I had an awesome experience with Cori. She was professional and so easy to work with and communicate with. I told her what I was looking for and she made it come true. Unlike some vendors, she was willing to do what was necessary to bring my vision to light. She even went out her way to purchase all new gold vases to provide us what we envisioned. Everyone loved the flowers. More importantly her flowers are fresh and they lasted over two weeks once cared for properly. Would highly recommend her services.

Margot's has been my go-to for years and I recommend them whenever I can. Their flowers and arrangements are beautiful. They last weeks - hearty, healthy and fragrant. Just got my wife a bouquet of roses - she's always impressed! Staff is consistently excellent, reliable and very friendly. Really cannot recommend them enough.

Margot’s Flowers did an amazing job providing the flowers for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding. I showed up on the morning of and the flowers were put together beautifully at the church and reception venue. Margot’s flowers took what I imagined for my wedding and executed it. The owner is also very thoughtful and kind. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Margot's flower shop. I needed a quick arrangement for my niece's dance recital and they truly went above and beyond. From the moment I called, (which was right before they were closing), Rebecca was calm, professional and super understanding to what I was looking for. The next day, from the moment I walked in, everyone was sweet & welcoming. When they handed over the arrangement, I was in awe! Not only did it come out gorgeous, but it's the little details that is most important for me. I had said it was for an 8yr old who's having a big dance recital, who loves pink & purple and TONS of glitter!My niece was over the moon when she received them! And it was definitely a show stopper! I can't thank everyone enough. I highly recommend this shop! Will be returning again! Thank you!

I lost my grandmother on July 30th. I went to see Margo to order flowers and she was the sweetest and kindest person. Fast forward to the day of the funeral when the flowers arrived I was smitten, they were big beautiful vibrant. Margo is the way to go, she is AMAZING and very meticulous in her craft.

Simply incredible! I wanted something special sent to my family for the holidays and Margot's did not disappoint - From beginning to end they made it easy. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they ran with it! The flower box they designed for us was not only gorgeous, but easily maintained and lasted for weeks! The staff was GREAT to work with, I initially had some delivery concerns around timing because of the holidays but they were able to address them quickly and they met every expectation that was set over the phone. Would absolutely order this again, thank you Margot's!

My sister-in-law was discharged from Waterbury Hospital to Prospect post surgery after a week long stay.I sent her an arrangement and chocolates when she came home on February 18, 2023, and I was sending from out of town in Boston.Margot's did a beautiful job, and my sister-in-law absolutely loved the arrangement.The hydrangeas were so fresh and both my brother and sister-in-law raved about the arrangement and the beautiful fresh flowers, at a time of year when it is not easy to get hydrangeas.Thank you so much for a wonderful job and puttine a smile on her face!I will come back again on other occasions!

I had an urgent need for flowers. My regular florist was closed. Thankfully I was able to find Margot's Flowers. It is a small cute shop. I did have to wait a bit to be acknowledged. But once I picked out the vase and flowers I wanted it was only a short wait til the bouquet was complete. It came out nice. While I waited it was quite busy with customers coming in so it seems like a popular florist.

Got my boyfriends mom flowers a week and 2 days ago and I’m seriously shocked!!! These flowers are sitting on her living room table looking exactly like the day I got them. (In shock as to them being the same after week!) So happy coming here again when I need them!!! very helpful girl too!

I placed a order for flowers to be sent to a funeral ceremony . I paid over the phone with debit card. Gave them all the information. Exp. Date on card. Told they would be delivered. The morning of the funeral checked with them that flowers were being sent to albini chase parkway memorial waterbury. The girl said oh yeh we sent to the rehab. I said rehab! I repeated funeral home. She said yes they are delivering them now. I thought to myself they don't sound too sure of themselves. I also saw on my banking that the debit card amount was not cashed. I had a feeling something wasn't right. I now called this morning asked why my card wasn't charged yet and she said we didnt get around to it yet.. but we did delivered the flowers I called the funeral place. They were very nice. Said they would check with the family. They keep a list to give the family of who sent flowers. Family didn't receive anything. The woman then called margots and was told they never had any order.the funeral lady called me back to tell me that was their answer. I was soo upset. I called flower shop back. I said I spoke to to you this morning you lied to me. How can you do business like that. Here I thought you took care of my placing the order. I am so embarrassed. I said you lied to you lied to me and the lady from albinis saying I never placed a order. Then you had the Gaul to say well we didn't charge your account. I will never use margots again or would I recommend to anyone. This was a very upsetting experience and a big embarrassment as nothing was sent.

Received sympathy flowers from Margot's and they were horrible. Left complaint and no response so far. Half of the flowers were dead next day and they stuck 2 branches of lilies like 2 ft high coming out of the basket. Looked just terrible.Got a call from Margot's this afternoon. They apologized. They offered a new arrangement. They were very respectful and considerate of my complaint. Giving them a second chance.

I live in UT and will always, always order my flowers from Margot's for delivery in the greater Waterbury CT area. Margot's is super nice and friendly and their products are superior. Don't go thru some discount website, call them direct or order direct from their website. You will be happy you chose them to deliver your special message of flowers!

Yesterday someone from here scared the daylights out of me knocking at my door. No one every knocks on my door, EVER! I didn't say anything and did not respond because I live alone and do not open my door to anyone unless it is preplanned. Then I heard someone say they have flowers, now that sounded even more suspicious, anyone could say that just to get thru the door. after they left I opened the door, there was a flower arrangement from some company apologizing that the medicine delivery was late. it was the most horrible experience. Not worth the fright, and if meds are late I'd rather have the meds, that was just so inappropriate! I was not impressed and couldn't get rid of the arrangement fast enough. In this time of so many scammers, and contactless delivery, why would anyone be so beligerent as to knock repeatedly?! I'm wondering now if I could have refused them but of course that would have required opening the door to a total stranger.

I was unable to travel from Alabama to Ct for a funeral so I ordered an arrangement from Margot's and requested a photo of the actual arrangement be emailed to me. They did and the arrangement was beautiful. Just as depicted on the site to order. Wonderful job!

Well first time I ordered a flower arrangement for my anniversary from this place. I ordered a white and blue arrangement for my husband and received a cheap looking purple and yellow 💛 💜, I felt sooo embarrassed with my husband!!!! So I give a second chance and ask for a replacement with the right colors at least! Wait, Wait and Wait from 10:30am to 4:10pm. Decided to called and guess what guys???? They CLOSE. Lesson learned first and last time.
