Poor customer service experience. The last available box of a Lego set I wanted was damaged and torn. I asked customer service what their protocol was for damaged product or if they offered a discount for the damage. They declined and gave me a look as if I was trying to fool them with my reasonable question. At check out I had to wait longer for them to look up the price because I couldn’t even scan it due to the damage. I’ve had much better experience with other stores such as Barnes and Noble with quality control and will keep that in mind shopping in the future.

Walmart never disappoints. Prices are fair and quality is on point. The husband picked up a couple of Lola59's to donate to kids. Feeling quite blessed. Thank you Walmart.

My experience is always wild Although I love Walmart, prices are great.However You never know what kind of people you're gonna run into. For instance, there might be a fight that breaksyou always see kids running around riding bikes.You could be in argument breaks between the Cashier and customer, anything can happen when you go to Walmart.However, I'll continue to go.Because the prices are great

Really is Walmart it's Walmart clean and simple it's just Walmart if you go to pay a bill you will be in line for at least 25 minutes no matter what time of day it is there's always only one person taking payments for bills or sending money somewhere else So you bring a Snickers you going to be a while.

Very disappointed in this Walmart. For one thing trying to find coffee was hard to find. Was not in the place it should have been. Not well marked, even employee could not find it. The other thing is checking out, no one helping bag. U had to do it yourself. Asked the clerk, wanted to talk to manager, he came over was not much help. When your walking with a cane, you can't bag very well. The store manager just fluffed it off. You ought to take a look at this store. Also when I walked out I ran into one of the store employees, she said this store hasn't bagged groceries since covid. I told them you have lost a customer will go to Target instead.

The cashier who checked me out was nice; however, I had an associate look me directly in the face and look away without greeting or offering assistance and it was obvious I was looking for something. Because I didn't want to subject myself to her negative energy, I walked 4 aisle down and asked another associate. If I had not been in a hurry, I would have left without making a purchase. They were not that busy because I actually had no wait in the checkout line.

This is the most ratchet Walmart in all of Connecticut hands down. People fighting in the parking lot, employees who just snap their gum at you when you ask a question, nasty bathrooms with urine, feces and BLOOD on the toilets, and to top it off the claw machine took my kids dollar. Just all around grosss

I was here when a code Adam was in place. I was impressed by the fast action of the store and it's employees looking for a child that was missing. So easy to do in a big store, lots of people shopping for back to school. They did find the child but it was a long 20 minutes. Good work on the staff present that day on the floor and over the intercom.

Walmart used to be my go to place for good discounts but lately a lot of their items are more expensive. On top of that with as many employees as they have, its still hard to get help when needed and lines for checkout are still ridiculously long.

Worst customer service of any Walmart I've been to in three last 20 years. Every single employee, MANAGEMENT included!!! ALL of them need RETRAINING in customer service. I asked someone for help and the actually responded, "no speak english!".. ok, so, how'd you get the job??!She just didn't want to help me find what I was looking for! Unreal.The Walton's would be appalled to shop there!

Microwave decided to break on Thanksgiving so I go to Walmart to buy a replacement. Not a single Black Friday sale on any microwaves. I saw online Target had a sale on a microwave Walmart wanted 80 dollars for. We asked if they would price march and the employee said they only price match with their online website and won’t price match other stores. So I left and went to target to get the sale. Walmart doesn’t care about their employees or customers during this crazy inflation. Greedy company.

I like going to this walmart very early. You know the saying "Early bird gets the worm" is always clean, cashiers are nice, and I always find what I need and want. Overall it gets a 5/5 from me :)

Wanted to buy a water dispenser and it came with a free 5 gallon water bottle. A blonde woman from staff which i assume was a supervisor or manager told me that the bottles come once in a while so either I get it from another Walmart super center or return the item. Why sell the product when you have missing item from it? So unprofessional.
