I dont know where to begin. I had a medication not covered by my insurance. I called every day for 2 weeks because it was backordered. However, when I said I’m paying cash, it was immediately available. The drug is Mydayis. I tried to use a coupon for the medication but the pharmacist said I needed special approval for the brand-name drug, but the day before, another pharmacist told me there's no generic available. This has been bothering me, so I did some research. Turns out, I could have used a coupon which would have saved me $300. Now I’m contemplating filing a small claim.

Went to pick up my script, script was not properly filled, spoke with Judi, after I explained to her in a non-confrontational way, how I receive my medication , she chose to not listen to me. She took on a rude tone, did not own up to her mistake, and she never offered to correct the error on their part. Even her co worker noticed her tone and attitude and apologized on her behalf. I contacted CVS 800 number to address this issue.

The Indian lady at the drive through pharmacy is either deaf or they need a whole new speaker system. On the window it says to speak loud and clear, and I was literally screaming into the speaker and the lady couldn’t even hear me, which was frustrating but other than that no complaints

Very clean, alot of different things in this location, including somethings other CVS locations do not carry . Woman who rang me out was very nice and was totally aware of all sales and prices on items i had during check out ! To me this is a huge PLUS, its a huge comfort to know someone is familiar with items and sales i store so you dont have to double and triple check your receipts to make sure you were charged correctly...great visit

BEYOND SLOW …. Over 6 hours. When I checked in this morning, the tech said oh, you haven’t used cvs in about 7 years. Yea. And this is why. You suck. Ratings options need to include zero stars. I won’t use this one again. Literally over 6 hours and you still don’t have my scripts ready. Are you actually making it from scratch??!!

After years of being a long time customer of CVS in Rocky Hill that all ended for me recently! The pharmacy needs to investigate their pharmacist(s) along with their lies and deceptive actions that can seriously hurt Customers coming to pick up their medications. I will be contacting CVS corporate. I can not even put it in words as to how I was treated. That day at the Pharmacy counter was terrifying…

When to minute clinic because of buzzing in my ear. Almost $200 later I was prescribed ear drops continue to have the discomfort and now pain, when to see a regular doctor, completely different diagnosis prescribe over the counter stuff and doing way better now.

Horrible experience at this CVS today. Was in line waiting my turn. All of a sudden out of no where another customer jumps ahead of me. when I said that there was a line the customer stated they did not see me and that I was rude. The customer kept needling me to get a rise out of me. I then said that they are rude for thinking I was the rude one. I then told the cashier that they should have acknowledge me and had my back. the cashier said they did not see me either. I then said no one sees me. At that point yet another customer adds their 2 cents and says “but we can hear you”. I could not believe what I was experiencing.I go in to this CVS to get my meds and basically because I defended myself and spoke up, I get ganged up on. I reported this to the manager and said that I do not need to deal this this type of behavior with adults acting like children.What a deplorable example of what society has to offer. Shameful and if this occurs again I will not go to this CVS again.

My son newly diagnosed DM type 1, his insulin dosage has been changing frequently. He requested a prescription refill from the pharmacy on May 29, he told me he was told it will be ready at earliest on Friday 6/4 which was ok because he had enough needles to carry him through. Today I told him to call pharmacy to double check that both his prescriptions were ready before we go to picked them up since I only got notification of one. Pharmacist said they cannot refill because it was too soon and they needed an updated script from MD. Now it's Friday afternoon the MD office phone goes to voicemail and my son has 2 needles left for his insulin pens. When was CVS going to let us know they had a problem getting refill from MD. Now they are refusing to let me buy just a couple of the needles to carry him through the weekend in case the MD does not call back on time. Bad policy. CVS could be a hit or miss the only reason I went back to them is because is the insurance prefer pharmacy.

Went here today - my 3 year old had an accident in the store. 🙃 I was MORTIFIED. But Wendy (I think that's what her nametag said) was so kind and understanding. If only everyone could be as kind towards people with little ones as she was! Will remember the kindness she showed us and come back. The minute clinic staff was fantastic as well.

My teenager just did the rapid-Covid. Despite being a few minutes late, the two women in the outside booth were very pleasant and very nice to her. She was a bit nervous but they put her right at ease. She swabbed her own nose. She came back to the car and said they told her Happy Birthday. :) Thank you ladies!

Pharmacist not at all helpful. Received vaccines at a cvs in Bristol CT. Cvs vaccine hotline instructed me to go to a local cvs, they would access my profile and give me a new card.( I had moved after vaccine and cannot find old card) apparently, thats not true according to pharmacist. She offered no suggestions other than to go to original site of vaccine. Good thing I didnt move to Florida! The site where she is located did not give the same company vaccine but she could not tell me what cvs did! She never attempted to access my profile or tried to get or recommend any help to me. Will never return to cvs- especially that one!

Usually have had good experience, but today the Pharmacists named Matt saw something on the computer while serving my family and I and seconds after yelled “god damn it” and continue to slam the phone used to speak to customers threw the drive thru on the floor, all while I am sitting waiting for my prescription with my family. All of us felt exptremely uncomfortable and he made himself look like an out of control idiot. Not at all acceptable to act like that infront of a customer

Friendly staff, don’t know where all the bad reviews are coming from, because I had to switch pharmacies due to my cvs never having my medicine in. for 6 months I’ve had to deal with partials as they would wait for me to call it in, and then they would order it. My cvs had really bad customer service besides one guy who works there, extremely nice guy, just started there recently. They’ve always told me I can’t transfer it, until this new guy told me I could. Not only was the transfer flawless, but getting it in within the hr, and the staff being ontop of it before I even called, said a lot about they’re professionalism. So far so good imo.

They were purposely picking up the phone then hanging up on all my phone calls. I called four times. I had to drive all the way there just to find the minute clinic doctor was on break. Last time I called, the minute clinic said they had time for an appointment. Once I got to the kiosk to make an appointment, it said they were only accepting flu shot appointments. The wait time is always at least an hour. Same with presciptions. At least answer the phone so I don't have to waste my time driving all the way there while I'm sick.

First time doing couponing on this store is horrible. especially the STORE MANAGER! I lost my extra bucks and I’m trying to figure it out what happened and he just said “I could not help you” what kind of customer service they have. Very disappointed!

They seem to be under staffed and had a difficult time finding some cough medicine.It seems only 2 people are working at a big store and apparently the pharmacy people couldn't care less.Would rather but stuff done here elseOver priced and under staffedNeed to work on these things.Kinda hard to navigate around inside the store.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. The wait time is ridiculous about 45 min when you called the prescriptions 2 days before and to find out you have to wait longer cause they misplace your prescription.
