First visit to the office we were treated rudely and my son was rudely spoken to by the dr. I had another staff member come out and apologize for her. then I was told I still have a balance one day it was one price and then a few days later it went up $25. I called to leave a message and someone answered the phone so I mentioned the dilemma and was told they are closed to call back Monday after 9am. I asked why she is answering the phone and hung up frustrated by them. Not worth my time or the drive

This is a wonderful practice. Dr. Sally and her staff are so friendly, caring, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. There are at least 5 vets that are closer to my home but this office is worth the extra drive.

After friend and Cat Clinic owner Tom Nero passed away suddenly several years ago, it was a shock on many levels. I had been taking my two cats, Rocky and Ace (brothers) to the Cat Clinic since 2007, when The Boyz were only 8 weeks old. I loved his approach - he was diligent, caring - yet conservative in his treatment. He would never come out of the gate suggesting surgery, or anything extreme. If that was ultimately needed, so be it - but not at the beginning.,These were the qualities I was looking for when I started searching for another vet. And luckily found Redding Ridge Vet and Dr. Sally!Low-key, home-like atmosphere - the staff are great, and Dr. Sally is very kind and compassionate, and is also conservative. The last thing I want is a vet who is going to tell me my cat needs hip surgery when he might have mild arthritis from aging! She treats my cats gently and always has top notch assistant - her business is obviously not a money-making enterprise.I'd never take my pets anywhere else!

Very rude staff.. never even got to meet the vet and barely got ask any questions before they were running inside. I was told to wait by my car for my cat to be brought out. I saw her coming out and instead Of giving me 2 seconds to put my mask on she drops the car carrier on the ground with a syringe of medicine on top that rolls on the ground getting dirty. Doesn’t say two words to me and goes slamming the door back inside complaining about me not wearing a mask outside by my car. I understand with covid taking precautions but judging by how she treated me I definitely don’t want someone like that around my Pets. I will NOT be continuing to use this vet office

Everyone here treated my terribly sick dog and me with respect and caring from the first phone call to the recent communication. There are no huge treatment rooms here with the gleaming, scary stuff around...my dog was put on an IV to cool him a few times and I was able to bring him to his own surroundings after the treatments. Don't be fooled by the small office..there are big hearts and plenty of expertise here!

This vet inspired absolutely zero confidence in her knowledge and abilities to administer care for animals. Questions were dismissed completely or went unanswered. The facility isn't neat or clean and neither was the vet's appearance. We will definitely not be back.

Diagnosed my older dog with a degenerative neurological condition that has no treatments. Kept testing to minimum to contain costs. Very empathetic and attentive. Called back immediately with test results, etc.
