Sue and Sam are amazing. Sue was a vet tech prior to being a groomer and is super helpful in many areas not just grooming but she is great with the dogs and I know my dog is safe in her care. I'm always amazed at how well all the dogs get along in her presence and their price is reasonable. They are very responsive when leaving messages and are always willing to work with you on getting them in. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My dogs have been groomed at Village Pet for years. Sue and Sam treat my dogs as if they were their own. My senior dog is quite anxious and they always take great care of her and make sure she is comfortable. It is a very clean place with top notch grooming. The dogs always look fantastic when they are finished.

We love being a client at Village pet grooming and have found it to be an amazing place to bring our rescue dog Ray. As a rescue he came to us with some serious issues... A rotting tooth needing scaling, nervous around sudden movements and still holds a true fear of crating, we were not sure where to turn. Village Grooming was recommended to us so we tried it. Sue and Sam have been wonderful and a great source of reference when we have any concerns. They provide that individual attention Ray needs and now he enjoys going to see all his fury friends and groomer family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality grooming and dog care.

we have brought our dog for grooming here once before. they did a very good job. when i called back to make another appt they asked the type of dog and then told me they have one date available in the future and our dog would be there for a very long time. no other options. she then put me on hold and then hung up on me. i was very surprised as to how they handle their business. it was basically take the long appointment or nothing. no other options. i will not go back there. and she wasn’t friendly whatsoeverJ Lovley

I wouldn’t go back for the service and the amount of time it took. I dropped my cat off for a 2pm appointment, which should have been done around 4. There were dogs barking and my cat was terrified when I left her there. Unfortunately she ended up not being done until 6pm due to them being behind from the previous pet. I don’t consider my cat sitting in her crate for 2 hours before they got to her okay. They should have rescheduled if they were that much behind in time. If they called and told me I would have came back later and dropped her off. The situation could of been handled a lot better.

Have been going to Village Pet for years. Grooming has always been great. Our new Shih Tzu pup loves to go there, for her it seems to be a play date, and she always returns happy and adorable. Our dog is sociable and is not caged.

Visit Village Pet grooming , They have warm and professional groomers there !! They do an excellent job of grooming your pets , also if they notice something wrong they let the owner know that your pet has an issue !! They also have a doggy day care and the prices are very reasonable !! What I like is they also they add an added touch to your pets grooming with a scarf around there neck adds a great look , that is what I like lol besides the warm and caring care , come on down and take a look for yourself ,see you soon !!! A very satisfied customer :)

Both dogs look and smell amazing. My lab is a little difficult when getting his nails cut and they seemed to not Have any problems. Dogs came back happy as can be. Will be going back

Horrible experience! my dog was injured there with a head injury and some kind of struggle there, his eyes were hemorrhaged. When I picked up my dog I was told his eyes were red by the groomer if they don't get better to call the vet. When I got home I lifted his eyelids to find out they looked like they were bleeding inside. My dog got worse as the day went on he hid under my desk and was acting strange and looked to be in pain. I called the vets and had him examined to find out it was no infection my dog possibly had a head injury, a struggle or fell. The vet said when a dog has a head injury or struggle the eyes hemorrhage my dog was injured and traumatized. I was upset I was not informed immediately that something happened and was covered up by telling me it may be a eye infection when my dog was fine before I brought him in.My dog was put on medications for his eye and pain and monitored. My dog suffered for days and I was shocked and upset by this. Very costly and my dog now fears groomers.In response of the owner's post, such nonsense, my dog was not injured in my car I had a witness with me before he went into groomers and also inside before he was groomed. My vet would not say such a thing that my dog could have been possibly injured before bringing luigi in, when he knows how well I care for my dog and he is a reputable vet and knows what most likely happened, but no vet wants be involved in such disputes because I was not there to see what actually happened, we all know something happened there during the grooming process and I have pictures and documentation of all this and everyone knows Iam very good mom and everyone knows how much my dog means to me and I would not have brought my dog in if he was injured prior to grooming. He is doing good now because of my care and with the help of my vet. I don't like to point fingers at anyone and this was hard for me to have to deal with this at the time or how to deal with this matter, and I was angered by this all I know Luigi came first to be cared for and not get into disputes on this matter at the time, as you can see by the response this is why. If my dog got injured before i brought him in wouldn't the groomer take noticed then and not proceed with grooming? It does not make sense!

I'm very disappointed and offended.I have been bringing my Shitzu-Maltese to Village a groomers for years now.Yesterday she was cut on the joint of her back leg and it's a significant size cut. I was never told by phone or when I picked her up about it and couldn't figure out why she was acting so differently and upset since she's not a barker and it was on the inside of her leg by her groin muscle.To my surprise she had a cut! But, the groomer was already closed. This morning when I called I was told by Sam,"she should be ok because I put liquid band aid on it but I'm sorry I never told you because I forgot and I only knocked her because she was bouncing around."No refund. No concern. No offer to do anything. This is not good business practice and it is more concerning that they were not looking out for the well being of MY PET!!!I am so angry that they had such a disregard for my dog. I will never go back again and I will advise the others I've sent there to do the same.
