I recently enrolled my German Shepherd in the Canine College program with Sharon, Stephanie, and Jim, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their five weeks of training were nothing short of exceptional.From the very beginning, they demonstrated a deep understanding of canine behavior and training techniques. They tailored the program to suit my dog's needs perfectly, ensuring a personalized approach that yielded fantastic results.Sharon's patience and expertise were evident throughout the training sessions. Stephanie's enthusiasm and positive reinforcement techniques really helped my dog stay motivated and engaged. Jim's knowledge of advanced training methods added an extra layer of depth to the program.Not only did my dog learn essential obedience commands, but they also gained confidence and improved their overall behavior. The training environment was safe, supportive, and conducive to learning, making each session enjoyable for both my dog and me.What truly set this program apart was the involvement of me and my daughter as primary caregivers for our dog. We participated in the end-of-training sessions where skills were transferred to us, ensuring that we could maintain and reinforce the obedience skills learned by our dog.When I picked up my dog after the five weeks, I was delighted to see a well-behaved, clean, and groomed pup. The Canine College team not only focused on training but also emphasized the importance of grooming and cleanliness, which I greatly appreciated.I highly recommend the Canine College team to anyone looking for top-notch training for their furry friend. I boarded my two dogs at Canine College and the whole process was amazing! I have never left my dogs before so I was very nervous but Sharon and Stephanie answered all my questions. My dogs came home healthy, happy and clean! I highly recommend Canine College.

Canine College training saved us! We dropped off an overly energetic, leash-pulling, spoiled 9-month old male Vizsla and picked up a well-behaved handsome young gentleman. He is still as loving as ever, but now his energy is channeled into being a fantastic companion.Our walks down crowded NYC streets are less stressful, and all of our lives, the pup’s included, are much more manageable.We now make the 90-minute commute from NYC to Redding to drop Gene off for boarding every time we leave.If the waitlist isn’t apparent enough that this is a fantastic establishment, trust me when I say the wait is worth it! Thank you to Sharon and her team for offering superb service.

Can't say enough about how happy we were with boarding our two senior large breed dogs at Canine College during a last minute much needed vacation! We planned the stay directly with the owner and her daughter who were nothing short of AMAZING. Communication was paramount and they were able to put us at ease catering to medication schedules and extra walks as well as planning top tier grooming on the way out. Our Dogs never looked so good! Upon pickup you could see their energy levels and spirits were elevated due to the extra attention they received at Canine College. We will not consider anywhere else for next time!

We couldn't love Canine College more. We have an 11 year old rescue who is terrified of her own shadow, yet everytime we drop her off and pick her up she is all canine smiles!! The staff is loving, attentive, compassionate and they all go above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of each pet spending time on campus!!

What a great place, team and value! First off the facility and grounds are wonderfully bucolic. The team is truly caring and spends high quality time with the dogs including frequent walks and lots of attention. Our golden was evidencing a urinary tract infection so they took it upon themselves to get a sample, seek treatment and put her on antibiotics. The vet write up was comprehensive and the charge (which they fronted) was truly low compared to what we typically pay in Weston. Our dogs seemed happy and content when we got them (a far cry from the smelly experience at the Pooch Hotel in Norwalk!). I recommend Canine College wholeheartedly!!!

Our dog came home with a urinary tract infection. We boarded our dog here for the first time in mid Feb for a week. Upon dropping him off we asked to see the area where our dog would be staying and sadly they would not allow us past the common area with no real explanation other than it was winter break and they had a lot of dogs. Our dog came home and for days drank incessant amounts of water and began urinating in the house twice a day which never happened before. Long story short we took him to the vet and were told he contracted a UTI. He's now on antibiotics.
