I visited this store today at around 7pm ET and had a great experience. I didn't catch the names of the two staff working then but they were both friendly, empathetic, and helpful.I described my pet's problem and they made several good product recommendations. They also answered several questions while I was browsing.I highly recommend this pet store if you're looking for knowledgable staff who provide top-notch, welcoming, and compassionate service.

The staff here is wonderful. Literally, every time a customer walks thru the front door, the staff greets them with a cheery, "Hello." Who does that?! I've been going to this store for years. It's always clean + organized. The staff is always happy + ready to assist. The only thing I don't care for, is that they don't sell cases of pet food. They only sell individual cans. They will, if you want, order cases for you and then put them aside for you to collect. However, there's no cost saving.

Great place to take your dog for a very nice dog wash. For $10 you get an elevated dog wash tub and all the accessories needed. Also as your dog weighs more and you get less able young assistants are available to help you lift your dog up into the tub. Much better than trying to wash Fido at home!!! I give it a 10 out of 10!! I asked Duffy's permission to post this online.

UNFRIENDLY STAFF —I came in one day around 3 o’clock and there was no one in the store except for to female employees chatting. Upon walking in they did not acknowledge me and gave my Bernese Mountain Dog a dirty look.Not pleased with this certain location, I hope the other stores have friendlier staff.

I love this place. It's the best place to give your dog a bath and a wonderful dog treat afterwards.Staff are always super nice and helpful.

All the staff is welcoming and go out of their way to help. When they didn't have the large bag of cat food that I get in stock, they ordered it for me and had it ready the next time I came into the store.
