Amazing experience here. Everyone who works here is so helpful and sweet! You can really tell they care about the pets that they are seeing. I recently moved to the area and after an awful experience at another vet I decided to give this place a try, the moment I called the front desk was so welcoming and kind. I met with lisa who was very sweet and thorough, I then took my dog back to get her surgery for a growth removal with the surgeon. They called me after the surgery to let me know everything went well and to pick her up in a few hours. When I came to get her they explained how to give the medicine to her and how to take care of her while she was recovering. I will be coming here from now on and recommending anyone in the area.

I have been going here since I moved to the neighborhood 9 years ago first with two elderly dogs that have since passed, our cat who is 14 and our new pups who are now 2 and 3.The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and compassionate. My pups just love them too!The Doctors are a rare find as they just don't have a job that they are trained to do but they genuinely care for every pet that comes through their door. The Veterinarians here aren't about ungodly amount of unnecessary tests and hurrying to get you in and out the door. They are compassionate, fair and informative. They truly love every pet and respect the pets humans.So if you have to wait a little to get a new puppy or kitten in, then doesn't that speak for itself? It just solidifies what I said and that they are just that good.

We have been using this office for just over a year after moving to the area. Dr. Lisa is very thorough, we never feel rushed in the room and she always takes an interest in our pups issues and how to resolve them. Unlike other offices they always answer the phone, appointments are easy to make and their prices are fair. The rooms are clean and you can tell the staff really loves the animals! We are grateful to have found them and will continue to refer others here.

I just switched vets for my dog because her old one was far away. They were awesome! They got us in for an appointment right away. The staff was friendly and they were incredibly gentle. My dog is a rescue who is sometimes wary of strange men, but she loved the vet tech. I'm happy to say this will be her new vet, and I'll probably bring my other girl here as well.

Dr B, and the support staff are awesome. Been going to SVH since the prior location with all of our personal and rescue cats. They have always been there for us in emergencies and always have the pets best interest at heart. No up-sell or pushing like those big business offices. Great service and prices all around. They care about their customers.

My dogs always left with best care possible. Now we only have one dog but she loves it for a dog that is not social she never has shown any aggressive behavior to staff, techs or doctors. They are helping me keep her healthy. Only wish payment plans were an option when funds are tight.

They treated me with tenderness and care the times I went there. Once was for an emergency deworming for our kitten and she is doing well now. I recently found my cat to be sick and they comforted me and advised me how sick he was. We put him down and they were very compassionate and loving.

I made an appt.to get medication for thyroid and took a Monday off work. I live 3 hours away caring for aging parents and my cats stay in seymour with a son that doesn't drive. They would not help me without giving a rabies vaccine and the very sick cat was in to date on that, I just wasn't told to bring the proof to a thyroid meds appt. The proof was 3 hours awayTotal waste of a day off.

They took such good care of our dog. Both vets are very caring and capable. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog and the whole staff there was supportive and comforting through a very tough process.
