lady at the register on her phone, had to say "Hi !" twice to get her attention. she then stays looking down at her phone while while ringing my items, barely looks at me as she passes me my receipt and Never at any point looks like shes a helpful or happy person.

The customer service from E was horrible. Apparently, she was too tired to greet customers but not to tired to yell and be disrespectful. I tried to return my mdse for a refund and was told they can't issue refunds. I wish E had been rude prior to me finalizing my transaction.

Unbelievable just got out this store & an elderly lady was talking so racial it was so uncomfortable being in that line with that cashier just discriminating against a different raise wow I couldn’t believe that this manager of this store needs to fire her Aug 12tg at 236 pm

This is a small dollar tree. I needed a few items and they did have what I needed so I will give them 5 stars however if I were to compare this store to other dollar trees that I have shopped at then it would not get 5 stars as the larger stores have so much more to offer. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Today is my sons birthday party I had my gifts but they weren’t wrapped so I walked into this store and asked them if they could wrap them for me. Natalie and Nilda were there with their tape and scissors happy to help!! Oh they were a life saver!! Love this store!!

Like with most Dollar Tree locations, the availability of certain items is hit or miss. It's good for some things, but not for others. I especially like that I can (usually) get a loaf of Nature's Own Whole Wheat bread for $1, instead of the $3-4+ other stores charge.The people who work there are usually pretty helpful and friendly, as well. Which isn't always the case, in other locations.

I overheard an argument between a customer and a cashier, I was shocked at how this cashier handled the situation. She was yelling profanities at him and even went as far as telling him to get the f...... out of HER store. What happened to treating customers with respect!!!! And yes I overheard the whole incident, could have been handled wayyyy better. I will never go back to this store!!!

Shelves are bare with stock boxes and stock carts EVERYWHERE. I went 2 days in the same week a few weeks ago hoping that they had time to restock the shelves, and everything was still untouched. So I returned the next week, it was the same. If I could give it no stars I would!

I'm so grateful with every body in this store.I forgot my agenda and it's had all my important documents including my rent and all my bills money and they secure for me .I even offer money and they declined.Tank to all of you sorry I didn't got your name.The best friendly store...

Absolutely WORST Dollar tree ever! The entire staff needs to either be retrained on customer service, or a new set of members all together! Been here twice. Always rude, unhelpful, and so slow in everything.One lady smelled like weed at the register. Just a terrible store. I'm done coming here!

The manager of the store openly accused me of stealing. Then once he was proven wrong, denied my purchase and yelled at my family to get out of the store, even threatening to call police even though no crime was committed. We have been faithful customers for years, and am outraged by his actions. When asked why he kicked us out, he never gave us a reason, and when a phone number to speak to a hirer up was requested, he continued to yell. He did not wear a name tag or any form of identification, and quite frankly has no customer service aptitude.

This place is good for party items, daily need household items and use and throw items. Simply love this place.. I usually visit this place to buy some useful items. Sometime I get some items, those are really useful for daily use and its only available in Dollar Tree. Before buying, just compare the price if its available in Walmart or any other store with a cheaper price.

While the prices are always the best. The cashier was polite and friendly. The down side of this store is now their customers who spend their money there are no longer allowed to use the restroom.

What Can I Say Dollar Tree .. The Only Real Dollar Store Where Everything is Really $1.00. Gotta Love It. Saturday night 8 o'clock and the shelves are empty and there a line at the register Cha-Ching..the lady behind me has about 45$$ in her cart. Bit I'm in and out wit my 8 bucks of laundry stuff which would have cost me 17$ at Walmart next door. This store got hit big time... Don't worry the shelves will be full tomorrow and if it's not on the shelve you can probably on the cart in the isle. I😘U$Tree...never been You Need to go...This is put on your list in RockyHill +this is a Triple A $tore...

It is the go to place for all basic needs. They have great variety and great price. I definitely visit dollar tree when I want to buy something for trial and I always get good options.

They had a lot of people stocking the shelves today mainly with Christmas items. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and asked if I needed help finding anything

Was their during storm and only employee their was great. Keep it up. Everybody else called out like babies .this guy worked & was very welcoming to the store.

Bare shelves and the store needs some TLC! I went on a weekday and there wasn't alot out but plenty of stock in boxes waiting to be unpacked, shame.
