One of the best vetrinarians in the area! Been going here for years with all my pets. I've tried other vets when we moved out of this area and no comparison to the compassion and friendliness shown here. I actually went back to making the trip here even though it was a little far. The Doc has always taken care of my pets like they were family. Currently experiencing laser therapy with my best friend and what a difference this makes! Pinched nerve in his neck, up at night crying in pain and just after 1 treatment he was already starting to feel better and slept through the night without pain. 1 week in and I'm a believer. Highly recommended!!

I was very stressed by the fact that my two long haired cats developed very dense tangles and knots in their fur. After weeks of trying to brush or cut the mats out I finally got smart and made appointments for them to be groomed at the clinic. They look like small lions and now are visibly happier. I hope I have learned from the experience and plan to stay on top of their grooming moving forward. I am pleased and relieved by the care they received!!

We took our cat here to be put down and honestly the experience was horrible. The vet was cold and didn’t seem to have any compassion for us or the cat. She pulled her from her carrier and gave her the injection and was like she’s dead. Didn’t tell us to say goodbye or what was going to happen. It’s was an upsetting experience to say the least would not recommend.

We went for the first time yesterday with my 12 week old puppy. They treated her great as she was so scared and I had to wait outside. Her exam went great and she was happy when she came back out. Prices were very reasonable. The vet came outside and sat with me a while to discuss how training was and gave me some great tips. Very happy we switched!

DR.Norris is awesome the way she treats the animals is outstanding i always tell everyone to go here. My grandpup was terrified and they handeled her well. My Soph is a past abused rescue and has issues walking into the office they always get her in and answer any questions i have about her and the puppy!! Highly reccomended!!

VERY RUDE VET!!!. all she wants to do is take your money and not answer your questions about your pet. I called on behalf of my dog having allergies and she hung up on me several times, she didn't want to be bothered. Very mean. Staff members are rude uncaring and seem to not be bothered answering your questions, and when they do they are just about rude as Dr Noris, so she trained her staff well lol. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS VET. If she does not care about people she isn't gonna care about your pet.

Just wanted to update this. Great staff i noticed some pus like drainage coming from my female chocolate lab's privates. Called and was able to get in with an appointment very quickly. Turns out she was developing pyometra needless to say she was taken in for an emergency spay. They saved her life and I can't thank them enough for what they did for my little girl.Very friendly staff great service. our vet we normally go to was closed today and they took us right in after we called to see if our dogs could be seen for diarrhea.Great overall experience.

Not clean, not very hospitable. The vet has very poor communication skills, when asking her questions the answers are always answered with attitude. I am a pet owner not trained in veterinary medicine. Sometimes I need clarification on things that I am told regarding my pets health. I would prefer an answer, not a scolding. Facility is not clean, cats walking around everywhere, not well organized. We are not going back with either our Westie or Scotty.

Dr Norris and her staff are very nice and thorough,patient and gentle with your pets.All your questions will be addressed.The doctor also sends you home with a "Report" card reviewing your visit and any recommendations and instructions.The clinic is reasonably priced, unlike alot of other area Animal Hospitals.I truly believe that is why alot of people don't take their pets to the vet that often or not at all, they just can't afford some of the outrageous fees some vets charge.Their in house hospital cats who roam the place are gorgeous! Our Doberman "Logan" never has any fear or anxiety about his trip to see the "Vet"!

I recently adopted a rescue fur baby; an 11 year old "Moris". I brought him to see Nora for a round of shots, nail clipping, and flea protection.Bring your cell phone as you must call when you arrive.He recieved excellent care from the staff and dr. I'm not sure he even realized he got 2 shots.

I had taken my cat to this vet because of his ear bothering him, losing weight, and labored breathing. He was checked by someone, and then we waited, and waited, at least a good 20 minutes. The vet came in, cleaned his infected ear and said he needed a tetanus shot, and he may have a hyperactive thyroid. Then we waited once again, must have been at least 25 minutes then I spoke up. The vet came in with a prescription of antibiotics , we left. Nothing about his breathing, his weight, and 2 weeks later, when I had an appointment at another veterinarian, I was told he wasn't going to make it so I had to choose to euthanize him.

Tried to get a rescue and because of pomfret the rescue place denied me. I'm 100% disabled so I have my family out. I would take my sister's dog and her daughter's Guinea pig to this vets well. I've been denied because I no longer own that dog or gueina pig....which where never mine from the get go

I think they like to keep bringing u back without finding the actual problem they like to shove meds so u keep giving them ur hard earned money well when ur beloved baby doesn't isn't actually getting the medical attention that they need and ends up dying because they just want to keep taking your money I think it's time to switch veterinarians and that's what I have done
