Edit: You should see the coffee I got today. It tasted burnt. The cup had half a spoon of ground coffee sitting in the bottom. Before they used to burn dark toasted bagels (see picture). Now, they are not even warm. The only reason I go to this location is because it is nearby.----------Just received this burnt bagel. Thank you for ruining my breakfast. If you saw it was burnt, why didn't you make me another?

I come here most mornings and the man that works there is super kind. Today the line was into the road so I decided to go inside. There were 2 other customers in there. One already ordered and one picked up an order. The main register was closed and the sign said to go order at the drive thru register. I stood there respectfully for several minutes and was completely ignored. Once the drive thru worker wasn’t with a customer at the window I asked if I was able to place an order and she said yes one minute and I replied with, “No problem.” Then another employee mumbled, “Not when we’re busy working.” I was so taken aback. I explained that I was making sure that I was standing in the right spot to order. Of course the employee had nothing to say to me to defend her rude comment. I left and definitely won’t ever go back there because 1. I was not rude at all and being very patient. I could see that they were busy. 2. What’s the point of being mean to me? I’m a paying customer just making sure I could even place an order inside. If they were short staffed or their system was down and it was too much to order inside I would’ve kindly just went through the drive thru or went somewhere else this morning. So overall, if you would like to be greeted with a kind face to get a cup of coffee at 7:30 am don’t come here :)

This location has seriously gone down hill. The coffee was not light and sweet. The donuts are smaller than other locations and coffee doesn’t taste fresh. Sad to say it’s not a good location. The locations on West Street and the one on Queen Street are much better. This location needs to step it up. I have been a customer there for over 15 years. It used to be great!I’m very disappointed with the quality of food and service.

Drive through absolutely sucks. Everyone who can cut u in line will do it without a doubt so don't try to left hand turn into the parking lot or you'll be sitting there all day. Otherwise pretty good service.

Rude dirty slowWith so many Dunkins in town why bother with this nonsense? Female manager is inadequate, food gross, coffee very weak and quite often wrong. I'll take my business to Southington Coffee House which by the way is brand new, just down the street and better by miles

The doughnuts were small had no frosting and not fresh. Not the first time they have been like this. It has happened multiple times and it’s gone downhill.

Rude employees, little to no variety in the late afternoon as far as food options. Outdated building for sure. Just very tired. Owner should shadow one of the Wallingford locations for ideas on improvements. Should also either retrain or fire rude employees.

Loved going in here tonight they showed me people do have hearts and care about animals I didnt ask for anything for my dog but they offered her ice water and a cookie they also made my order correctly much love to the crew.

This place is nice the staff is friendly but it needs an update. The place has too much traffic for that small building. The entrance is to tight and so is the parking.

It was okay, nothing special. What you'd expect at a chain like Dunkin.Vegetarian options: They have many options that are vegetarian safe. It will not be easy for a vegan though.Kid-friendliness: Kids love donuts.

Near the end of the day their low on Donuts or baked goods. So I would recommend going in the morning.
