We love taking our pup here! We've done both daycare and boarding and the best part is the daily report cards so we can check in on Reese. The staff are great and he's always happy to see them. He's so tired after a day of daycare which means we get a quiet night!

I would have given five stars, BUT I'm disappointed. My dog stayed for six days. He participated in doggy daycare and boarding. Out of the six days, I only got one report card detail of his activities for that day. I called to check on him, and it whoever answered the phone was pretty much dry and flat with me. The last day he was there, he was supposed to have a bath, well he didn't smell or looked clean, AND his eyes were fire red and draining green goo. Very upset, called the facility, and no answer. I will keep you posted.Update 8/25/2020Talked to the owner Carlos, definitely impressed with the level of professionalism; he addressed the issues and took ownership of the problems and was very apologetic. Furthermore, I believe in second chances. I will change from 2 stars to 5 stars. I plan on bringing my dog back for doggy daycare and boarding. I will keep you posted.Update 10/6/2020So my dog stayed five days boarding and daycare; I'm more than impressed with the staff. My dog had an exit bath, and he was CLEAN; I received a daily report card AND NO eye infection. Good work! Good staff, Great Place 😍.

I boarded my cat overnight for 3 nights back in late September to early October. I was charged $86 for a 3 nights stay in standard boarding which never really added up to me. I payed when I first brought her and when I picked her up as well. This place isn’t for cats at all, I’m sure the dogs love it. The worker couldn’t get my cat out of her cage, that looked like it was in a storage room, so I went to grab her and it smelled like a farm? Her litter box and entire area were really gross and she smelled really bad which made me very upset. I called numerous times back then with no answer or call back and left a message on their website about this and didn’t receive a response either. Overall, I would not recommend this place for cat overnight boarding sadly.

Wow! I was so thankful to have my cat groomed. She is older and acquired many matts. The woman did a wonderful job and my cat was happier afterwards.
