She not only pointed me in the right direction of what would be appropriate for our pup, but also shared other supplements that will aid in my dogs health. She has a wealth of information, very friendly, and excellent customer service. She just earned herself a loyal customer.

I am so happy I found this store. As a first time pet owner of a cat. I would like to give a great big thank you to the owner/operator of this store.She was absolutely amazing. MY pet was not well. It was a combination of issues,nerves and stress also because he is 6 month kitty in a new home ,traveled from overseas. He had tummy issues. I went into the store looking for a change of diet and was recommended a very clean and natural,healthy brand that worked well with him.A great big thank you to her ,you can tell there is only a certain set of ppl that really care about animals.I can you tell she is one of them.

This is absolutely a Pawsome store, Amazing selection of Holistic Products, Pet Foods, Dog Clothes and any accessories/toys you can think of.Love to bring my dog to pick out toys and treats, give him the experience you wont get with online, with box stores.I have a pet care business, was a vet tech many yrs, when my pets or clients pets have an issue, I know it will be properly addressed here.My go to place, Deb is so knowledgeable, she caters to your pets, love this place! 🐾 🐇🐱🐕

I have been going to pet playhouse for a few years and this place is amazing! My kali had a problem with gastro and diarrhea and Debbie knew just what to do. She gave me instructions and it worked right off. She was fine in a.week and it was very inexpensive.I have been looking for a replacement dog bed after my dog shredded hers for like 2 or 3 weeks and I was finally able to find it here in the right size and Instead of being $40 it was only 1899

The owner is an amazing woman. She raises money for shelters. Host events to raise money as well! All her personal time alone makes her a true animal lover.She has everything you need or can direct you to a more natural item if needed. Just ask, she is always happy to help you find you need!Best place ever! My rescue loves her.

Nice store! Freshness date matters for my best friend.. I feed my cane corso blue buffalo, (alot of stores sell this now) but this store has the freshest date (bottom of the can 👀) you can tell when its foodie time and you notice its not so dried out!!!And... i saved a few bucks. Wow! ~~not sorry if shes out, i bought all the chicken blue buffalo pate they had. And some other treats, great selection and stuff you cant find in the box stores(earth animal products, no hide chews. Natural bug spray, shampoos, ~~lots of good- for my pup stuff)Thank you!

I went to a fund raiser here it was extremely fun. I also love the fact everything is natural organic for your pet family. I also had the opportunity to meet this lovely dogwolf there awesome see pic my daughter 3 1/2 ft tall. It is filled of amazing people.

Small mom and pop business with excellent personal service. The owner is very knowledgeable and will give honest advice about products. The food is always fresh - it does not sit around in warehouses like it does at the chain pet stores.

I’ll be honest, a lot of these 5 star reviews seem to be from the store employees or close friends of the owner. I’ve called this store multiple times and even sent text messages PER THE WEBSITE and have gotten no response either way.What is the point of having phones if no one is actually using them to answer a few questions from customers? As someone that works all the time, I don’t always have a lot of time to step out and walk around certain stores so calling in for a certain item or even sending a message to the store is convenient.These people need to get it together. What a waste of time calling and messaging. They lost a customer before they even made one. Who does that?? I love to support smaller businesses, but this time I’ll stick with another small business that actually cares about their customers needs.
