I have 4 Newfy’s and a rescue cat which Roxbury Animal Clinic rescued and brought back to health by the great team. I will not trust my fur family to anyone else. The only time I use a different vet is if it is a specialty vet and by their recommendation only. You couldn’t ask for anyone better for the service, the care and the support by the whole team. Yes, all my Newfy's love to go to the clinic for the love and compassion they get, on top of the quality health care.

Dr. Gilliam and the other vets, vet technicians and staff are always very accommodating. We started with them 12 years ago and have always been very impressed by their experience and compassion. We have 7 dogs and 2 cats and always get top notch service for our "furry family "We just wish they offered a multi pet discount for loyal customers.

I've gone here for over 10 years brining our old 16 year old cocker poodle "Indy".Unfortunately we had just put him down but they were as always very professional & respectful about the whole process, giving us as much time as we needed to process & say our good byes.They also sent us a letter within a week that ALL the veterans signed & each wrote a personal note 📝. This touched my heart, I can't say enough nice things about them.They will take good care of ur animal with mental loving arms regardles the issue.Carlos heim

Competent care, friendly and efficient staff. They don't try and "gouge" you for more money. Fair and reasonable prices. I've tried Noah's Ark in Danbury and Brookfield Animal Hospital and I would suggest that you avoid these two and visit Roxbury Animal Clinic.Competent medical treatment is just part of the equation at Roxbury Animal Clinic. While their expertise in the animal medical field isn't in question by me, their compassion and interest in you and your pet's best interest is obvious. It's not all about money to them. It's about giving the best care directly to your animal and through that, indirectly to you as the owner. I highly recommend them.

I am a new customer to Roxbury Animal Clinic. The staff is friendly and informative. I have an older dog(Lucy) that is NOT a fan of any vets office. They really tried to ease her anxiety and make her as comfortable as possible. Dr. Timm is professional in her approach and thorough in her exam. With a 12 year old dog there will be health issues and concerns. Those were explained to me and treatments suggested. I didn’t feel pushed to make any immediate decisions but left educated on next steps if we decide to proceed. Very positive first impression. My only complaint is that Lucy was offered a cookie and I wasn’t….Just kidding😁

We have been going to Roxbury Animal Clinic for years. Everyone is nice and helpful. They really enjoy the work they do and it shows in how they interact with the animals. All of our dogs walk right in without any hesitation. I would recommend Roxbury all day long.

My bunny was successfully neutered. Friendly staff, competitive pricing and clean office, no frills just get it done. Would recommend! I did remove his cone since he was struggling to move. He didn't need it, didn't touch his stitches. His incision healed wonderfully. Thank you for your services!

Wonderful doctors . Highly recommended as they actually keep up with modern studies and techniques vs. Shoving vaccine after vaccine down your dog's throat they don't need. Plus they are super nice.

Can't say enough good things about the vets, vet techs, and staff at Roxbury animal clinic.Recently moved to the area and needed a new vet closer to home. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, patient and kind. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my senior pup. They saved my cat's life!!!! My cat (Angel) had a medical emergency and the staff was waiting for her to come in. They ran out to my car to get her. Excellent, excellent staff!!!They saved another cat's life (Rascal). I live in Danbury but don't mind taking the trip to Roxbury for the quality care that my cats receive.One of my cats (Oreo) was freaking out when his back end was touched. He actually tried to attack me over it. That's NOT my Oreo!! I brought him into be examined. After extensive examination, it was diagnosed that he was constipated. He was given meds and I was told to buy Miralax to help relieve his symptoms. I followed Oreo's vet's instructions to the letter. In no time flat Oreo was going to the bathroom and he is back to being my very, very, very sweet cuddle buddy.Excellent care. Excellent staff!!

I couldn’t say enough things about Roxbury Animal Clinic. We decided to transfer both of our dogs to this vet, after not being satisfied with our old vet. Dr. Carlson is absolutely wonderful. As soon as he came up to the car, our dog ran out and jumped on him and of course he was more than kind about this. They were thorough and extremely reasonable with pricing and what was needed for our dogs. Absolutely would recommend! Our dogs were very happy :)

They are the BEST!!! Such good vets, caring, loving, they care about the animals first!! They saved my Molly!!! We had to let one of our girls go, we had no money. They said that her suffering came before money. We peacefully let her, and we paid them a week later. Best vets in CT!!!!

I was referred a while back by my vet in Woodbury and since then I haven't gone anywhere else. They are loving and compassionate. I trust them with my animals as well as my family's pets.
