Love this store! I take my Beagle, Brody for baths regularly. They have lots of time slots to pick from; the place is always super clean and they provide everything for bath time too! The staff is always friendly and helpful. After his bath, my little boy enjoys sniffing through the many treats they have, until he finds the perfect one for him!

Disappointed with staff at this location. My dog was sprayed by a skunk and the employees refused to allow me to use their pet wash station. It says right on their website that in order to use their station a pet must be washed “at least once at home”. Why include this on the website if you’re not going to honour it? I had washed her with baking soda/peroxide/dawn, dog shampoo, and even vinegar prior to bringing her in. She had been bathed three times in 3 hours prior to our visit. Anyone who has experienced this knows that there is a difference between a pet who has been sprayed and not washed at all - and a pet who has been washed. I am not claiming she was totally scent-free, but that is why I was at the store - to purchase their skunk shampoo and use their station about which I’d heard great reviews.In addition to being turned away, the lady with short hair was extremely rude and dismissive of me. From a store with such a high markup on their items I’d expect much better customer service. I live in the area and I will never shop here again. Choice Pet and Petsmart staff have never treated me so rudely.

Rude younger female staff. Not the first time such attitude has been demonstrated at this location, or in these stores, on the phone and in person, where some staff often act like they are doing customers a favor. We can purchase the same things, online, often for less, saving time and gas in the process, and will do so in the future to avoid the attitude. It's a shame what this company has become. They used to be awesome in their original location, when the in-store experience actually made it worth visiting. Typically we have spent $$$$ but from now on are taking this business elsewhere.

I love their dog wash. The supply waterproof aprons to keep you dry and it's tucked away. You can close the door to keep your dog contained. I have a bulldog and she's not so cooperative during bath time so I know with a closed in room I dont have to worry that she us going to bother another dog in the dog wash area. Plus they have a great selection of premium pet foods. Riverside is super convenient for me

Excellent service at this location and all locations I frequent in Westchester County in New York. My feline is a happy girl thanks to Pet Pantry 😻. Every thing about this store is nice but I'm sorry when it comes to people who work there. It plays a very big part for me. There is this gentleman there Believe hes a manager. He is very rude and condescending I went there to get my kitty some items and we start talking and I then asked if there anyone who has a cat who worked here. They would understand how cats can be picky and whats best for them He continued to say i.know what I'm talking about and all I said was that I wanted someone who owned a cat and he kept going So I asked if someone did and this woman with blonde hair was working and she actually understood what I was talking about and gave me really great advice. And the man just looked at me like if i offended him. And the way he talked to his employee I was disgusted. People have feelings. Maybe you should consider them before speaking.

Long story short, I went in to look for treats formy puppy who is plant based. I know they usually carry soft chewy ones with flavors like peanutbutter or carob or pumpkin, etc. but when I was looking around I only saw hard crunchy ones. I prefer to get soft chewy ones so I can break them up when training and he prefers softer treats anyway. So as I was looking around, a nice young man asked me if I needed help & I said, “no thank you!” Because I was still looking around & he said, “holler if you need me!” So when I looked through all the treats, I realized I didn’t see any soft chewy ones. So I looked for the nice young man but this woman with short red hair asked me if I needed help & I simply asked, “do you have any soft chewy vegetarian treats?” & she looked at me with this judgey face & in a condescending pushy tone responded, “Dogs are CARNIVORES. They NEED meat . Humans can be vegetarians, sure. But dogs they NEEED meat.” She had this tone like she was talking down on me & talking down to me at the same time & this made me very uncomfortable. I just “yes-ed” her & then I said, “he has some allergies as well.” & she goes, “Yeah? Like WHAT?” & I know I didn’t owe her any explanations but I told her he’s allergic to chicken & beef & she goes “Well he can eat LAMB or BISON .. because he’s a CARNIVORE.” Little does she know, the oldest living recorded dog was vegan so... But, that’s besides the point. They say vegans are pushy? I simply asked a question that required a SIMPLE response. She could have just left it at, “Sorry we only have the crunchy treats!” But, no she had to SHOVE her opinion down my throat & try to act like she knows more than me. This just made me so uncomfortable I left. Because of her, I will not return to this location. She made my experience very uncomfortable & I felt very unwelcome.

They have everything. We stopped by while on vacation and picked up some treats and food for our dog. They carry Stella and Chewy brand food which is what our dog eats. Friendly staff sent us off with some sample food and treats.
