I always go to Staples to order my check and I was nearby so I figured I stopped at this one to order them and they had three employees at the print station and each one of them was absolutely clueless. They didn't even know that was an option. I was going to call the Port chester Staples so they can explain to them how to do it, but they didn't seem too interested in learning how to do their own job...... To be honest, I don't think I'll come here again I recommend taking the extra 10 minutes and going to Port chester for services

If I could give this a 6th of a star or less, I would.Do not get your signs printed here!! They are rude, defensive, disrespectful, and do not hold themselves to a high standard. The work they do is important and requires care and tact, the print people I worked with here do NOT have these qualities.Do not waste your time and energy here. I urge you to go to the Staples on Summer Street instead. They did an amazing job! They were supportive and super helpful.

I had the best customer service experience I've had in years. Thank you Kevon! Kevon was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and eager to assist. His positive attitude was contagious. I had a fabulous experience at Staples Riverside because of Kevon.

GREAT SERVICE: I went in looking for DELL laptop charger and Bill the General Manager was extremely helpful. Instead of just selling me one he looked at my old one, which had a small pin bent inside the plug, and was able to fix. He did not charge me and saved me $$$ on purchasing a new one. He was very kind & helpful the entire time! I would highly recommend this store!

Bought 3 laptops for my business, one happened to be a demo, or floor model. The cashier explained that I needed to do a factory reset to get the demo software off it, no problem. Once I got back to the office and attempted a factory reset, I found out that it was password protected, and couldn't be reset. I called and while they didn't know what the password was, I was told that they could reset it if I brought it back in. The next morning I brought it back in to be informed that the tech guy wouldn't be in until noon. I left and came back again after noon.I spoke with the assistant manager, to whom I handed my receipt and explained the issue. He informed me that it would be $100 to do a factory reset. I was stunned. Assuming there was a miscommunication, I reiterated that I had purchased this laptop yesterday, and the reason I could not use it was that Staples demo software was on it which needed to be removed. He again said that a factory reset would be $100, or I could purchase a yearly warranty for $99 under which I would get a factory reset for free. If I didn't want to pay him to fix the laptop I bought yesterday, I could return it.I left and gave it to my IT to see if they could fix the issue before I opted to return it, which worked fine. Absolutely galling customer service from the assistant manager.

I just had a really great experience at the Staples location in Riverside, CT!! I came in for a print job and Jeanette took her time helping me, while helping other customers, until it was complete. I'm very appreciative of her kind help!

One of the best Staples in New England. Staff always greets you quickly upon arrival and always knows how to help you.Customer service is excellent, and they always have what I'm looking for. I recently bought a wifi extender here and it did exactly what I needed it to.

Dash - at the computer sales desk was great. I couldn’t read my Microsoft Office 365 product key (why does MSFT still use these antiquated keys?!. Dash replaced my damaged, scratched off a new key for me then sat while we entered the Key to confirm it was working. Above and beyond regular customer service. Thank you Staples.

One of the worst stores around. The staff is incompetent and has zero interest in helping. Always try to avoid going there. Shop on Amazon for better prices and 2 day delivery. I just called and was placed on hold for 8 minutes after the operator came back 3 times asking if she can help, the call was finally disconnected. I called again and asked to speak to the manager, was placed on hold again and after 10 minutes, the operator came back to ask if she can help I requested to speak to the manager, the call was disconnected again. This is not the first item at this location. Worst service ever. Try to avoid going there just order on line.

Awful. The employees are polite and very willing to help, but they can't get anything right! Of 5 separate printing jobs (simple, bound presentations), each of the 5 had something wrong. In addition, the equipment available for use (i.e. copiers/printers) are generally not well maintained. Today (a Monday), for example, 2 of the three copiers were broken. I understand that it is difficult, if not impossible, to schedule a repair over the weekend, but still. From an efficiency standpoint, they are terrible.

Take my word and stay away from this staples. Staff is horrible and customer unfriendly. Reeling from a previous bad experience, I was skeptical to come today. But I did and got handed another bad experience. Got overcharged for printing and got tons of time wasted in resolution or the lack of it. My two bad experiences have led me to believe that the staff strives hard to make sure customer does not leave with a smile on their faces but with a high BP.

It's always in stock of the things I need, I've got no beef with this place. It's usually insanely busy during the month of September, back to school shopping, but the rest of the year it's great. A tip to everyone: always check the back clearance section. Thirty seconds of digging typically ends in gold.

Worst of the Staples stores, unhelpful, disinterested store staff. Plenty of store employees milling around trying not to make eye contact. Borderline annoyed cashier... he should quit and go somewhere else if unhappy ! Update : Dropped off UPS package & staff was helpful but unable to print a recept.

The most grossest Staples I ever visited besides the ones in Trashau County (Long Island). I’ve never seen SOOO MUCH mutilated litter on the parking lots like I did here - and it was on a Saturday morning! As if things didn’t get any worse, inside the store was a damp & dirty pig pen: opened and used items scattered in the wrong department, garbage inside store, a LOT of out-of-stock items... just COMPLETE DISORDER. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

Has refused to ship my UPS and USPS packages, now they don't even carry the standard size soda steam. This staples is at best redundant, and usually just too expensive, unhelpful, and a waste of time.
