I am impressed with their collections and service. They also provide ample parking space, the location is also perfect. It is just beside the highway. an aldi store was also there nearby. Though it was pricey but still profitable if you have Kohls coupon which offers discount. I found something interesting from last act as well... They provide a 35% discount for their Kohls card for first purchase... For returning items also, Kohls is a good option...

We went to grab some Black Friday deal. A fine place for shopping with a vast parking lot. You will have Aldi store at the same place.. In this online shopping era, there’s very less crowd on this special day as it used to be.

The young lady working the Amazon Returns could NOT have been more rude in her transaction with me. I've never had that experience before in retail. There was no one behind me. I waited my turn until she completed with the customer in front of me. I had three small boxes neatly together (all werr the same items). Amazon created 3 separate labels. She got really upset saying, "Well, that's it, right! It says you have three items here so you're done, right!". Then she asked what was in each box. I answered her but then she blurted out, "Well what do you want me to do? I don't work for Amazon so I don't know how their system works. All 3 are accounted for and here's your receipt." I gently reminded her that while Amazon doesn't cut her paycheck, she's as good as representing the Amazon brand working for Kohl's. Any other time I've had very good service, competent staff who don't distinguish between who their employer is. Without Amazon and Sephora, sorry but Kohl's wouldn't have a leg to stand on against the big box stores that would swallow them up.Ah - how I long for the days when workers put in a full day's work and always learned and practiced tge adage, "The customer is always right"!

Value was good. For me the store we were in was over crowded with items and racks, meaning walking through a section was almost claustrophobic. It is nearly impossible to push a cart through. The range of sizes and matching pieces was very limited, especially when you consider how crowded the floor space is.The staff at the registers were very helpful and pleasant.

The Rocky Hill store was immaculate. Well organized . Pleasant associates were helpful as well. Loved visiting their Sephora store too. Certainly not as much inventory as a stand alone Sephora store, but had everything I needed.

This Kohls is my favorite around. I love their clothing selection and we just got a small vaccum here for a decent price since it was on sale and we used our 20% off coupon.Tip:Do not buy anything at Kohls at full price. If the item you want isnt on sale right now, it will be within the next few weeks. Or at least use your coupons.

Went in during the week (thought it would be slow) had to do a return. Very LONG line for returns it looked like it does after Christmas. Then I went to purchase a wallet only one set of registers was open and only 2 cashiers again long line at least 20 plus people waiting. The other registers on the opposite side of the store were closed. I gave up and leftThey obviously have personnel problems VERY short staffed.Easier to order online drive to the store and have them deliver to your car. MUCH FASTER then going in!!

Every single time I’m here they are out of stock in whatever I’m looking for. Todays visit, every single quarter zip sweater was only available in small or medium. Whoever is stocking this store needs to do some homework. Also none of the items are in stock online either, why even bother.

Had to return items from Amazon; got a $5 coupon. Also needed to purchase a picture frame. Found one for $15.99. Got to register, it was in sale for $11.99 and with coupon discount it cost $7.49. I think it was good deal.👍👍☮️❤️🙏🏾

Kohls was clean and organized. Minor complaint which won't alter rating is about the main website and the inventory system for the store. It didn't have everything it said it did in stock. But other than that, store was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and most helped me locate items I couldn't find. Overall great experience and had plenty of room to browse and never felt crowded or too close to other shoppers.

Great store and staff. So much better then the Canton, one where you have to hunt someone down for help and they leave new employees on registers by themselves. I’ve literally seen supervisors and managers walking around that store doing nothing. Also many of the employees look miserable there. Some of the cashiers are clueless and floor associates too. Train your staff better. Also that annoying Katie at that store who is pushy and aggressive with customers opening credit cards. I hear many avoid her. Also I witnessed her recently yelling at a new employee because they forgot to take off a security tag. It happens! It was an honest mistake. No one is perfect. She could’ve been more tactful! I’m not fond of Katie, she seems whiny and rather prissy. She annoys me and I avoid her when I’m at Canton store. Also I’ve heard a lot of cashiers/ staff badmouthing other staff. That’s a big turn off ( are you folks in middle school ? ! ) customers don’t want to hear you badmouthing your coworkers. I’ve really gotten disgusted lately with some of the Kohls I’ve been to recently. Hire bette people and more staff. Train your staff better !

The store is OK I guess. Few things I did not like was a lady following and staring at my husband cause she thought maybe he was gonna rob or something. It's not our fault we have to wear this masks 🙄🙄🙄. And also the shoe aisles are pretty disorganized. They have to step up a little bit more in the organization of clothes too. Restrooms were pretty good, they were clean.

Prices were very fair, several good deals. Cashier was friendly. The customer service rep during a Christmas return was rude and because we didn't have the receipt from the Christmas gift given to us we were only given a small portion of what the gift cost. We checked, the gift cost $30 in the store a d she gave us $8.50. I have to wonder if she pocketed the rest

Besides the lack of available items that they are shrinking in size for each department and the fact that there are no extra smalls in the women’s department which there have been complaints about that for years at the corporation does nothing about it and you know what you’re losing business wake up we’re trying to tell you what we need worst of all I just tried calling the rocky hill Connecticut store for some information and all they did was get a transfer my call and then it goes back to the main menu again I press the department I need or customer service it goes back to the main menu so obviously you don’t have any customer service well that’s really nice that adds another minus. It’s a shame that companies only care about taking in money and not about their customers anymore so you know what I can go someplace else where I’m welcomed. Why don’t you take your noses from up in the air and opening your eyes and ears to what customers are asking for you’re just in the same category as others and so I do not recommend Kohl’s to anybody.

Plenty of parking available. Store was clean, well-organized, and had full shelves and racks with plenty of sizes to choose from. Registers only open on one side of the store which made for a longer line, however, the line moved very quickly. Covid-19 safety measures in place. My only complaint is that the fitting rooms are still closed.
