashier dropped my change, was adequate, it seem she couldn't give the rest of the change. When I confronted the persons they gave me a excuse that they didn't have the time to give me the rest of my change. I don't like people who steal need to be fired

Stopped going here after too many 20 minute drives back home only to realize food was made incorrect or items missing. We started having to unwrap everything in drive thru before we left. We came here so often that the cashier would type in the order when we pulled up in drive thru.But somehow the order was still made wrong several times as the person putting the order together didnt read what was written on the order slip.After a few more mishaps I spoke to the Manager. She acknowledged the issue , and handled it professionally, so we decided to continue giving them our business....next day order was wrong again. Now we avoid this location and give our business to one on highland ave in cheshire, they are the only place in the area who get our order right consistantly.

Went here this morning, used my free birthday beverage on a frozen coffee with an espresso in it. First she tried handing me an iced tea. I nicely told her it's supposed to be a frozen coffee with an espresso in it. It was made and handed to me through the drive thru window. It looked super light with no espresso in it so I asked her if there was an espresso in it. She said yes . After driving off and taking a sip. Considering I drink these everyday I know how strong its supposed to taste. She literally put no espresso in it. So not sure why I wasted my time and money on this dunkin hate being lied too

They seem to keep the doors closed in the morning so it’s drive thru only although it’s not advertised. Very slow staff which obviously hate their jobs. Rarely will get your order right always making your order wrong or missing items completely. For a busy location they should provide top tier service. This location needs new better management

Love this Dunkin. My husband goes every morning before work to get us breakfast. The staff are always kind respectful the food is always made correctly and the inside of the establishment is clean and stocked I would recommend this location to anyone

They got busy really quick and the employees didn't want to do their job. The doughnuts tasted old and the coffee was weak. But the sausage egg and cheese croissant was good.

I’ve only done mobile order. The lot is not designed for drive-thru it’s miserable and unfortunate for anyone parked. (bc people in their cars are ignorant). Park by Sassy’s. It’ll save you time and just being annoyed so early. Also, for the employees- they need to call out their orders in some way more often. When it gets crowded it’s impossible to know if you put food out from around the corner. It’s simple and will only get ppl in and out faster. Common sense i guess?

I always stop by this Dunkin' Doughnuts on my way to work to get coffee. I've never had a bad experience and my service I've received from this location is extraordinary. If five or six cars in a drive through would deter you from making the stop be advised that this location can serve 6 orders faster then most can do one. Despite the fast service, quality is never compromised. I've never revived a wrong order or bad food and service is always accompanied by a kind greeting. Thank you to the amazing staff and congratulations to the franchise owners on a well run establishment.

Always friendly staff I stop in a few times a week ... But let me Rave about my experience on Wednesday 6/13/18 ... I was having a really rough morning and I also needed to grab coffee and breakfast before arriving at work. I was holding back tears trying to speak my order without my emotions running over. Not only was the staff kind in words but one of the ladies came around the counter to Hug me and give me an encouraging word. I knew God used the staff to make my morning a bit brighter ... They truly went above and beyond .. 💕🙏💕🙏

Usually I’m not one to complain, but I think it’s necessary. I was just at Dunkin Donuts on 262 Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike when I came inside and ordered a small hazelnut ice coffee, a small mocha cappuccino, and a medium unsweetened ice tea... it came out to 12.99 and I had three dollars (my friend gave me money for her order) I handed her the 3 dollars and was going to pay the difference with my card. Here’s the thing I use to work in fast food when I was in highschool and what I remember is when a costumer gives you money, you usually take it off from the total and then the person can swipe their card. I don’t know if this has changed. No big deal... as I thought but when i asked her if she should take off the three dollars the Female at the front desk , began to get hostile and wanted to argue with me. Demanding I have to swipe first. Now the problem isn’t over the card or the 3 dollars anymore.. it became this employees awful attitude. I asked to talked to the manager. When the manager comes over she interrupts me and explains her side. Eventually this girl is still trying to argue with me and I got fed up with it and stoped answering her and she continued arguing with herself like an idiot. I’m sharing this so I can say how I received terrible service and was disappointed for the first time and I usually come to this one but if this is the standards Dunkin’ is holding their employees is very disappointing.

I tried the nitro cold brew for the 1st time with the sweet cream cold foam. When I got it, it was literally half full and sloppy, it looked like it was dropped and then given to me (pictures posted). I asked the kid if it was supposed to look like this and he said "yeah". They only sell it in a small and it definitely didn't look like what was on their menu board. I used to work at this location almost 20 years ago, and my how things have changed, and not for the better.

Staff very friendly, efficient, and competent. More of a pick up and go kind of place with a very limited sitting area. I was looking for a decent place to set up and work for a few hours but the tables and noise made it hard to stay here for a long time. Overall, good for it's primary purpose and will definitely visit again for quick pick me up.

This place is always out of items, drive through is so slower and the workers are not helpful. This has to be the worst dunkin in the area. If you want a better one drive up the mountain, those employees are awesome.

I travel a fair amount in my job and I stop often at Dunkin. They are usually clean, the staff friendly and prices are generally reasonable. This one in particular is very nice and a great crew.
