Sarah was an absolute wonder. My dog went right in with her and looked so handsome upon leaving. He is a mini Aussie and his coat was so soft and beautiful when he left. Sarah was flexible with pick up times and very easy to talk to about his grooming needs. Very affordable pricing and a great overall experience.We can’t wait to go back!!

5 stars for the staff & owner. They are experienced, courteous & very accommodating. I have my show dogs bathed & groomed there regularly and because of the staff 's lovely way with them it's a positive experience even for the young, inexperienced or nervous pups. I own the 2 breeds (Pugs & Rottweilers) known for hating having their nails done the most. We tried other groomers and the vet and no one could get it done until we found Pet Aesthetics where they got it done like magic & because of the way they are handled with such care & kindness all my dogs are happy to go back each visit pulling me through the door to get in.

We have had all our dogs groomed here. For over 20 years. Sue is wonderful and has lots of knowledge. She has always been gentle and really loves and understands dogs. She is amazing with my service dog. All staff is extremely kind and answers any questions. Great place!!! We appreciate them!

Sarah does a lovely job on my Afghan girls. They love going there and pull to go into the grooming room. Sarah loves dogs and they sense that! Does a great job grooming them.

If I could give zero starts I would. We dropped off two dogs at 9 in the morning and they said they would call us when they were done but they never did. We called them and they didn’t respond till 3 saying they only had one dog done. When we got there to pick them up 7 HOURS later, our dogs were scared and running to the door to leave. One dog had not been let out to use the restroom at all and the other dog had only been let out once(was told this by the owner). It took them 6 hours just to groom one dog and the second dog is 16 years old and couldn’t walk after because they kept him for so long. When we left my dogs were panting because it was so hot inside and they were chugging water. The younger dogs haircut looked beautiful but the second dog wasn’t cut at all besides around his eyes and his beard which was poorly done because the owner was rushing to finish it. I think they completed one dogs haircut and forgot about my second dog till we called them asking where they are, and tried to rush to groom him. You would think for someone that has been working with dogs for this many years would be more reliable and organized. They neglected and mistreated my dogs. The owner was screaming at my dog for trying to bite her as if she hadn’t left him in a crate for 7 whole hours in a hot room.

I was not happy with the lack of a cordial greeting when I entered the facility. I was made to feel like I was annoying the employee’s when dropping my dog off. This left me feeling uncomfortable to leave my dog. I’ve gone several times prior to this and felt the service was much better. From my understanding, it’s under new ownership and they are remodeling. I picked my dog up a couple of hours later and was very disappointed with the results. I was charged more this time than in the past from the same place. I am greatly disappointment with the whole experience. Once I got home my dog has been hiding and not coming by us!!! She gets groomed every five weeks and I have never seen her act like this!!! I wouldn’t go back nor would I refer anyone. Very disappointed!

I took my 13+year old black lab male to Pet Aesthetics after patronizing the pet supermarkets for a number of years. The experience was great. The ladies who worked on Sammy couldn't have been nicer.. Sammy left Pet Aesthetics looking like the stud he used to be. In fact. the female poodle from down the street couldn't keep her paws off of him.Seriously though. I will be a return customer and highly recommend Pet Aesthetics for all your pets' needs.Support your local business'

Staff is great and really caring for my old lab. He’s got lameness in his rear hips and legs and they make sure he’s comfortable throughout the entire experience. He always comes out looking and smelling great. Plus, they are usually able to accommodate short notice appointments, even during the holidays. Price is fair. Usually done in about 90 mins.

I have a mature Lab whose having trouble getting in my SUV these days. Fred needed his nails trimmed desperately and was unaware that Sue and the great folks at Pet Aesthetics have a "Pick Up and Delivery" service. Having called around for a mobile groomer, calls unanswered, didn't cover my service area, etc., reached out to Sue for a suggestion. She not only picked up my old buddy, but dropped him off squeaky clean and could not be happier. PLEASE - visit them, they're awesome. Thank you, Sue from the bottom of my heart!!

I love the way my dog Jasmine is groomed. They have taken good care of her, especially now that she's getting older and feisty . She's been going to Sue and the girls since she was a puppy. Wouldn't take Jasmine anywhere else!

I have a small dog that made it impossible to trim her nails. Even my vet had given up on her. Pet Aesthetics was recommended to me and they did not dissapoint. They knew exactly how to handle her and In 10 minutes her nails were done! Highly highly recommend them!

On March 26th our Westie was in Susan Begasse' care for over 4-hours. He walked out of her salon extremely stressed and the grooming she performed looked like a hack job—completed by someone with inadequate skills in dog grooming.Susan was rude, obnoxious and neurotic, her behavior was inexcusable. She was short staffed and overflowing with dogs to groom. Her unprofessional business environment was very tense, we would not recommend her salon to any one.The good news is we went to another groomer (a week later) who re-groomed our dog and he now looks like a Westie. The new groomer did not have any problems with our puppy, she has a calm environment and manner while grooming pets—she is a real professional.

I'm new in town and called to get my dog's nails trimmed and ground smooth. Did a walk-in appointment, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great, caring, friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

I found the owner to be rude and unprofessional. When I told her how I wanted my dog groomed she told me it would look crappy. And when I explained it again she rolled her eyes, took a breath and repeated that it was going to look crappy. I don't know why I didn't just walk out, I was stunned that someone would talk to a customer that way. She did what I wanted just a little shorter and she looks adorable.I will never give her the chance to talk to me like that or have the pleasure of working on my baby again.

When I went to drop my dog off for grooming no one was in the reception area . I waited then tried calling out but no response. I walked to back and saw two groomers . They couldn't hear me so I stepped through door and waved . I was berated asking if I never learned to wait? Also asked if a doctor was in surgery would I go in the operating room? I did not leave my dog for obvious reasons . Their manner was rude and unprofessional. No customer should be treated like this.
