This is my go to place for most of my hardware needs, it's local and their prices are equal to or lower than the big box hardware stores. Jennifer and Nick are extremely helpful in seeing to my needs , I would definitely recommend them for your hardware and gardening needs.

These people are SO nice and very helpful. We got help with the products we needed, and than some! Will be back to fix one of our keys. Everyone here was so helpful and really knew how to help and about the products they carry and how to use them. Plus they had snacks ,lololol was totally a great visit!!! They actually had glass nail file too! So I can get the stuff to fix my house and make sure my nails are on point , umm yesssss! Love it here!

New to town, so I went looking for the nearest local hardware store. Found this little jewel, it has all the little things big box stores don't have. Been there 3x in the 3 weeks I've been in town. Popcorn 🍿 makes it a plus. I'll be back, and again.

Today this morning I received the worst service ever. Usually I go in here the cashier's are nice soon as I enter the door they like hi how may I help you.I usually go for one thing keys to be made .... Today there was an older man there and made me feel less than human.. with out going into much detail if the camera was ran back without the sounds you will be able to just see how I was treated..And the few times I came before for the same thing the service I got today was nothing like what I was use to getting.

Staff is unhelpful. Go to store to find something that says it’s in stock online and staff can’t find it. Call back after returning home and reading product number off computer and then they find it. So much for hometown service. I’ll buy it from Home Depot.

These guys are the best. I visited Ace hardware in Rocky Hill to buy a $49 wet dry vac. With a coupon I got the vacuum for $29 but since the original price was over $50 I got a free YETI, had a value of more than $40. On my way out they offered to get the door and then offered me barbecued ham and potatoes smoking on a grill outside. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Ace Hardware

It has almost all the hardware tools. They give vaccum clearer for rent to clean your floors. We used it before we vacated the apartment and the staff was helpful in explaining how it works. Very good customer support.
