Aqua Scapes is amazing! highly recommended professional and artistic business. I was skeptical about putting a pond in and after it was finished I loved it more than I ever expected, they even did the landscaping around it. I recently purchased a new home and am having them come over and design something even more amazing! I have referred them to several of my friends and they also were extremely satisfied!

Took 2 weeks to actually schedule a cleaning for my approx 8' by 5' koi pond. All i asked was for them to spray the rocks clean of algae and remove a few of the overgrow water plants. They were 2 hours late on the date of the cleaning. Then left a product behind without telling me, and I was later charged for it. When I got the bill it was about $560! I got yelled at by Rob who told me that labor charge was per person per hour and insisted that he had told me that on the phone. When he could not defend his position he told me it was on the form I was forced to sign, before being allowed to make an appointment. I read the form and it still wouldn't occur to me that a business would charge labor depending on how many people they decide to send to my house. I also brought up that there were charges for products that I never authorized and one that I never received. I was yelled at and told to do it myself next time.

What a racket this business is. We bought a 1/2 hp fountain for our pond and paid in advance for full installation which included everything but the electrical work including digging the ditch for the wiring. We were in a rush to have an event at our home and they helped us run a cord to plug in at the house knowing that it still, by code, needed to be properly installed. We finally called to get the work finished and the owner, Rob, said that was not included. HORROR. We spent $3,078 on a fountain that retails at best for $1,300 and he insists that he never agreed to install it properly. This business does not stand by it's word and was a rip off for us. Let the buyer beware.

They have made my life as a business owner a pleasure. As an owner that is 100% hands on, it becomes more crucial that my supplier stay on top of what I need. They are extremely knowledgeable of their entire product line and always deliver in a timely fashion. Most importantly when they tell you they will do something, they do!!!! It is hard for me to believe that there could be any negative reviews towards them.
